Editing the review as the company and VP has reached out and fixed everything. Review would have been a full 5 stars if no previous issues but they did rectify everything and I am happy so far. The issue was due to an employee having a long leave of absence and then my project seeming to have slipped through the cracks. Would recommend company and will refer to others who are thinking of installing solar.

Damien was amazing and hands on thru the full process. We hit a few hiccups on the homeowners end and Damien just kept right with us helping where he could. His response time was unbelievable sometimes within minutes. Even when there was a gap in timing from when the panels were fully installed, and the electrical company finally turned them on. He and his crew were right there making sure we were, happy with everything. I cannot say enough positive remarks about Damien‘s job well done and the company he works for.

Smooth installation and excellent communication
Our system from Solar Energy World has been up and running for five months now and we are extremely happy with the system. We have not had to buy any energy from the grid in March and I feel that we got excellent value for money. Along the way, each step was explained clearly and there was ample communication about the process and how things were progressing. Even when we had to delay our installation due to some chimney repairs, they were very accommodating. From the sales visit to well after the system installation Daren Weatherby is still a reliable point of contact who I can pepper with my silly questions and requests. The system looks great and has been generating at or above the levels we were told during the initial design/planning phases. Overall, we are very happy and I have recommended Solar Energy World to anyone who is interested in solar.

Phenomenal Organization and Service
I installed my first solar photovoltaic system in Wisconsin in 2007. I thought things went well with that company. My experience with Solar Energy World left the other guys in the dust. From the initial visit, through permitting, installation and inspections, every person I encountered in this company, whether in person, via email or by phone demonstrated the ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate clearly. Throughout the process I received quick responses to my questions and any concerns I raised. Rafe's dedication to making sure that I was comfortable with the system, and that I was happy with the appearance of the various devices (straight, level, visually pleasing...yes, I am "fussy") was most appreciated. Jon's dedicated response to my concerns with how things looked on the roof (hey...I'm old...I'm not getting up there) was also most appreciated. And John Yi, who patiently answered questions and shared information on Span panels (Yes! Someone who understands that I geek out on this stuff!) was singularly the best sales person I've encountered. He freely shared information without being the least bit pushy, and he coped well with the fact that we made some adjustments after the initial contract was signed. Would I recommend someone contract with them for solar? Most definitely. The fact that I didn't need to "nag" anybody through the process was refreshing to say the least. The staff know what they need to do, it's spelled out clearly in the contract, and you're kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Sit back and relax...they do their jobs with a smile and a pleasant voice.

Excellent company!
We had timonthy gutman come to talk about the solar panels. He was very patient w us took the time to explain everything about their company and their panels. Answering all of our questions. So when we decided we would use this company we had everything explained. Some sales people after they sold u and u signed the contract they disappear. Timothy stayed rght w me answering any questions i may have. He was rght w me thru the process right up til we finally got them installed. I never felt like i was a bother. He let me txt him any questions and always responded quickly. I am very pleased w this company. We have had nothing but incredible service w who ever ive contacted. For me it has been a great experience i am extremely happy w going solar. And both solar energy world along w timothy i refer to anyone complaining on their huge electric bills!! Ur electric bill shouldnt be like a mortgage payment!! The best decision we made was choosing this company and going solar!

Experience Met & Exceeded Expectations
It was truly a pleasure to work with Jeff Nachman, Senior Analyst and his team. What a competent resourceful group of individuals. The process was integrated and amazingly seamless. This company has all the details figured out. Jeff worked with us to design a ground mount system that met our goals and the esthetics we wanted for our property. The scheduling and procedure was made clear in advance and the project was completed in a timely manner. Problems were anticipated and addressed. Throughout the process Jeff and his team members were extremely responsive - In a way that rarely happens anymore. I’d highly recommend Jeff and Solar Energy World.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism exhibited by all of the people at Solar Energy World. I chose this company over two other bids. One was lower, one was higher. Neither offered one phone number to call, for any reason, during the 30-year warranty. The 4.0kW, Q-Cell panels and number of panels used were a positive middle range with better performance, than the other bids. Although I am waiting for the final inspections and am anxious to see how well this array will provide me with better energy for myself, my neighbors, and our neighborhood.

Wonderful solar service
I worked with Jaqués Frink and he really explain the whole policy to me and held my hand through the entire process. I have an old turn-of-the-century house which needed some updating for solar power, and this company made everything seamless highly recommend
