From initial consult and estimates to the contract and installation, Andy has provided clear overview of timelines and expectations. Andy is also responsive and quick to answer questions. Beyond Andy, the installation occurred ahead of schedule and the technicians were professional. The technicians called each morning to confirm their arrival time. They were careful during the installation process and provided updates as they worked. The inspection was scheduled quickly and passed without issue. I am excited to start receiving massive savings on our BGE bills. I appreciate Andy and the team for their efforts to make solar a reality for our family.
