A Sales Rep Who Truly Earned My Trust

My experience with Solar Energy World was made exceptional because of my sales rep, Travis Kent. I’ll be honest - I put Travis THROUGH THE WRINGER. I used AI tools extensively to question and challenge contract language, processes, and assumptions, and I had a lot of concerns going in. Through it all, Travis was patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me understand what I was signing without rushing me or brushing anything aside. The initial contract through IGS Solar didn’t leave me feeling comfortable, and instead of pushing forward anyway, Travis stayed engaged. When GoodLeap became available with much more detailed and consumer-friendly terms, he proactively reached back out. That moment spoke volumes and completely changed my confidence level.
