Outstanding customers support.
Eagle point solar installed our array in 2019. Since day one we have had nothing but positive dealings with Eagle point. Installment went smoothly and quickly with professional installers. The system has worked as advertised. This summer we had a small problem with a wasp nest surrounding the inverter. Either the wasps or my attempt to remove the nest caused a toggle switch to be moved to the off position. One phone call to Eagle Point Solar (Dubuque) customer support resulted in the system being back up and running in 10 minutes. Nicole instructed me on repositioning the switch and immediately the system went back on line. Could not ask for better customer support. I have sung Eagle Point Solar’s praises since installment and will continue with such excellent support. Thanks Nicole.

Eagle Point Solar has been a great company to work with
Eagle Point Solar did a great job presenting us with options for solar energy for our situation. The staff was great to work with, advised us what to expect timewise (waiting on Alliant Energy approvals, permits and inspections is a lengthy process) texted us with updates as the project progressed and answered our questions as we went. I would recommend them for your solar needs.

Eagle Point Solar knows what they're doing. Everyone involved in my project was professional and knowledgeable. Installed in one day, only delay was waiting for Alliant Energy's approval. Just received my first electric bill since installation. Was paying over $100.00 MTh. New bill $11.00. Thanks Eagle Point!!

Going Solar
The staff at Eagle Point Solar was very professional and knowledgeable. They did a full analysis of our electrical usage for the previous year and designed a system around that usage. The installers did a great job working in difficult conditions and were very friendly.

Go somewhere else!
Wouldn't recommend this company in ANY capacity! We started our solar project in March of this year and are still not live as of 12/21/22. We are now paying for both solar array that we cannot use and our electric company. There have been SEVERAL setbacks throughout the whole project none of which anyone acknowledges or takes responsibility for. The only person managing the project and staying on top of deadlines is me, the customer who is paying 40+ thousand dollars to get it. On top of that a huge reason we got the solar in the first place is for the $10,000 tax refund that we were told we would qualify for. I have expressed my concern about not getting that or having to wait until the end of NEXT year to get it due to it not being functional by the end of the calendar year with ZERO acknowledgement at all. No "were going to look into that for you" or "we are going to do our best to get you up and going before that happens" - NOTHING! (Note, IDK the exact system size or panel brand we got)
