Wouldn't recommend this company in ANY capacity! We started our solar project in March of this year and are still not live as of 12/21/22. We are now paying for both solar array that we cannot use and our electric company. There have been SEVERAL setbacks throughout the whole project none of which anyone acknowledges or takes responsibility for. The only person managing the project and staying on top of deadlines is me, the customer who is paying 40+ thousand dollars to get it. On top of that a huge reason we got the solar in the first place is for the $10,000 tax refund that we were told we would qualify for. I have expressed my concern about not getting that or having to wait until the end of NEXT year to get it due to it not being functional by the end of the calendar year with ZERO acknowledgement at all. No "were going to look into that for you" or "we are going to do our best to get you up and going before that happens" - NOTHING! (Note, IDK the exact system size or panel brand we got)

Dear Mr. Behrens, Your system is functional and working as designed. With the recent weather and snow coverage, it is possible the array is not producing much energy at the time of this review. Unfortunately your project did take longer than expected. Please note, we are held to the timeliness of the utility. In your case, we had extended delays due to heavy solar saturation in your area. The utility went through it’s normal approval process and then required an additional engineering study before moving forward with construction. This study simply restarts the process over again and further delays construction. Beyond the delays, we agreed to pay $2,000 for tree removal outside of your contract at our expense. As for your tax credits, your project is complete and operational in 2022. You should consult a tax advisor to ensure you maximize your tax benefit. Again, the project did take a couple months longer than we would have preferred, but we believe you’ll be very happy with the system and reduction in monthly electric utility costs moving forward. As always, should you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to connect with us via online chat, by phone or one of our office locations. Enjoy the sunshine!
