After a long slog of going from company to company, RSRV came through with an incredible offer to get the set up we wanted. Was able to get Panels + MSP upgrade (Span) + powerwalls for an extremely reasonable price. They were 15-20% cheaper then the other companies I spoke with. Beto was incredible and was able to get everything set in motion nearly the same day we decided to move forward. A month later, the Install from Javier, Bryant, and Grady could not have went better. They were professional every step of the way and explained how everything worked beautifully. Once the system turned on, it started producing better then anticipated. We have been self reliant since! The quite process was educational and informative. We had quotes/conversations with multiple companies. RSRV was not the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive... they were they ONLY ones that did not pressure us to sign immediately, wave same day execution discounts around or "skew" the math on future savings. Beto was clear, explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand and provided clear, transparent calculations around how future savings and/or billing would work. They managed the entire approval process w/ Duke Energy and York County keeping us informed every step of the way. The instalation was terrific! The team was friendly, knowledgeable AND neat!!! When they were done you never would have known they had been there except for the panels on the roof!! Not one piece of trash. Period. There was follow-up to ensure we were up and running properly. Further follow-up monitoring our system to ensure it continues to work as expected. The entire team was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about their product and the process. Our experience with RSRV was as good as we could have hoped for. I was present the whole time for the installation. The crew was friendly and hard-working and got the job done in one day. The installation was really clean and the county inspector said the same thing. Once we were given the permission to operation, everything is working great and I can monitor the system at any time to see the output. Could not ask for a better experience!

I love RsrvPower!!!! my solar system broke down and my original company didnt have a technician available so I called Jessica at RsrvPower and she sent a technician named Jason out to my house within the week and he fixed my system. They were really great and extremely helpful. I recommend RsrvPower highly for Solar. you won't be disappointed. Ed in SC

RSRV actually ended up beating the prices of those companies with comparable equipment and with the people/workmanship they provide should be around for decades. Now that we are installed and producing I would put RSRV up against any installer in the Carolinas as top in all categories. Once we had the warm and fuzzy with RSRV, we began nit picking the recommended equipment and came up with some requests for things like Enphase Micro Inverters (to my understanding not in RSRV's forte until NOW!) RSRV was accommodating to all of our requests and made the effort to learn the equipment. The install process went well. The install team prides themselves on cosmetics as much as functional design. I spent most of the installation day watching/learning/distracting them, yet they still were able to do great work. Thanks RSRV for helping us to go SOLAR!

Justin, Sam and the entire RSRV team were excellent to work with- courteous, clear and willing to work with several nuances of our installation that were different than most. They were knowledgeable and great and timely communicators. We received 3 quotes - their pricing was competitive, but they more than anyone gave us the time - being local - that we need to get comfortable with such an investment. The assistance they provided in securing rebates, available at the time, all sealed our decision to move forward.
