Michael Gonzalez was enthusiastic, friendly, very helpful I hesitated a long time before I went ahead with my solar installation. Many companies contacted me, but I am cautious and held off. Michael never pressured me and eventually I decided to go with PES. He got all the. permissions, POA approval, and then one day a crew came out and put panels on my roof, and that was it. The solar panels are silent and I wanted them to improve the environment. Good warranties. I hope my experience will inspire you to go solar. Maybe I should have waited a year or two to see if the system is still working, but I have a feeling it will not let me down. Because business is good at my power company and they are expanding to accommodate new customers, they are also raising their rates. Looks like I got the panels at the just the right time. I am 91, but I think going solar is an uplifting experience at any age, because you can take pride in helping reduce global warming and air pollution. Solar is more than an investment, it is a positive step into the future. This month my bill is $21 and I have a big house that is kept quite cool. Michael is a great guy and a joy to work with.

Exceptional work
Pes solar went above and beyond for our solar install. Our sales rep Michael Gonzalez, was amazing. He came out our house and really explained everything in detail to ensure we were satisfied. The communication was great and I was always kept up to date. The crew did an amazing job and we are completely satisfied! Highly recommend PES solar!

Pes Solar completed an install recently at my home and did an amazing job. From the point of sale all the way until the end when my system was activated. The crew did a great job installing all the equipment and even made sure before they left that I knew how everything worked. They really went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a reputable company this is definitely one to go with.

Great Decision
My experience with PES Solar has been fantastic since the beginning. They communicated with me throughout every milestone of the project and explained things well. Everyone was pleasant and for the most part (within their control) they were on target with their timelines from permit to install. The crew that came out was respectful and my Solar is working as my contract said it would. I’m very pleased with PES Solar and would refer my friends and family to them if they wanted Solar. I’m impressed.

Fraudsters,Liars and should be in jail
Don’t believe any of you good reviews you are here. They have bought them online! The truth is they give a prooosal with all sorts of promises of savings but it never materializes. They are late with the installs and ask you tie to the lender about their actual install. I need a lawyer and I’ll get one. Total fraudsters! Beware!

“CROOKS, FRAUD, AND ZERO STARS”
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have had solar from them now for over 4 years, they have never worked correctly, they do not help you when you have issues. There is always an excuse and they play the blame game. Everyone I have spoken to says they are a complete rip off and I am proof. My Enphase panel box which is not even part of their company will not connect to the WIFI, I have no solar and they want $250 to come out and look at the box so they can call Enphase and let them know what is wrong. $250! An electrician is $80. I deeply regret ever going with PES Solar. I have since spoken with numerous other customers who have had the exact same problems—leaks, broken promises, and outrageous costs to fix their mistakes. PES Solar has multiple lawsuits against them for similar issues. If you value your home and your money…. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The good reviews were probably put on here by them due to all the bad ones.

Stay Away
Please Do not trust this company! PES solar quoted on installing a system for my house. The stipulation was that only clamps would be used on the standing seam metal roof and no penetration would occur. They provided a quote with the clamps included and I paid 30% of the quote for them to proceed. PES solar proceeded to install the system with clamps in September of 2022. After the system was installed The contract states that 60% would be paid during installation but they decided not to charge me at that time. That is when I found out that they did not follow the permit. At that point my roof was compromised by the installation process so they could not take the system off and I could not use the system because the city would not sign off on the permit. Weeks became months and almost a year and a half later, countless phone calls and more equipment added to the roof the system was cleared by the city. Through their negligence I was in limbo over a year, losing thousands of dollars in electricity cost and never knowing if the system would ever be turned on. It is now Jan 15th 2024 and the system has yet to be turned on. I have paid in full but they are waiting for their accounting department to clear it. They will not tell me how long it will take. I want to make sure as many future solar customers know what I went through. I know most of the reviews are positive but if I had to do it again I would stay far away from PES Solar.

Hard to get service
PES INSTALLED my system 2 weeks ago my gateway stopped reporting data. I called PES and they said it was uploading data. After a week I called the manufacturer and the connected in to the gateway and said it was cutting out and not working properly and I should contact the installer. They were quick to ask me to pay up front for the service call and I would be contacted to schedule. 4 days later nobody called, so I called and of course I got voicemail. Terrible customer support.
