The level of unresponsiveness from this solar company has been extremely disappointing. I have been attempting to reach them for more than six months, during which time I received nothing but repeated excuses and delays. Despite referring four potential customers who were ready to move forward with solar installations, the company failed to contact any of them. After half a year of silence, they finally reached out—only to inform me that they would not be able to complete my installation before year-end, meaning I would no longer qualify for the federal tax credit. To make matters worse, their salesperson suggested they could simply bill me this year and install the system next year in order to claim the tax credit—an approach that raised serious concerns about their business practices. Overall, my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

We've only had solar for a few weeks, but so far we're very happy to have chosen Harvest Power. We wasted too much time listening to many others, but everything changed when we spoke to Harvest. Particularly, Anthony Rossano. As a sales rep, Anthony's knowledge and people skills are superior. The installation was seamless and beautifully designed. Highly recommend, Harvest Power.

Horrible service, stopped producing one month after installation, called them email them text them but not responsible answer.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mark Lieberman. I was referred to Harvest Power by a friend who had their Solar installed by Harvest Power. Mark was the most friendliest, honest rep. He was very thorough in explaining Solar to us step by step, from start to finish. He answered each question without hesitation. He knows his stuff. He steered us in the right direction with going Solar. I hate change, but I like the way he presented himself and the pros of going Solar. There were no cons We were very comfortable with him He’s easily liked. We previously had a consultation with a rep from another company, where we were hesitant He just talked about leasing, being free and dont worry, we don’t pay anything. Down the road you’d be paying alot leasing We purchased our panels from Harvest Power and that’s the way to go, buying them outright. The first rep from the other company, didn’t volunteer much info when we asked questions. We basically had to answer our own questions and he just agreed with us He was out for his company and not for us Mark was looking out for our best interest and wasn’t at all pushy We’re very happy we signed up with Mark Lieberman. I began my journey with Harvest Power in the summer of 2024, and the entire process was efficiently completed with my solar system going live by September. I deliberately waited to write this review, wanting to ensure that the results were as promising as they initially seemed—and they absolutely are! Not only did I install solar panels with Harvest Power, but I also got a new roof. I was particularly anxious during tax season, wondering if the calculated return they estimated would hold true. To my delight, it did! Experience with Harvest Power: I conducted thorough research, speaking with multiple companies and gathering numerous quotes for both solar panels and roofing. What really set Harvest Power apart was the genuine professionalism and dedication of the team members I worked with—Mark Centauro and his manager, Frank M. They were diligent, incredibly kind, and took the time to thoroughly educate me on the benefits of solar energy. Every question I had about the panels and the roof was addressed with patience and clarity. A standout moment was when Mark candidly informed me about an unethical practice in a competitor's quote, which was essentially fraudulent. His honesty and transparency reinforced my confidence in choosing Harvest Power. Additionally, whenever Mark wasn’t available, Frank seamlessly stepped in to address my concerns, ensuring I felt supported throughout the process. Performance and Results: Since the system went live in the fall, I've witnessed a dramatic reduction in my energy costs, just as promised. The tax savings were also spot-on. Based on my experience, I can recommend Harvest Power without hesitation. Room for Improvement: If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be their mobile app. It requires an additional add-on to display real-time energy usage. To be fair, Mark wasn’t aware of this due to a recent software update, but it would have been helpful to know upfront. Final Verdict: 10/10 for Harvest Power. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Harvest Power LLC. They installed a solar system at my home, but it has failed to provide accurate energy reporting to PSEG Long Island. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, their team has been completely unresponsive and unaccountable. After working directly with PSEG to investigate discrepancies between my electrical meter and the Enphase system readings, it was confirmed that there were no issues on PSEG’s end. This means the problem lies solely with Harvest Power’s installation and equipment. To make matters worse, the system they installed covers only 30% of my total energy consumption, far below what was promised. I feel completely misled about the efficiency and coverage of this system. I have been chasing their team for weeks with no resolution, and their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Due to their failure to address these serious issues, I am now escalating my complaint to Enphase, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the local consumer protection agency, and the State Attorney General’s office. If you are considering solar installation, I strongly advise against choosing Harvest Power LLC. They have shown zero accountability, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Don't make the same mistake I did—go with a company that actually stands by its product and provides real support.

I rate my experience with Harvest Solar as outstanding; 5 star all the way including 5 stars for Tyler Cirincione, the Harvest Solar, representative who worked with me throughout the project. He exhibited numerous qualities that warrant special commentary given his superior performance and excellent customer service. He was honest; transparent about the various positives and negatives of different courses of action; exhibited great of knowledge about solar technology which he shared in an open informative manner; was highly responsive to my questions and concerns; appeared earnest with an authentic desire to do a great job; and finally took a complicated multi variable project with many gears and wheels and simplified it into manageable parts ferrying me through each task while being kind and, importantly, patient with me being responsive to all my needs. I thank everyone involved including the team that replaced my roof and finally the Harvest team who installed the solar panels themselves.

Frank Mirasola came to my house and was patient, answered all my questions and was NOT pushy at all. He truly showed up to help. Even after the initial meeting he would answer my follow up text questions in a timely manner. That also brought me peace in moving forward with his company. His installation team was clean, quick and kind! I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thanks Harvest Power for bringing your "A" team to my house!

Excellent service. Lenny & DeAnna were very professional, informative & accessible whether it was by phone call, text or email. The installation crew, Jose, Edgar & their crew, were prompt and courteous. All in all , the whole operation was very smooth.

I highly recommend Harvest Power and working with Frank Mirasola was great! Frank was professional, he also explained everything clearly and walked us through the steps of the solar process. He answered all of our questions, concerns, and put us at ease. There were no pressured sale pitches, just honest answers. He made my choice for a solar company easy. Mark and his team have done a very thorough job in providing our home with the installation of a solar system. Mark is very reliable in answering any questions or concerns at any given time of day. Harvest Power did a wonderful job installing our system from start to finish. Tyler Cirincione sold us the system and was attentive, honest and thorough.

I’ve had my solar since 2017. Twice I’ve had issues with the connections and I only found out about it after I received a much higher electric bill. Their response was that they don’t monitor the panels, which is crazy, but I guess I can understand. They said that’s the job of the customer. When I realized that there was no communication with my solar panels. I immediately called harvest only to be hung up on four times in a row. You can hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. Then came across their customer support phone number which is not actual employees of harvest rather just an answering service. After they promised me three times in three days that they would call me to help walk me through this process they have not called once. They send text messages all the time saying that they are going to calling in a certain amount of time (1 hour or 15 mins) and they never follow up. I would NEVER recommend using harvest solo panel ever.

Mark Rossini from Harvest Power did more for us in the first 2 days after our meeting than the previous 5 companies did altogether over the prior 7 months. His advice about our situation was spot on and backed up by his company. From our initial meeting until the installation was just about 2 months and that included issues on our end which held them up. Mark R kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and his updates and next steps to take were always when he said they would be. No missed appointments, no sitting around waiting for workmen, every task was completed on the schedule he gave us. His no pressure, no BS presentation of his company’s abilities, his availability to us, constant updates and his attention to detail on our purchase was surprisingly refreshing. I wish I had gone with Harvest Power in the first place and Mark Rossini is a major reason.

I first met with Frank from Harvest Power about 2 months before the installation. He told me that by 6/15, I would have my solar panels installed. Indeed, by 6/15 my solar panels were installed. The office staff took care of everything. After the installation Frank continued and ongoing support and conversations to make sure everything was up to my expectations.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY...Salesmen/women will cohearse you into signing..but if you change your mind they will threaten you and COME AFTER YOU FOR FEES AND MONEY. This is an unscrupulous and utterly horrible company with bad business practices. Please BE AWARE..HARVEST POWER IS THE WORST! After reading other reviews..they have damaged things and months later..they aren't fixed. I wish there was an option for ZERO STARS!!!

Harvest Power and specifically Lenney Peters did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable with every step of the solar panel installation process. At the no-pressure sit-down meeting, all of the options were presented, with Lenney understanding our requests and needs and respecting them. Let me emphasize this point as this was a key piece in our decision making when shopping among solar companies. Where other companies were a bit patronizing, were trying to hand-hold, or even apply pressure, Harvest and Lenney understood that we knew what we were doing and had reverence that we had done a bit of research in advance. Another benefit of working with Harvest is that they also specialize in roofing, so the customer does not have to shop around for another, outside party in the event that one's roof does not meet the proper standards. We had gotten feedback about our roof from other parties, as well, so we knew the sales approach was genuine and sincere. It was reassuring that Harvest took care of everything, including the paperwork filing and all of the communications elements. Lenney personally makes himself available quite often and is passionate about his line of work. When he says we can reach out to him with any questions, I honestly believe we truly could, years later, and still receive the same level of care.

From start to finish, everything went well. Thank you to Lenney and the rest of the team at Harvest Solar Power. They handled everything professionally and with great efficiency. All of my questions were answered and I feel very confident recommending to my friends and family.

Excellent, very professional and at a very affordable price using top of the line equipment. Paperwork and permits were done extremely fast. We had very good experience and totally satisfied for our solar panel installation by harvest power llc. From searching ,applying the permit to all the panel on roof , it took almost 2 months which need bunch of work to deal with . We are seniors get lot problems through networks .Mr.mark lieberman, who is sales manager give us full helping to go every steps. His smile and patience really warm our hearts. After job is finished, the young fellow clean up all the garbage out. We are appreciate Harvest Power helps for our solar panel installations.

Run away. Never have I seen a company run away from its promises more than Harvest. I specifically asked for enough panels to more than cover my current electrical needs as well as for adding an air conditioner down the road. I didn’t care if it costs a bit more. Just give me way more than I need was my ask. Fast forward a few years later, my system doesn’t cover all of my electric bill and that’s without even adding the new air conditioner. When I first complained, they said let’s see how the system is doing in a year. OK sure, I’ll wait. I call back in a year and get nothing but the run-around. No offer to fix their broken promise. In fact, nothing at all but excuses. Stay away.

The execution of the solar panel project on my home was exceptional. Working and communicating with Jeff was an enjoyable experience. He was professional and knowledgeable about the entire process; planning, installing, and operating the system. He was receptive to our feedback and questions throughout the project. The panels look and run great, producing electricity at the planned capacity. They have been running for years with no required maintenance.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I was shopping around and had bad experiences everything from no-show appointments to insane pricing. I met with Jeff on a monday and I stated I wanted a week to shop around. He did not pressure me or bother me and the following monday Jeff reached out to me and I told him that I would be going with his company. I expected a delay but within hours he went out if his way to come to my house and help get the process going. The entire process was very simple and to be honest over exceeded my expectations! The crews that came to the house for the install were very clean and professional. Jeffs ability to help me with simple issues of where I wanted the box conduit were quickly overcome. He is very accomodating and was open to listen to what I would like. I have people actually stop by to comment of how sleek the panels look and stated to me how they wish theres looked like that. In ending Jeff and his team made this entire process stress free. He was always willing to help when needed. Thankfully the way he is I really did’nt need much help but the very few times I reached out including on the weekend he did not hesitate to respond. There was no lack of communication with Jeff and his company. It was an absoulute stress free pleasure to have them do the solar in my house. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff as the salesman!

I met with one company prior to meeting with Bob Gray of Harvest Power. Was turned off by the other company, salesman was pushy and wanted me to lease, I did not want to lease. I filled out an online questionnaire on solarestimate.org. A few minutes later I received phone calls from several solar companies and one of them was Harvest Power. I spoke with Bob over the phone later that day and after a discussion about solar I gave him the information about my house. Apparently all of the measurements can be done online now, which is amazing. The next day, as promised, he sent me the proposal. I read it, not really understanding it, called Bob with some questions. I then presented the two proposals to my wife. She was skeptical about both of them and has a few friends who have had bad experiences with solar power companies. Bob came to my house on a Saturday and explained everything in detail to my wife and I. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. Bob was professional, polite, courteous, responsible and available to answer my questions as we moved throughout the entire process. The system was installed August 7. Edgar and his team of installers were professional and polite. Matt the electrician was professional, polite and answered all of my questions. I didn't think they would show up August 7 because it rained most of the early morning but they arrived and worked when the rain ended. Matt told me that the electrical inspection will probably in three weeks. I was surprised when the electrical inspection was completed August 10. I'm now waiting for the final paperwork to be sent and information on the App so I can install and use it. I recommend Harvest Power without any reservations. I have not rated the after sales support because I haven't received any phone calls from them yet nor have I contacted them yet with any needs.

My solar experience with Harvest Power was an absolute pleasure.. It was important to me that someone was going to sit in my home and talk to me about my roof and solar requirements. After emailing my electric bills to Jeff Homire, the presentation he put together answered any questions I had from what panels and inverters would be used, the layout of the panels, pricing options and a time line for the whole installation process. He also said if we worked together, he would come back to make sure all forms were filled out correctly. It gave my family a real sense that someone was with us through the whole process. After a few days to think about it, I called Jeff about my future plans, which would require more electricity. Later that day, Jeff put together another panel layout that would accommodate the larger system I was looking for so I signed the contract. The time line he gave was spot on, the permits, the PSE&G approval, even the installation date was right on time. My installation happened within 6 weeks. The actual installation of the system was done in one day. The crew was broken into 2 groups. The electricians and the roof crew. The electrician was an absolute magician. Nothing but perfection would do for him.. He ended up fitting the wires into the smallest space just because it would look way better cosmetically on the outside of the house. We didn't plan for it, but it came out great. Our roof line is 2 levels, one level with an attic and one without. The roof crew was able to wire all of the panels together with only 2 feet of PVC exposed. When I had a concern about a hole or a mount, the guys said it would all be taken care of, and photos would be taken for proof of installation. Jeff stopped in the day of the installation to check on the progress and to prepare us for the last few steps that were coming up. The transparency with this company was above and beyond. I would recommend this company to anyone that was on the fence when deciding to go solar.

I just received my first electric bill after 1 full month on the solar system designed and installed by Harvest Power Solar. My total kwh billed was 0, and this is in a month when the sun is low in the sky. The total experience was a pleasure, Mark Lieberman, and the staff at Harvest Power were professional, attentive, and very helpful. Mark designed a system that uses all the best components and technology to meet my families current and future electrical needs at a cost that was lower then my average monthly electric bill (with current incentives). Harvest Power also took care of all the paper work, and the installers were polite, and neat, they actually asked me how I would prefer the wiring to be run, and if I was OK with the location selected for the controller. I can't express how satisfied I am with the company and work done by Harvest Power. So glad I chose to go with a local company instead of a national conglomerate. 5 stars all day, all categories. I worked with Dave DeFilippo at Harvest and have had a great experience. Dave is extremely professional, has a complete grasp of the solar installation and financing process from start to finish, is very easy to talk to with any questions and is incredibly responsive. My process went from an initial phone conversation, to a Zoom meeting that was followed up by all the needed paperwork being emailed promptly. My solar system actually got online so fast (including having PSEG issuing their PTO) that I needed to be reminded it was up and running already. I would strongly recommend going solar - and especially working with Dave and Harvest to make it happen.

Joe Galluzzo was great. He was super helpful and harvest provided a great price for my solar panels. The application process was quick. The installers were so professional. Joe stopped by during the process to make sure everything was running smoothly.. the customer service personnel could not have been nicer! I needed help closing out the permit and they are so responsive. Such a great experience from start to finish.. the production is exactly what was quoted and I pay $13 for my electric including heat now!! Fantastic!

Walked into Harvest Power LB office For information on system and roof replacement. Joe Galluzzo sales rep and Mng Lenny Where very helpful and forth coming on the task of roof replacement and panel layout on a very historic early 1900 large home. Joe was very much on top of making sure communication on the process of going forward was explained and Lenny took care of subtractor roofing installation and logistics of materials The owner even dropped by to walk the property after completion and meet with me to make sure all was satisfactory. We recently invested on solar and our experience with Kevin G. (Harvest Power Energy consultant) has been wonderful. From the first interaction, Kevin has demonstrated excellent professional work ethic and communication skills, he is flexible, supportive, and easily accessible via phone, text, email, and(or) face-to-face. Run away from this company. I don't know what happened, but they are not the company they once were. As part of a renovation, we hired them to remove and re-install the system they installed several years ago. Cost was expensive, but comparable to others. The first set of techs sent to re-installed the system had no idea what they were doing and wired everything wrong, blowing out our inverter. They then proceeded to try to fix the issues 10 more times, breaking more equipment along the way (blowing out a second inverter). In fact each time a new set of techs showed up, no one could understand how it was wired, their words not mine. We lost 3 months of peak solar production and when I fought for reimbursement i was told no by the owner, because it was "equipment malfunctions"...even though they couldn't figure out the problem(s) for months that they caused. Not to mention, while this dispute was ongoing they sent a collections agency after me without prior notice. This is how they treat long term customers. Like I said, you have options, run away from this company.

Harvest Power installed a new roof and solar panel system on our home in August 2021. They did an awesome job on the install, and made sure my wife and I were both pleased with the work. Our sales rep Jeff Homire was extremely helpful, he was knowledgeable on the product and assisted my wife and I to make the best decision for our home. He kept in contact with us through each step of the process, answered any and all questions thoroughly and honestly. I would strongly recommend both Harvest Power and Jeff Homire for anyone looking to go solar.

Was referred to by a friend and spoke Salesman John Merkent. We agreed on a time to meet to discuss the benefits of an installation of a solar system. At the meeting, in a clear and simple manner, he explained what the company would be able to produce in energy, the financing options if needed and the length of time needed for installation. We agreed on the project, signed a contract and a date was set for installation. The Harvest Power Staff filed all necessary permits for us only requiring a signature from us, here and there, to keep the ball rolling. On the installation days (most systems are installed in one day and we needed two for we had a little extra work done) the Crew showed up on time and were respectful in the behavior to us and our property. They installed our system using some of latest, high quality products and left the property each day as they found it, totally clean. In the end we highly recommend Harvest Power LLC for whenever we had a question, we were able to get a hold of someone before and after the project was finished, Salesman John Merkent even gave us his personal cell number to ensure this and eventhough this is business they treated us like family.

Back to 2018 when i first met the sales person to discuss the solar system I asked if my roof size will cover my electric bill 100% she said absolutely and I told her that more than 3 companies told me the maximum you will get 80% , so i was promised that I will get around 11,000 kw /year , First the system is not covering my consumption which is 13,000kw/year at least. Second problem even the promised production in the agreement is not reachable yearly, what i get maximum is 10,000kw/yearly. To conclude this i was overpromised for my system and i paid for something I didn't get, when I called them more than 30 or 40 times with no response from the sales , company , customer service or even managers, At the end of many calls they told me higher position title will call you, I got a call in January 19th so he promised me that he will contact the engineering team and get back to me in the next 48 hours but herewith affter couple month I still didn't hear from him and he didn't even response for many texts I sent . Now I can tell this is the worst Idea I did and worst company I dealt with as after the sales is done no respect or responses at all . I'm ending up paying for the electric bill and for the solar as well . I'll see what is the  next legal action to take . Really bad experience. Then after several attempts they came back to me offering additional panels with discount as a new customer I just told them I need to fill my contract then the sales manager told me make it valuable for both of us we can give you additional panels and we can cover some of them. First offer 10 panels for $5500 and I agreed then after 20 days of calls finally he called me saying it was a mistake and I can't do it , Second offer $5500 for 7 panels he offered and I said 8 panels then he denied it. 3rd offer 5 panels $5500 and $6500 for installments , themes like they deal with me as a new customer not even try to find a solution to resolve there mistaken. They are really ridiculous and wasting of time . I'll hire attorney to find out my right. I need to get more panels to reach the production I promised and cover my electric bill as they promised me in the beginning of the deal at least 13000kw/year

John Merkent is wonderful, he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, he worked with me e wry step of the way. He knows his business. Even After the job was completed John regularly checks in to make sure everything is good. John was so great I referred him to my brother who also got his solar through John. He is simply the best.
