Green Power Energy

Excellent Company

I had a great experience with Green Power Energy. All staff was incredibly helpful from the sales team to the installation crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in solar.

Professional, Reliable and Transparent

I would recommend Bart and the Green Power Energy Team to my friends and family. Thank you again for your professionalism, reliability, and dedication. Your experience helped my family navigate the Solar landscape and we are forever grateful. Bart’s ability to run forecasted energy figures, financing options, and solar layout styles helped make our dream a reality. The Green Power Energy installation team was tidy, communicative, and effective. They were the first contractors to listen to my requests and helped explain technical terms simply. I will return to Bart / GPE for renewable resources in the future.

Very Approachable, Timely, and Effective

Green Power Energy has been very professional as well as friendly. I did not feel pressured or rushed at any point. Every question that I have asked has been openly and honestly answered. They have also made themselves very available for follow-up questions, and have made sure to confirm everything both in person and in writing. Given the amount of work involved in a solar installation, it has been surprisingly easy and painless. They are very approachable and technically knowledgeable.

Very happy with GPE from start to finish!

Green Power has been communicative and professional since the start. No questions went unanswered. And I had A LOT of them. I felt completely confident I had made the right decision when I signed on the dotted line and now my house will generate more electricity than I can even use. It feels good. David Teague handled everything with kindness and transparency. And I definitely dragged my feet, sorry David! The installation was timely, smooth and relatively quick. Entine and his team were so happy and friendly. Ive had teams of people work on my house before but none that laughed, interacted and communicated so well. They really seemed like they were happy and enjoying themselves too. I know that doesn't directly equal good work (it was though, for sure) but it does make me happy to see people enjoying their work, their team and their time. Also, Frank was collaborative and really took care of some special requests I made about trimming trees and he did a fantastic job. Pierson showed up at my house when the work was done and was so kind and helpful. The whole experience from start to finish felt smooth, honest and friendly. Solar is new to me and I am very happy that I worked with Green Power. Highly recommend them if you're considering going green!

Solar Install

Green Power Energy (GPE) If you're looking for solar, I would highly recommend Green Power Energy (GPE)! From the initial consultation to the finished project, GPE did an amazing job! Their team communicated with me every step of the way, processed all the confusing paperwork required for solar projects, and they delivered a high quality system that has exceeded my expectations! I researched many solar companies, and GPE was the only one that made me feel like I wasn't being scammed. Many companies had different prices which changed depending on if you were buying outright or financing, and they changed even more depending on your interest rate. With GPE, the price, is the price, is the price. Save yourself the frustration and go with Green Power Energy!

Grene Power Energy Solar Installation

Green Power Energy installed our solar panels. I was happy with every step of the process. I want to give special recognition to Entine Ruiz and Pierson McKee. Pierson is in sales and her knowledge of the process is comprehensive. I had a lot of questions and she knew the answers to all of them. She is courteous and friendly. Entine first talked to me when he was installing my neighbor's panels. He did the initial evaluation at our house and was in charge of the installation. Like Pierson he is friendly, courteous and professional and they are the reason I decided to go with Green Power Energy. If you're thinking of going solar, go with this company! Before the panels went up, we had to get a new roof because of last summer's hail storm. Green Power Energy coordinated this with Reliable Roofing (Matt Ellis), also an excellent organization. I highly recommend them both.

A company definitely focused on the customer experience

The whole sales process was wonderful. Our sales rep, Pierson, was extremely patient with me and worked with me to answer all of my questions about the installation process, the price point, and the size of system that we would need. She was very communicative and made sure that I was comfortable and kept updated throughout the entire process once I agreed to sign on. It was a refreshing experience compared to our previous solar installer (our installation with Green Power was in addition to an existing system we had purchased the prior year) who has less than stellar with communication. Overall, I am very happy that I chose Green Power Energy and I hope to see them expand their market even more in the Austin metroplex.

Solar power installation

Green Power Engery did a nice looking job on my roof and grade. Final operation to produce electricity was 5 weeks after install.

Great solar panels company

Great experience from start to finishing project within couple months. Email and phone response for any installation questions are very quick. Definitely recommend to hire green power energy.

A pleasure to work with

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. All of their employees are friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They did all the work in getting us through the extremely tedious process of permitting and inspections. They kept us informed and gave us updates on the process. The Sales and Project Managers were extremely helpful and answered all of oue questions promptly. We highly recommend them.

GPE did an incredible job!

GPE did a tremendous job for my family! Over two dozen other solar installers refused to work with my utility provider but GPE stepped up and made the process painless. Our sales rep was up front about everything and did a great job explaining how the install process would flow. The install team were extremely professional and friendly. I won't hesitate to recommend GPE to my neighbors and friends. Outstanding!

Performed quickly and professionally

We hired Green Power to install 31 panels on our house. They performed their work quickly and professionally. They were also great with making sure I understood the monitoring system and answered our questions thoroughly. They were a pleasure to work with.

Very happy with Green Power

From start to finish it only took about 3 months for our system to be up and running. It might have been sooner except for hold ups on our end. At each level - sales, installers and technicians - everyone was patient and professional, always willing to explain an aspect of the process to me. I couldn't be happier with my choice as Green Power provided a major contrast to the other companies that I considered. Where they sought to get my signature on the dotted line asap, Green Power took the time to consider the weight of the project from my perspective.

Solarized future

I enjoyed talking with Matt and Green Power Energy about their products and options. They delivered my solar panel project quickly and exceeded expectations. Overall, just a solid company with the plenty of resources to support my solar ambitions.

Only Good Things to Say

We had 53 panels installed on 09/16/2022. I worked with Austin Dow up front and Kevin Nally after install. The bottom line is it was way better that my previous home solar with Tesla. Green power made me feel like a partner and not a number. Strongly recommend Green Power Energy! PS - The installers were cool too

Excellent Solar Company

Had 59 panel roof mounted system installed by Green Power Energy in May 2023. They were great to work with. Took care of everything, permits , inspections, documentation. They were as promised and installed the system in one day. Kept us in the loop for everything. Highly recommend the company. They just installed another system for a relative. Very easy company to work with.

Great Experience

Great experience from start to finish. Our initial contact and consultant, Austin Dow was knowledgeable and patient answering all of my many questions to help me understand the complexity of everything that goes along with solar panels. Austin and everyone at GP made the process easy and stress free and kept me updated every step of the way. The install crew was professional, clean, and did a wonderful job installing the panels. Once the panels were installed Kevin Nally walked me through a very detailed step by step process of how the panels work and what I would need to do to get the most out of our new solar production. We have had our system up and running since 6/17/22 with no issues and have been pleased with the production and SREC credits that we have received so far. I highly recommend using Green Power Energy for your solar power needs.

Great experience working with Green Power Energy to design and install my solar system. I had talked with a number of solar companies, but ended up choosing Green Power Energy after meeting with Austin and going over the options. I appreciated the various system sizes, panel and component options, as well as different designs. Austin provided all of the various choices and benefits of each in order to help me decide, and even after the initial design i ended up making some small changes, which they were very open to. The installation team was great and finished up very quickly with everything looking great. It's been fully operational for about 8 months now and working beyond my expectations so far! The company was also great about helping with the financing, tax credits, and signing up for the NJ solar benefits, they send out plenty of guides and instructions, and set up a meeting to go over everything if you need it. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone thinking about going solar.

Walk in the Park

I just have to say that all the personnel at Green Power Energy were fantastic. From the installers, surveyors, inspectors, Austin Dow, the Sales Consultant, Kevin Nally, Customer Service Specialist and Eric Sikora, Field Representative were all very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. They were patient and very precise. I know it's their job to sell the solar panels but there was never any pressure from the team and that made my husband and I feel very comfortable, even after asking many, many questions about the solar! They are quick to follow up with any questions we had and would explain the answer until it was understood. Thank you so much for making a process that I have heard from others to be very difficult into a walk in the park.

Great Experience with Green Power!

Overall experience with Green Power Energy has been amazing - and has exceeded expectations. I wasn’t originally planning to go solar, but Green Power talked things through with me, and by the end I was kicking myself for not considering solar sooner. From the initial meetings, to the actual implementation, the staff was nice, informative, professional, and responsive. At no point were they pushy. Even post installation they still consistently reach out to check in and ensure everything is working properly. I am very happy with the end product, and highly recommend Green Power Energy!

Best contractor ever

Best contractor I have ever worked with. Everything was well communicated, their office was responsive, and they had the best project management i've ever seen. They outlined how long it would take for their part, how permitted would work, and how my energy company (eversource) would be the limited factor in turning on the system. Honestly cant recommend them enough!

Solar

Our solar experience with Green Power Energy was wonderful. We worked with Kevin, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the work. Highly Recommend this company!

The only choice for solar!

We researched a number of solar companies. We looked at both leasing and purchasing the panels and spoke to several reps. Based on price, warranty and service we chose Green Power. We have not regretted our decision for a minute. From installers to electricians, and reps everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They answered every question thoroughly and with a friendly attitude. Kevin Nally our customer Support Specialist called yesterday to review our system and what we can expect moving forward. He was upbeat and positive and quickly explained if any questions arose. He is our primary contact and will help any time we might need to call. Green Power is definitely the way to go for solar!!

Green Power Energy is awesome

Green Power Energy has a very professional crew. The system came online within a timely manner. Very satisfied with this solar company. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and happy with the results!!!

Started from Energysage in Feb and got a few quotes. Green Power Energy provided a good design with competitive pricing. The sales guy, Sonny, explained how the whole process works well. Their good reviews also helped to make a easy decision. Installation was done in June per schedule and each step was communicated clearly. System turned on in early July and works perfectly so far! couldn't be happier!
