Worst
Do not get involved with this company, there is no management or knowledge of what they are doing. Scheduled a service for our generac 3 weeks out and we’re called the day before they can’t do the service because they’re not certified !!! Looking for a new company that will take care of their customers. Totally worthless and have had issues in the past !! Don’t deal with them!! Only headaches !!

beyond unsatisfied
I came into contract with West Haven two years ago and I still do not have a working system. It has never once worked correctly and still doesn't. The customer service at the office is not helpful at all even downright rude. Even if the system was fully operational, it does not and will not perform the functions it was purchased to do. The time-consuming work and unsafe conditions of construction were appalling. I could not be more disappointed in the company, the service and this product. You would think for almost 100k you would get what you paid for.

Customer Service
We had Westhaven install a solar system in 2019 and its the best decision we ever made! They did an exceptional installation. Since then, we have experienced issues with our Inverter (Solar Edge). Westhaven has done an incredible job of assisting us in resolving our inverter issues. The issues had nothing to do with the installation. They were Solar Edge manufacturing or equipment issues, yet Westhave has stood by their warranty and made sure our issues were resolved. Tracy is a terrific customer service representative and is very professional, polite and does a great job of communicating. It makes us feel good to know that we can count on Westhaven to take care of our solar system. Great job Tracy!!

Want solar? Get a better contractor.
It's been five months and this system still doesn't work. WestHaven does not respond to requests for service. I contracted for a new roof, replacement solar system, and two batteries. the roof was never finished (since September 2021), the solar system produces half what my old system did at this time of year, and the batteries only seem to pull power from PGE. My PGE bills are about twice what they were before WestHaven. The roof is actually pretty nice, but unfinished gutters. The thing is, it was not done by WestHaven as they subbed it out to another company. The did up the price by $4000 after my old roof had been torn off. If you want solar go somewhere else. They are good at rhetoric (when you can get a hold of them), but lousy on service. I repeat...go somewhere else.

Tesla battery is bad
Was sold the Tesla battery for 20,000 pending rebate and it can't even back up the house for more than 1 minute on a power outage would have done better with a generator

The most professional Team !
Tim Root was my sales person,and was the most professional. Very patient explained all factors of my project from start to finish. Installation was done by Bud,Bryan,Marty who were efficient,courteous,and very polite,Great Job Men !! My inspection of my project was done the following day and even the City of Fortuna had excellent words to say of Westhaven Solar. I should be connected to PG&E this week and off I go. I’m so happy I choose Westhaven Solar. Thanks Westhaven

Do not use Westhaven financing!
The install went without a problem, on time and works well. But DO NOT use Westhaven's financing, especially All In Credit Union. Stupid me, I didn't read the small print. Even though I put 5k down on this project, they put a lean on my home. Be ware!

So Thrilled!
I can't say enough about Westhaven solar! From my sales person to the office staff and install team, they were all so great. One of my neighbors referred me to them, and I'm so happy with my new solar system. My system was installed in about a month and my PG&E bills are now only a few dollars. Definitely one of the best decisions I've made.
