Faulty systems

This company is not one you wish to do business with. They are liars all the way from the sales guy to the owner. Not a single person I’ve met that has system through them is happy with the quality of it and the service provided by westhaven. The warranty they offer isn’t a warranty. It’s just a meaningless sales tactic to make you feel safe with your purchase because they will not honor it at any cost. Don’t think the contract you signed or the in writing words from the salesperson mean anything. They have and will tell you the same thing, we will not honor it. 3 houses, 3 systems all with issues and every one of them told sure well send someone out at $200 an hour to look into it for you and then $200 an hour to repair. What happened to the warranty on everything for 25 years? Beware and shop around because this is the last thing you want to deal with when spending 40k or more is to get told to kick rocks when something goes wrong.
