On the day they installed the panels my Doble units AC Broke down. They promised they'll take care of the situation. When the repair cost was sent they never responded back. And during the customer dispute the rep was rude to us a said It wasn't related. We spent days without AC due to bad installation that disrupted our electrical connection. Reckless service and bad customer relations they never took responsibility for their actions from the get go. Don't recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Sunvena solar company from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entierre process clearly. Installation was smooth ,on time, and completed with great attention to detail. Their representative Brandon was excellent, friendly, responsive and always willing to answer our questions. Excellent customer service. The sales rep Jason Argueta and Wolfgang were very diligently while doing the sale, during the installation day and after the installation was completed. Installation team was great and completed the job promptly. Suggestion: Been more specific and what to expect on installation day prior to the installation date. Other than that the experience was great and I will recommend it to other neighbors.

SunVena installed our Tesla Powerwall 3 and we were very satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge and skill of the staff. Communication was superior with scheduling, arrival time and completion. Kudos to Kolby Yingling for his singular oversight of this project. He was professional, diligent and copied me on correspondence with the Utility Company through their maze of permitting and approval.
