Sol-Up has been an excellent company to work with. They have provided top-notch service, especially compared to my first experience with another company when I received the first part of my solar system in 2019. They have kept me informed throughout the process and have been responsive to my texts and calls. I especially want to give thanks to John Tutino and Emmanuel Salcido. John always answered my texts and followed up with whoever I needed to talk to. Emmanuel was great at explaining the system and getting it turned on for me. Thank you, Sol-Up. I interviewed 5 solar companies. Including the big names doing business in Palm Springs. Signed up with one prior to Solup which after wasting 2 months of my time stating they would not be able to do the job. After that I was very picky on the next Solar companies. I chose Solup and glad I did. I am a hands on homeowner and the great crew allowed me to question the process on every step. Did I mention I got the best price , not being the only reason I chose Solup. I would sold a finance deal by John Tutino that was just plainly false. After we caught what was going on in how my payment was being applied, I brought this up to John. After getting on the phone with Mosaic, I realized that the deal I was sold and what I signed were two completely different things. When brought up to John he told me how I pay off my loan is my business and he didn’t misrepresent anything. He told me he would bring up my concerns to his manager and I haven’t heard anything back. I gave them an opportunity to make this right and have not had any response. Otherwise I would’ve just paid cash for the system and instead I’m out in interest I wasn’t expecting to pay based off what John and I talked about. I would not recommend John Tutino to anyone based on my experience.

Did an analysis and comparison of several solar companies in May, 2020, before choosing Sol-up. My choice centered on their data analysis of my needs, the sales staff professionalism, their ability to do what they said when they set out a calendar, and of course, the overall warranty, quality, and cost of the system. Their service staff is top-notch. For example, today(9.10.24), I had a service call from Emmanuel Salcido because of a data communication issue. He analyzed the problem, discovered an unrelated potential issue(fixed it), and updated the system, while providing me with a complete explanation of the "what and why" of his work. Emmanuel was efficient, friendly, on time, and professional. One could not ask for a better technician who takes extreme pride in his work and his company. One can learn so much about a company by looking closely at those they train to service their product and interact with the public. Sol-up is to be congratulated for employing professionals like Emmanuel.

The good is that the solar panels were installed and now I have my electricty is $19/month. Another good and bad is that the system was late to be installed by a couple months but I was credited a month's worth of utility expense by Sol-Up and my sales rep. The bad is Sol-Up recommended and does business with a local family owned company called Ariat Roofing. Ariat was very misleading in their bidding process and what they said in person didn't match the fine print. Even worse is they labled the attachments in a way that was further misleading to hide what you think you are paying for. Basically in person they said they would give me two bids one for entire roof and another for just the areas where the solar panels would be. They gave me two prices via email one to redo the entire roof and another to just do the areas where the solar panels would be. On their bids attached it also said entire roof and solar areas also. When you open up the fine print and read it, it's different than what they said in person. It turns out the fine print said they would replace the "entire upper roof" not the "entire roof" which makes no sense considering they advised me that the underlayment has expired and I needed to replace the entire roof not just the entire upper roof. Why would they not provide me a bid for the "entire" roof after telling me it all needed to be replaced? After calling them out on it they agreed that it was misleading and apologized and said they would replace the lower roof as well at their material cost only and would cover all the labor costs. That cost would have been around $500 as underlayment and some battons just don't cost that much for such a small section of roof. They came out and said another $3000 is what I have to pay. It's a joke. I paid for an entire roof and they didn't finish the job. Thankfully my father in law noticed they didn't do the lower section so when I called to confirm they in fact said they only did the upper section. After reaching out to my rep Brian Grinn at Sol-Up he kept saying hes going to ask a Mr. Sweet and make it right, but that never happened and now it's been 4 months and now my communications are being ignored. My experience with Sol-Up was ok but I would not do business with people they recommend especially Ariat Roofing as they are very deceiving. Now I have have warranties with these companies and very nervous about their practices.

Sol-Up is a great choice for my Solar Panel install, my experience is exceptional from the start. Everyone is great from Antonija our energy consultant to every one , Krys, Zane the whole install crew to Tim- Sol-Up’s painter,, even the stucco contractor is awesome, Everyone is very professional, I will recommend them to anyone I know if they want Solar, If i will have to do it again I will not waste time talking to other Solar Company, will just go straight talk to Sol-Up. Again the experience on this installation is awesome.

Scam. They are suing me for $17,000 not doing any work just for me signing the contract and getting free permits from HOA. My HOA requiring me to be responsible for not only repair but maintenance going forward for roof of all 8 attached units not only mine and additional extensive insurance coverage. Solup lied to me that HOA can not do anything and will never be an issue. I would have never signed the contract if I knew it was a scam. Never sent me bill for work performed, hours, material. Never performed any work or improved property. I gave them my correct address and they kept sending mail to property where i do not live and harassing my tenants.

I read and heard about Sol-up from neighbors and looking at other reviews. My wife and I decided to give them a chance. We made an appointment with David Savage and he came to the house and gave us a lot of information. He did a great job and we said we would think about and he said no problem.....and no pressure. My wife and I came up with a list of several questions and emailed David. He had to do some checking and was very thorough with the responses. I am very happy to say we signed a contract today. A few things to think about when shopping.....Are you going to get a 25 year warranty on workmanship, labor and roof penetration anywhere else.....You will at Sol-up. Keep in mind you have to have a good roof to start with. They also do everything in house......You have an issue....You call Sol-up. As I was writing this they called and set up my site survey for tomorrow. I will do another review when installation is complete and I am up and running. Lastly......our electric Bill's in Nevada will go in one direction and that is up.

I had been treated badly by a different organization, but I had also made up my mind to overlook my disappointment and continue with the process. I met with several installers and set out my desires for a solar installation. All the businesses were competitive with each other, however I signed on with Sol-Up because of the combination of the quality of the equipment offered and overall service they guaranteed. They worked around my calendar issues without seriously pushing the completion date back. They promised to walk me through the process of putting solar on my roof, and they kept their word at every step. Every time I called the office, I got a courteous and complete answer to my questions, or I got a prompt call back with the answer. I think they really care about every job, and they go the extra mile to see that the customer is completely satisfied. I know that I am happy with them so far. I give them 5 Stars (6 stars if it was possible).

Manny is very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer all questions. He and Stephanie have been easy to reach and took great care to keep me advised all the way through the process. Everyone I came in contact with doing the paperwork and construction was polite, friendly and efficient. It has been an all around very pleasant experience.

My solar has finally been activated after the utility installed the new bidirectional meters yesterday. Throughout my whole solar journey with Sol-Up, I have had nothing but praise for the company, my project manager, and the crew I worked with. This company is exceptional! I'd like to commend every Sol-Up staff I worked with as every one of them was great and made this experience awesome. My energy consultant, Justin Niles, was great. He answered every question I had from when I first met him, to signing the contract, during project installation, to solar activation. He is very responsive, always follows up with me during the project to ensure it is going smoothly, and has been great overall! My project manager, Thomas Denoso, managed the overall project very well, correct any issues that were found, very responsive to every part of the project and any issues or questions I had for him via email, text, or call. He also made sure any mistakes that happened were corrected right away or I was compensated for it. Sol-Up Solar Installer Lead, Austin Arreola, was great and did the job in less than 6 hours. He and his crew installed all 22 solar panels and microinverters as well as run the wires down to the Enphase Combiner box and installed it in the garage. Sol-Up Electrician, Elison Crew, was very knowledgeable and very friendly! He and his crew installed the Tesla backup gateway, Tesla Powerwalls, the span panel, and all the wirings within 3 days, and moved all my home circuits from the original electric panel to the span panel. He also set up the Span App, Enphase App, and Tesla App with me, got it all connected to my network, and have it all running the same day! Sales Process - From start to finish, seamless process. Pricing - At least in my area and compared to the other 6 companies' salespeople I met with and the quotes they provided, Sol-Up's was around the same, if not better priced. I believe it was reasonably priced. And the quote they provided did not change before and after the project. Responsiveness - This company is lightning fast on every aspect of responsiveness from issues, to questions, to follow-ups. Warranty - They provide a standard 25-year manufacturer warranty. After Sales Support - I've only used it once but they are very responsive as well and fast on scheduling the service work. Overall, my experience with Sol-Up has been awesome and stress-free. From learning about their company from my energy consultant to signing the agreement, and finishing the project while resolving all the issues that pop up throughout this journey. They've always been very responsive and on top of the project. I highly recommend them to everyone looking into getting solar at their home. In late May early June 2022 we decided to get solar. My husband found sol-up and the sales rep Steve convinced him that sol-up was the best choice, he told us within 2 months of installation our solar panels will be on, he told us that they will be in contact every step of the way and that they do not use 3rd party contractors that everyone is in house. Everything they said was a lie, everything in their contract is a lie. Up to July 25th they called almost daily to check in, on July 25th at 7am the installation started, a hole was cut in my house and at 2:45pm the installers said they will not be finishing today due to rain coming they piled the panels beside my house and left, it rained and leak was found upstairs. I spent hours (during business hours) trying to contact anyone finally after 5 I got a call back the next day they come out say it’s not their fault and will send a report. 2 days later all the panels were up. It is now September 29th 2022 3 months later. The bird guard we paid for is not on the only updates I get are the lies I’m told when I call. I was told a guarantee that our solar will be on by the 28th it’s not on. It took until the middle of September before the hole in my house was fixed that their 3rd party contractor cheaply put together. If you choose sol-up be prepared to be lied to and pay both a solar bill and a full electric bill. I pray I never need to use the warranty because I’m sure the only way they will fulfill any agreements on their end is if a judge tells them to. I have been waiting 3 months for the report that they are not responsible for the damages to my roof. I hope sol-up responds to this because I do have proof of every claim listed and others not listed and maybe if I write reviews they will care about their customers.

Good sales people and installation was smooth and I was satisfied. That said, if you need ANY post installation help, this is NOT the company for you! I have an issue to be handled and have spoken their "customer service rep" three times over the past two weeks. Every time they forward me to a new department with only voice mail, I have left three messages, and have had exactly ) returned calls. I called back and insisted on talking to a human beings and apparently that's "not possible". I personally believe service AFTER the sale is as important as the sale itself. Apparently SolUp has another business model, and I am NOT a fan! My advice, select another company (there are MANY) that will provide you the service and support you deserve after spending tens of thousands of dollars.

I’ve found Sol-Up to be an exceptional company to do business with. I had them install solar panels seven years ago and was very satisfied with the job they performed. Flash forward seven years to today. I had two panels start to act up. Frank and his staff stood behind their job 100% and made everything right. While there are plenty of companies that install solar panels, what separates the outstanding ones is the customer service they provide after the sale is completed. I found Sol-Up to go above and beyond when I needed them years later. I really can’t express enough as to how highly I regard them, so I’ll simply say thank you to Sol-Up and give them my sincere recommendation.

Once we gave the go ahead they coordinated the entire process from installation on 2/19/21 to the meter switch on 4/7/21. If you are looking to purchase solar, this is the company I highly recommend. They are professional, efficient, and responsive. Michael the sales representative was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns. The installation team (Nelson, Terrance, Juan, and Denis) was very efficient, professional and did a great job. When we were researching in getting solar panels, we got quotes from 3 different companies. Everything from the panels, to the detail of the quote and the value far exceeded our expectations! The salesperson (Grant) and coordinators (Autumn and Tina) did a superb job informing me of each step in the process and the installers (Luis, Keeton, Elison, Andrew, Jeovanni, and Orlando) did a fantastic job completing the installation timely within the estimated window, walking me through how to use the solar system, and what to expect going forward from the Clark County Inspector and Nevada Energy installation of a new power meter. Overall, the experience significantly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Sol-Up for your solar panel installations! I could not ask for a better experience!

We had Sol-up install a solar system on our last two homes in Las Vegas. Both houses were about the same size. Sol-up was recommended by the builder of our first home and was very competitively priced. Purchase to install was quick, friendly and easy. I am not into the technical side of solar but the bottom line is cost of the system vs how much is saved. At the first house our electric bill was $14 up to $250. Our second home electric bill has been $0 up to $11.46. Three of the last four months has been $0. At this rate the system will pay for it self in 5-6 years. Maybe sooner. I highly recommend Sol-up for any solar installation.

I was originally looking at 3 different solar companies. The first solar company gave me the runaround, rescheduling several times and when I finally got them on the phone, it took 2 hours to get a quote, which was very expensive, for an oversized system with poor quality panels. The second solar company didn’t get back to me at all, and the third company was Sol-Up. Within 10 minutes of being on the call with Sol-Up, I knew they were the company for me, and they really lived up to my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Sol-Up because: + Their salespeople treat you with respect. I talked to Grant and he emailed me the proposal before our meeting so I could go over it and ask questions. He didn’t resort to high-pressure tactics or take me through a lengthy explanation - we went straight to the bottom line and then he stayed on the phone so I could ask him all the questions I wanted. + They are extremely organized. I filled in a form online and someone called me the next day to get details about my requirements, the day after that I was talking to a salesperson. Every step of the process I was properly informed, every person I talked to was prompt and helpful, every agreed-upon date was honored. The utility company messed up at one point and Sol-Up helped pick up the slack. + The process was super simple. Sol-Up pretty much did everything. I had to sign the contract, be at the house on certain dates, and call the utility company once. Everything else they handled! + The installation was quick and well done! Nelson, Grady, and Terrance were my solar installers and Anthony was my electrician. Everything was done in 2 days and didn’t require anything from me other than being around the house to let them in the back yard. + High quality solar panels at a great deal! They offer the best solar panels for high desert temperatures, and their offer was extremely competitive. Knowing what the other companies were offering, I can’t imagine going with anyone but Sol-Up.

From first contact to final installation and activation, Sol-up provided straightforward professional service. Other contractors gave me quotes with lower capacity. That would reduce cost, but also reduce efficiency. Sol-up’s quote was closest to my actual usage (I later added 2 panels for a total of 24), and the price was reasonable for high-quality, brand-name (Panasonic, Solar Edge) products. My sales rep, Mike, was helpful and responsive during the sales process. Other staff including Krystelle, Chayvon, Heather and Emmanuel were responsive and helpful. They took care of every detail. With the usual delays from HOA, county inspectors and utility, it took 131 days from contract to activation, in line with Sol-up’s original estimates. The system is now producing as promised. I was so thoroughly impressed with SoI-Up USA when they did the solar installation on my first house that I engaged them again for my current residence, and I wasn’t disappointed. My NV Energy bill throughout one of the hottest summers in Las Vegas was consistently under $20 per month. I thoroughly agree with the other reviewers’ ratings and comments who gave Sol-Up USA a 5-star review. They earn it. Sol-Up USA is outstanding full-service solar company and is very competitively priced. A local Las Vegas solar installation company, they have done a remarkable job from start to finish handling everything from A to Z, including the approval paperwork for the HOA, permits, applications, etc. Every single contact with the company was great, from the initial consultation to the entire installation team and office staff. Despite a complicated installation with a 26 panels, four different roof surfaces, bird guards and a whole lot of conduit that had to be customized, the crew did a great job during adverse weather conditions and the COVID19 pandemic. All were thoroughly professional, patient, very helpful and responsive, even while I watched and bugged them a bit during the installation process. I chose sol- up because they were competitive with other companies,they were recommended by an acquaintance and the products they used. From beginning to end I was very happy with my choice. From sales(Grant) to installation crew(Omar, Andrew, Luis, Keeton, Oscar) to billing it has been smooth and informative. From start to finish the company did everything they promised in the proposal. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the work in a day. I reviewed three companies before finally deciding to go with Solup, not only were they the best price, they were also hands down the most professional! Universal solar direct sounded like used car salesmen changing the price multiple times during the interview. The install was quick only took two days on my huge house and had convenient scheduling! I highly recommend getting solar panels and going with Solup!

I had been looking for solar for roughly two years by the time I finally decide to go for it. My initial estimate was from Sol-Up and the only reason at that time for me not to go, was money and the unsureness of my residence. Fast forward two years and 3 estimates later I decided to go for it. I almost went with a competitor but decided to reach back out to Sol-Up. They not only matched the cost but beat it with higher quality panels. Through the entire process Sol-Up was always up front and very informative. I am happy to have made the transition, the only issue..... I wish I had done it a year earlier!

Sol- Up had the best product and labor warranty. They answered all of my questions, did all of the documentation for HOA Approval, NV Energy, and inspections. Sol-Up kept me informed and provided me with updates throughout the whole process. All of their staff members are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The crew who came to install the system arrived on time and explained all of the work that they will be doing. After passing the inspections and Net Metering was turned on, there was a follow up appointment on how to read my solar dashboard. I highly recommend Sol-Up for their great service, quality, and price.

Install was very well done. Crew was professional and did a great job. All solar systems will require a little bit of conduit on the outside of your house in order to get the power from the roof to your electrical meter. The crew supervisor was able to run the conduit closer to the bottom of the house so as to minimize the visibility of the conduit. This required some extra work on their part. After installation, you'll need to wait a few weeks for the county and NV energy to do their inspections. Meanwhile, Sol-Up will send a painter to paint the exterior facing solar system parts to match your house exterior color. The front office does a great job making sure everything's on schedule. One trivial issue: Other Solar Companies such as Tesla will allow you to monitor the electricity that your solar array produces alongside the electricity your house is consuming and the net energy that you're sending back to NV energy. I was looking forward to this functionality because I like watching arrows move on my phone. I found out that SolUp usually does not install this extra electricity meter to bring the cost of the system down. I was a bit bummed, but after learning that the part cost $500, I was a bit glad that they saved me the money. All inflow/outflow data can be reconstructed with your NV energy bill.

From the beginning of the process to the end, Sol-up kept us informed. They were also very responsive to any of our questions and helped us understand how the process works between NV Energy and our solar panel system. One exceptional point of service was the final process with Emmanuel who came over to the house to explain everything. Thanks also to the technicians who installed the solar panels, Domi, Luis and Fernando.

We had Sol Up Solar Power company install 22 solar panels on our roof in Jan of 2017. They installed 3 more solar panels in October 2017 to meet our additional energy demand. We developed a bad roof leak during heavy rain into the bedroom of our home directly under the solar panels where the installers were walking to do the install. We notified our homeowners insurance company about our leak. The came to our home with a professional licensed roofer to investigate the cause of the leak. They determined the leak was not due to wind or storm damage but they told us their roofer did see numerous cracked roof tiles on our roof with some being located under the solar panels that were installed. We then notified Sol-Up of our leak. They sent a gentleman from their company to our home to inspect the leak. He got into our attic and said he could not detect where the leak was coming from but he did see some water leaking in. Sol UP then said they would send a roofing company to inspect our roof and do a leak test by taking a hose and running water on our roof and try to determine the cause of our leak. They sent a roofing company to our home called One Roofing who determined we needed broken and crushed roof tiles replaced and they gave Solup a quote to fix the leak. Sol UP then contacted another roofing company to come to our home to give another opinion called PRS roofing who was also supposed to do a leak test after Solup would remove 3 solar panels over the area where the roof had been leaking. Solup did remove the 3 solar panels and the company took pictures of what was under the roof and reported this information back to Phil Shaw at PRS roofing. Sol Up informed us that PRS roofing had told them and had signed off on a report that they had no liability in our roof leak. We asked to see that report multiple times because we wanted to understand how the solar panel installation had nothing to do with our leak since we had absolutely no issues with our roof before the install. They finally sent us a report several weeks after we had asked to see this. It was done by Phil Shaw with PRS roofing and it said the leak was caused by multiple broken and cracked roof tiles. We found nothing on the report that released Sol Up from liability in our cracked roof tiles. I called Phil and talked to him directly and he told me that Sol Up tried to pressure him to write the report releasing them from any liability in the leak and that he left the report purposely vague for that reason. He said the roof leak was due to broken and crushed roof tiles but he had no way of knowing who broke the tiles. All he could say for certain was that due to the cracked and crushed tiles the felt underlayment deteriorated over time due to sun and dirt and eventually rain leaked into the home. He said Sol Up kept saying to him how could we have caused this since we did the install of solar panels over these cracked tiles almost 2 years ago. (run out of room)

Listen! Listen! Sol up is the best solar company in Vegas. They're top notch and second to none. I took my time and did months of research before making my decision. I received a quote from Sunrun and spoke with a representative by the name of David. David was very aggressive, pushy and annoyingly called/texted me several times attempting to make a sale. Sunrun’s prices were very expensive compared to Sol up. Their negative reviews also made me very hesitant, as several of their customers had issues with pigeons, the installation process and warranties. Sol up had great reviews! Nonetheless, I vetted several of them and took the time to contact customers directly. Each customer was very happy with their panels and the entire process. Upon contacting Sol up, I spoke with Grant. Grant was very professional, knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions without being so aggressive. He explained each step of the process and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. Sol up also had much better loan options, with competitive interest rates. I was able to choose the best option with me, while the prices were much cheaper than Sunrun - including THE BEST Panasonic panels. Sol up took care of all of my HOA paperwork :) All of the paperwork (agreements..etc) was completed via Docusign, which was very convenient - due to the Covid-19. The whole process was very easy….way easier than I expected, having no experience what so ever in Solar Panels. The staff at Sol up was very professional and polite. The installation process was seamless! The crew arrived on time and completed the job before the expected time. After the installation was completed, they left my house and garage clean - without leaving any residue. You would have never known solar panels were installed. Another thing that REALLY impressed me was the fact that they painted the equipment (from the solar panels) on the side of my house!!!!! This saved money, as I did not have to hire a painter. After the installation, the representatives were in constant communication with me. Within a few weeks, my system was up and running. So far so good! I am very impressed with Sol up, my panels and the warranties. I have yet to receive a power bill yet. I'm really excited to see the savings. I highly highly recommend this company. I've installed my solar system with SolUp, a few years ago. Last month when I looked online I realised that some of my panels were generating much less energy than the surrounding panels and 3 panels were not generating any energy at all. I took a screenshot and emailed SolUp. A Sol Up rep called the next morning explained to me that my micro inverters were not working well and they will replace all 36 of them with a different type of inverter and monitoring system, free of charge. The work was done in 2 very hot days and the cherry on the pie was that they've replaced my DIY pigeon guard with a professional product at no extra cost. SolUp is a good, professional company with very responsive customer service.

I spoke with several companies in the Las Vegas area, even got estimates from 3 of them, all the research made the decision to go with Sol-Up very easy. Sol-up has been in the solar business longer than anyone in Las Vegas, and they offer the best warranty hands down. The pricing was competitive, and their quote for my system came in the lowest of the 3 - the competition offered to match the Sol-up price (but not their extended warranty), and I liked that Sol-up provided a fair price out the gate without playing any games. The entire process from start to finish was completed quickly and competently with customer service that was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a larger system installed and it was a 2 day process, the install team showed up on time as scheduled and all the guys introduced themselves (Domi, Luis, Keeton, and Jacob) and got to work. The install went very smoothly with no issues, throughout the process the guys kept me informed and involved me in some of the decisions (where to place the inverter, etc..), and at the end of the install I was provided a walk through of everything and how to operate the system. In my opinion, the installed system is the best looking one in the neighborhood with very little changed on the side wall of our house other than an emergency cut off switch box. Overall very please with the entire process and will gladly to recommend Sol-Up to my family, friends, and anyone who asks!

During this hardship because of the coronavirus, I have lost my job and I wasn’t able to afford installing solar. My installation date was scheduled next month in April and I immediately messaged the Sol-up team and let them know how I can’t afford it to install it because I have lost my job. Usually there is a cancellation fee as I signed a contract saying that if I cancel the installation there will be a cancellation fee. But the Sol-up team were really helpful and told me they won’t charge me a cancellation fee because they understand the circumstances right now. They worked with me and even offered me help. I would recommend Sol-up as they are very humble and professional; they care about the customer more then making a quick buck off of them. Thank you Sol-up , you guy are the best. I am going to install solar from Sol-up only once I can afford to do so.

I would recommend this solar company to anybody! Of the three companies that came to my house to explain solar to me Solup was the most honest to me about my energy usage. They were also the one company among the three that was actually based in Las Vegas. Others will tell you they're based in Las Vegas (cough, Arcadia, cough) when in reality their parent company is in Arizona and they only have a branch out here. When I finally sat down to make a pros and cons list of these three companies Solup came on top. Best overall price, longest and most comprehensive warranty, and highest quality panels in the end. On the first visit Solup came prepared with an entire folder about my energy usage, info about their panels and warranty, and the basics of solar panels. The other two companies did not come as prepared as that and weren't as honest either. I appreciated the thoroughness. Michael Carfioli was quick and attentive to respond to any concerns or questions I had during the financing process. And when NVEnergy took their sweet time to activate my panels the Solup office team was always calling and emailing to notify me about the situation. Emmanuel Salcido in particular was great. When I had questions about activation and monitoring the solar production through the SolarEdge app he came over to fix up that issue and took great care of me. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and made sure I was taken care of in the end.
