REAL Solar

Fantastic experience!

REAL Solar was a joy to work with, from initial contact with the office to final commissioning. During project development they made sure I understood what the terms meant and how the system would work; during installation the crew was professional and friendly, and answered all my (many) questions. There was a long lag time between signing the contract and getting on line, but that was expected, and I received regular communication throughout, to keep me informed of the schedule. Whether I needed to talk to the system designer, the project manager, the electrician, or the office manager, I received a quick and knowledgeable response. Our case was unique in that we contracted with REAL Solar in 2022, but didn't get on the install schedule until 2023. During that time, REAL Solar chose not to renew their license in North Dakota, but instead of abandoning me, they contracted with a solar installer in the state to help complete the project - definitely above and beyond! I can't say enough good things about our experience, and I highly recommend the folks at REAL Solar!

Great product. No surprises

We love our system! It is amazing how much power it produces, even in winter. Great sales and installation process - this was needed because we were not on-site for most of the work. Very thorough and professional. Turnkey system with REAL Solar and no surprises.

Good company

REAL Solar installed our system last summer and it has been performing better than they said. They made the whole process very easy and were great to work with. Highly qualified and very friendly professionals!

Outstanding company to work with

A local company that is definitely committed to providing outstanding service and timely completion of our solar project. From initial contact, through the education process, system design, power company application, installation and final check, we were very satisfied with all of the crew that helped with the project.

REAL Solar install - flawless

We decided to contact the Real folks because they were local and followed the ideas and convictions we agree with. The install went smoothly. The installers were efficient, skilled and always had the time and patience to answer all my questions - at no time did they make me feel as insecure and ignorant as I was - they address all my concerns, no matter how small.

Excellent Customer Service

Dedicated team of professionals who worked to ensure we understood our off-grid system, which they designed and built.

Excellent experience! Great communication and work done on time

I chose them because their bid was a little lower of three, and they are located closest to me. Also, I have heard of their good non-profit work.

Excellent Service and Install Process

I couldn't say enough at how good REAL Solar is from the start of design process to the final install of the system. I installed a system this summer (July 2020) and they will very helpful in answering all my questions on operation and maintenance. The install crew was very efficient, clean, and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend them. Glenn B.

REAL Solar provided great service before, during and after the p

After attending several presentations over the years, CCLEP had REAL Solar present to an interested group of residents, concerned about lowering their energy costs and their carbon footprint. The day after the presentation, REAL Solar stopped by the house to view our site, respond to questions, and see how they could assist us. Six months after the project, they still were available to help me with something NOT really part of their job; a computer problem resulted in the system not "talking" to Enphase, who provides me with monitoring and a monthly report of energy usage. REAL Solar knew exactly how to fix my problem. Today I am enjoying seeing the lots of energy going back into the grid; this month I got an $83 credit on my electric bill. It just doesn't get any better.

All workers were friendly and open in responding to any questions or comments I put forth

Excellent service. Even the electrical inspector was impressed! I am not certain about who arranged the inspections. It was painless whoever did it...

RREAL is quality organization that provides exceptional client service. I can`t imagine a better contractor to work with!
