Nothing went right from the time we first encountered the sales representative, Gabriel. We asked to rent the panels. They used my DocuSign and took out financial for a $31,000 loan. The panels never worked. The rep said they would pay our electric bills until the panels worked. They never paid a dime. Then we were told the rep was fired and were given the name of another person named Jessica. After communicating with her several times, with no positive result, Jessica was suddenly not with the company any longer, we were told. Solar panels are still not working. Jessica told us to contact the CEO Jeremy Turnwald. He told us that it wasn't his responsibility to make sure that the solar panels ever worked after installation. It's now over a year since this all began. We are stuck with a $31,000 loan that we never authorized; solar panels on our roof that don't work; and full electric bills every month. I have never been so frustrated or felt so helpless. No one will step in to make this right.

As soon as I signed the contract, the sales man dissapear on me. I was able to find a project manager out of Phoenix and he only took 2 calls from me, after that never responded. It took around 1 month to install the system and more or less 2 months to have it up and running (at this moment no comunnication with sales man, project manager nor anyone related to the sale and seller of the system, only the finance company. It will be 9 months from the day of Installation and I still do not have access to the monitoring system, and I just received my electric bill that looks like I dont have any system at all.

I had a solar consultation on 4/2/2019 and I couldn’t have been happier. Everyone I dealt with at Kgt Renewables was very professional and understood of my schedule and how I wanted things to go. The rep was kind and polite and very professional, he made sure I understood everything I was getting into before I signed he was a true gentleman.

My family and I were really looking to get solar for our house because we heard of all the great benefits it has for the future. KGT was able to inform me about all of the pros and cons of solar and they were truthful about it. They have great customer service and the thing that I appreciate about them is their Free Monitoring that they provide after installation.

We looked at four companies when we decided on KGT Renewables. Our project manager kept us in the loop the entire way through. They took care of all the paperwork, including dealing with our HOA. CPS took a while to come back with approvals, but our project manager kept us updated during every step of the process. The install crew that came out to our residence was very nice and respectful and informed us everything they did to our roof and service panel. Other than our utility company and HOA giving us grief, we are very happy with our install. We just got installed so we haven't gotten our first bill yet but we are excited to see our savings. We would recommend KGT Renewables to anyone who wants to go solar.
