Installation went well, however I have not received my rebate. Ann Turner has been extremely helpful in getting the help I need. I believe she is a true professional.

Customer who is not completely satisfied

Although this company seems to have a problem with communicating with their customers, I have had a positive experience with Ann. She has been very helpful and professional with my situation. If you are part of the TVEC Co-op, make sure the your solar installers work with TVEC to avoid delays in obtaining your permission to operate agreement. Still waiting for emvirsolar to come and install a breaker between the solar system’s disconnect switch and the connection to my power company’s grid connection.

I had a problem, contacted company and put in touch with Ann Turner. Ms. Turner was very professional, helpful and friendly. She assisted me with my problem and got it resolved. I strongly suggest if you have a problem to contact her. I wish other companies had employees as knowledgeable and helpful as her.

Untruthful

Had to complain to get solar sense installed, have not to this date received my rebate promised, but I must still pay the bill.....

Buyer Beware

Once they get you to sign and install the panels they forget you. I had my panels installed May of 2017. The THERMAL BARRIERl was never received as promised and my utility bill during the summer was horrible. I have called several times and no one returns my calls. They also sent me an email that I would be getting a rebate so I can purchase the THERMAL BARRIER on my own, never received it. I’m ready to go to the defenders since I’m not getting any where with these people.

Installed on Veteran's Day , but they still haven't turned it on

Salesman (RIcky) knows his stuff, installation was good, once they got here. Post installation assistance by Deja has been excellent. Our system was installed on Veterans Day. We finally got our thermal barrier for the attic installed at the end of January. Nobody has come to switch on the system or inspect it, or tell us if it's working properly yet. This can be done better,

I called and spoke to her after having some issues with my system, and although she was not familiar with my account she quickly got herself up to speed and answered my questions the best she could and then followed up with me to ensure those questions she could not answer had been answered. My Customer Service Experience has been Great!!!

I have worked with multiple people in customer service and they have always been such a great help. I have faced many obstacles leading up to the install and customer service has been there every step of the way. I finally have gotten my system working correctly and couldn't be more happier. I'm happy to be an Envirosolar customer!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: DEJA S. ***ROCKS***

My husband and I had some issues with our 1st Solar panel provider so we switched to Enviro-solar. At first we were so confused and had some issues come up between the old provider and the new provider. Promises and who did what and contract issues. ANY WAY...... we went round and round because the people we were working with either quit or got fired. SO we were left with out any contacts.... My husband was talking to people and I was talking to people but now one seemed to know who to get to help us. FINALLY, Deja S. put 2 and 2 together and got a hold of me and she was a HUGE help. The story was told again and she took care of business. She was kind, understanding, professional, and patient. If we would have been dealing with her back in August we wouldn't have had the problems that arose. She is a great asset to Enviro-solar and she has excellent knowledge when it comes to customer service.
