This review is only for my interaction with Tre Walker on or about 1/14/19. I called concerning Solar Edge communication failure of inverter to monitoring application. Tre was personable and provided instructions that were easy to understand. He was patient as I worked to enter password perform connectivity test. Unfortunately the test was unsuccessful and as of 1/22/19 it has not been corrected.

A shout out to Brenna Murphy who has been handling my account since the completion of my installation. She contacts me regularly to see if I have any questions or need assistance and is always cheerful and polite. She is a pleasure to talk with. Thanks Brenna!

Excited

My husband and I have always wanted to become more self sufficient. Planting a garden, raising chickens and cattle; you know taking care of ourselves without outside resources. The opportunity arose where we could generate our own power! What! Of course we want to participate. Derrick Brumfield contacted us in regards to reimbursement for our electricity, we are in! So happy we did

SOAR PANELS

I WAS KEPT INFORMED EVERY WEEK BY NIKII CAULEY.SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE,POLITE.SHE MADE YOU FEEL AT EASE ANSWERED ALL MY QU ESTIONS I SPENT 40 PLUS YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IF I HAD ALL MY EMPLOYEES WITH HER QUALITY OF SERVICE MY JOB WOULD OF BEEN A BREEZE.MY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT WAS AFTER INSTALLATION I FELT IN THE DARK AND NEGLECTED SOME WHAT.

Pretty painless process

From the beginning our contacts were very responsive. I received a weekly call from Nikii Cauley to make sure that I did not have any questions or concerns as the process was underway. Tyler, our sales representative, was available via text whenever we had questions as well. I received great tips on choosing a new electric provider and selecting an energy buy back plan. My initial concern going into this agreement was that I would feel like an afterthought once the equipment was installed. The installers were great. Installation was quick and very neat. I cannot in good faith say that I did not feel somewhat abandoned after the installation. I did contact Oncor directly to inquire about a new meter so that the system could be turned on. I understand that there may be delays in communication but my system was functional for roughly three weeks before I received a call to confirm that it was approved to operate. In the grand scheme of things, the process was painless and I received some support. I'll know in the next couple of months if I will see any savings. Fingers crossed!

Finally a go!

There were some rough spots along the way from installation to activation of my residential solar power system due to personnel changes but with the assistance of Miss Ann Turner, I believe I've been treated professionally and l am quite satisfied with the results.

Solar Panel Install

Once we were referred to a second installer, the process went quickly. But it did take from signing up in November 2017 to install in June 2018. Don't know what the initial holdup was, but we're now awaiting final inspection and the 'turning on' of our system.

Retired

Had panels installed in early 2018. Activated on 6/1/18. Apparently functioning properly but too soon to give recommendation. Still awaiting refund for assumed trenching and wiring that wasn't required.

Deja Simpson persistently followed up with me until completed. Management dropped the ball several times, wasting both mine and Deja’s time

Installation went well, however I have not received my rebate. Ann Turner has been extremely helpful in getting the help I need. I believe she is a true professional.

Customer who is not completely satisfied

Although this company seems to have a problem with communicating with their customers, I have had a positive experience with Ann. She has been very helpful and professional with my situation. If you are part of the TVEC Co-op, make sure the your solar installers work with TVEC to avoid delays in obtaining your permission to operate agreement. Still waiting for emvirsolar to come and install a breaker between the solar system’s disconnect switch and the connection to my power company’s grid connection.

Installed on Veteran's Day , but they still haven't turned it on

Salesman (RIcky) knows his stuff, installation was good, once they got here. Post installation assistance by Deja has been excellent. Our system was installed on Veterans Day. We finally got our thermal barrier for the attic installed at the end of January. Nobody has come to switch on the system or inspect it, or tell us if it's working properly yet. This can be done better,

This review is for Ann Turner. I called and spoke to her after having some issues with my system, and although she was not familiar with my account she quickly got herself up to speed and answered my questions the best she could and then followed up with me to ensure those questions she could not answer had been answered. Thank you Ann.

Excellent company

The instillation was quick and simple, it took no more than a week. I had to have an electric upgrade as well and it was included in the original price quoted originally. Thus far I have had only had one problem and they were here the next day to fix it. I'm very happy with the decision to install solar panels for the future savings.
