I recently had a Franklin Battery System installed by Circle Solar, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-executed. Lukas, my sales rep, was knowledgeable and straightforward. He took the time to walk me through the benefits of the Franklin system and answered all my questions without any pressure. His clear communication and responsiveness made a big difference in my decision to move forward. Diana and Victoria were fantastic on the administrative side - handling all the paperwork, permits, and coordination. They made what could have been a complicated process completely easy and painless. I really appreciated how proactive and organized they were every step of the way. Circle L installed batteries for my existing solar roof, as well as a solar panel/battery system on my workshop. I met with 8 other solar companies prior to Circle L and was about to give up: every other company felt sleazy, like they had something they needed to sell so they were going to try to convince me it was right for me. As soon as I spoke with Lukas I knew this experience would be different. He asked what I needed and what my goals were. We discussed various options and he provided his experience on the pros and cons of each (I had done extensive research so I know the “book” info, but not the practical usage nor interaction issues). He never pushed one company’s products. The pricing was clear and never changed or had “surprises”. The install went very smoothly; all installers were respectful of me and my property as they meticulously installed all of my systems’ parts. They were concerned not only in function but also that I was happy with the aesthetics of the install, when there were options on locations, etc. Follow-up after install has been excellent. Whether they initiate checking in with me, or if I text with questions, they are quick to address my questions (I can’t say “concerns” as I haven’t had any), and incredibly helpful. Even the office staff have been excellent with communication and they were able to get permits through far faster than my solar roof company had been able to. This company truly is truly exceptional.

Any questions or concerns we had were answered and explained thoroughly to comfort us in our decision. There was complete transparency and open communication. After researching various companies Circle L had the best product and price. Installation was smooth and not an inconvenience at all. Amazing service all around. We worked with Circle L Solar for two projects. The first project was a solar panel array that we opted to have installed stand-alone in the yard instead of on our roof. The install was complicated by an electrical panel that was not up to code so it needed to be replaced. Joshua Keim and Edd Fahrenkrug handled it extremely well, all while we were on vacation. They organized with the electrical company to disconnect/reconnect the power, electricians to replace the panel, and the panel installers, all while we weren't there with absolutely no issues on our end. The second project was batteries, several months later. Once again, Circle L made it painless. Since there were no complications, everything was set up and working over the course of a day. We highly recommend Circle L Solar and we enjoyed working with Joshua Keim and Edd Fahrenkrug.

We found this company through door to door salesman and normally we don’t answer the door however we did that day and were so glad we did. Having done business with multiple entities throughout my lifetime, I can definitely conclude communication and professionalism are of utmost priority for this company! Circle L Solar charges an insane amount of money for solar panels that are based off of empty promises. We now bear the cost of the panels as well as a ridiculous electricity bill year round. We were also promised up front via multiple individuals (though not in writing - our fault for trusting this companies' word) that when we need to get our roof replaced they would take care of it - at NO cost to us. We now need it replaced and are being told it will cost us an additional $12,000 just for them to remove and replace the solar panels we are already paying $66,000 for so that we can replace our 10 year old roof. When I asked the two ladies I spoke with about the agreement they told me "we cannot cover that for you since it is not in writing as that would be a $12,000 loss to our company." I explained that multiple people promised us the company would take care of any removal/replacement for roof repair and they said "sorry, it's not in writing." I suppose that is also my fault for taking a companies word for it and not getting a lawyer before signing the initial contract. COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY.

Everything with Circle L was great! I have been researching and reading reviews on solar for 6+ months until a friend recommended Circle L. I gave them a call and everything was a breeze after that. They explained the process and answered my questions and in a little over 6 weeks after that first call, my system is up and running. If only buying a car was this easy.

Unlike other companies I contacted, Circle L responded promptly and consistently throughout the entire process. They were careful to address all my questions and made clear the limitations of my system. The design, planning and permitting was all completed by the company with me having to do very little and was performed expeditiously. The time line was outlined at the onset and was accurate. Installation occurred as predicted and was accomplished in one day.

I had panels installed on my roof in June of this year by another company. I had problems with that company from the start sales, install and no service. The panels had quit producing and I could not get them to come see about it. I found Circle L Solar gave them a call explain my problems. Cara set up a service call. Nichol and Cara kept me informed as to what was going to take place. Trey came out and checked everything made some adjustment and fixed a couple things also kept me informed of what was happening. I would like to say that I was very down about my decision to go with solar and down on myself for not checking out who I got it from. After talking with Cara the first time she was very professional and made me feel better about things. Trey was great friendly and knowledgeable. He did what he said he would do that means a lot. I now have some future plans for solar and Circle L Solar will be who I call. Thank You Guys!!

Installment went smoothly

We have had Circle L for roughly 2 years and we just purchased a new house and was able to transfer our Panels since they were paid off. Kara is awesome she has been in contact with me every step of the way trying to get my panels moved and reinstalled. The crew finished today and everyone has been great!

I've never had better customer service than the Circle L Solar team provided me from start to finish. I mainly worked with Zack and Eric and they were always very responsive and came by the house numerous times to talk or provide additional information. Once the contract was signed, they took care of finding the best deal from electric providers given that I am now both using and producing electricity. The installers started installing the solar panels mid-morning and the panels were producing electricity that same day. By using their mobile app, I'm able to see and track my electric usage and production by the hour/day/week/month/year. I just looked at my app and over the last 14 days I've produced slightly more electricity than we've used. Bottom-line, I highly recommend Circle L Solar.

I definitely recommend checking out Circle L Solar if you're interested in going solar. The are a local company so it's easy to get ahold of someone and the whole process moves fast since they don't have to get supplies or workers out of state like many companies around here do. We had a few companies come out and give us estimates, but when Stephen came to us we knew we had to go with Circle L. He was very knowledgeable and professional about the whole thing. Stephen made sure we were comfortable with everything we were getting and never made us feel pressured. Kara was our project coordinator and she was very nice anytime we spoke on the phone. She helped us schedule a timeline for everything. Unfortunately the day of our install we ran into a couple issues but Kara and her team worked the whole day to make things right. Even one of the owners David stopped by our home that evening to make sure we were taken care of and didn't need anything. Overall I'd say Circle L Solar is one of the BEST solar companies around and if you like to support local businesses I definitely recommend checking them out!

I was referred to Circle L Solar by a friend of mine. I had at least 4 companies come out to my house to give me estimates and to listen to what they all had to say. At the end, Lukas had the most information and was able to accurately answer all of my questions. I know he gave me honest answers because he told me information that the other salesmen would not or didn't know, good or bad. The process was way too easy from information gathering to loan applications to final product. I am very happy with my decision to get solar and Circle L Solar.

We had an amazing experience with Circle L and our energy advisor Brenden Farley! We were interested in getting solar panels and were introduced to Circle L by Brenden knocking on our front door. We scheduled a meeting a few days after and he expertly walked us through the benefits, process, and answered all of our questions. Once we signed the documents the Circle L team handled everything from getting HOA approval, city permits, and anything else that came up. The whole process was as simple as a few signatures on DocuSign. End to end took around 5-6 weeks from initial meeting to installation date. Their team worked efficiently to install our panels and battery. They were respectful and left our yard and garage as they found it. We are absolutely loving our solar panels, battery, and Lumin smart breaker box. I no longer feel worried about a power outage. I also really enjoy having the Enphase app to see my system's data in real time. We couldn't be happier with the Circle L team and Brenden Farley. We would highly recommend Circle L to anyone that is interested in switching to solar!

We got solar plus batteries we have and electric bill every month and they said with battery we will not get and electric bill our electric bill last month was 135 dollars. I have a friend who did not get the batteries and her electric bill was about the same. Our batteries are not doing the job. The lied about the rebate it is not it is a credit. They made promises that they did not stand behind. The people that put it in were great. They will not return our called. I would not recommend them

It is a great experience and a journey right from beginning on transferring to green energy. Brenden Farley an associate of Corcle L Solar who initially explained everything in details about the implementation of solar power and made sure the process was smooth. He is very responsive to no matter what the query is or how many queries. On the installation date I noticed the panels were not of the correct brand that was initially quoted, when inquired they immediately changed it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brenden Farley is the Energy Advisor that helped us get set up on solar through Circle L. He has done an amazing job throughout the whole process of explaining how everything works and helping alleviate our concerns. He has always be readily available even if we needed him in person he shows up! If you’re in Texas and you’re looking into solar, Circle L Solar is the way to go. The only thing I had to do on my side was provide my electricity usage and they handled the rest of it. I was skeptical on solar at first, but I figured why not give them 20 minutes to show me the process. Once Jeremiah showed me how much I’d be spending on electricity vs solar, I was amazed and mad I didn’t do it sooner. Installation was quick and easy. The app works flawlessly. I’ve already referred a few family members and friends and gotten referral bonuses. I can’t think of a single reason to not go with them. It’s saving me over $1200 a year right now but that’ll start going up as the cost of electricity increases too. Great group and I recommend the Fort Worth crew 100%.

I have nothing to compare to at this time, but I cannot see how anyone can compete with Circle L Solar. Their sales team, installation team, administration team, product, scheduling team, .... 100% EXCEPTIONALLY outstanding. My Brother is scheduled for installation any day now. Before installation even left, my electric company was paying ME! I suggest you don't waste time with anyone but Circle L Solar.

Due to a bad experience with door to door sales, my wife and I were very resistant to hearing anything from another door to door sales pitch. Fortunately, we gave Jesus Duarte and Circle L a chance. We put him and his chain of command through the wringer by picking at every detail of the warranty and the product performance. We finally agreed to have them install enough solar panels for a 104% offset and barely over a month after installation, we are very pleased with the results. The installation crew was quick, clean, and professional. Everyone has been open to any questions I had and I am very up in people's business when it comes to work on my home. They are totally upfront with the cost and whatever they have to do to set your system up according to the agreement, they will make it happen without hidden costs. A cellular device was needed to be able to monitor the system, which was unexpected, at no extra cost to us. Jesus has kept in touch to make sure the system is working as pitched. We set up our installation in July '21 with Jared Hutton who came by our door and helped me get a package inside. I normally don't accept door-to-door soliciation, but something about Jared just clicked and we talked at length about what Circle L Solar had to offer. He settled all the fears my wife and I had and was really knowledgeable with the installation process and technology involved. A few weeks later the panels were installed in one day. Jared and Circle L handled all the paperwork and we just had to sit back and relax. We have no regrets with our decision.

As busy people we were not ready to prioritize our electricity bill based on a door to door salesman ringing our doorbell. However, Jared Hutton provided us an amazing conversation that was personal. He treated us like we were a friend, telling us personal stories of his previous clients, making sure all our questions were answered, and talking to us like peers and not at us like an expert. While he knew so much more than both of us, he was humble and ensured all our questions were answered even if it took extra explanations and drawing out visualizations. Jared went above and beyond when he discussed what his company could offer us, even if it wasn’t best for us at our time in our homeownership. After all his expert information, which felt like a friend providing us advice, we became Jared’s one-million dollar revenue client and now we recommend him to all our friends and family.

Contract was written with Circle L solar to do an energy overhaul of my residence. A 1450 Sq. Ft brick house in the 77303-zip code in built out neighborhood. The contract was for a high efficiency A/C, heating system, triple pane windows, solar panels with 20 years’ worth of monitoring and the ceiling insulated. Contract was done at the end of December 2018. System was supposed to provide for 100% of my electrical needs. Provides for less than 1/3rd. American Standard Platinum system. Solar L does not do any installations of A/C Systems, windows, installation etc... they contract out for the install. This particular system has a high efficiency rating on the A/C part of the system and a rating similar to the one replaced in the heat side of the system (Natural gas). A/C was installed at the end of January. Good - had it done in a day. Bad – A/C was installed with the filter, controls and access panels on the wrong side of the A/C in relation to the attic access. (Suspect it was because the electrical wire and the gas would have had to be rerouted) Initial problems- Filter access Gas exhaust pipes put in upside down. Had cut security system camera cables.(Not resolved) Outside unit not level. Attic unit not level. Items fixed by Solar L sub-contractors (Had 2 different sub-contractors , after the 4th visit from the first one I refused to let them work on the system because every time they would fix something they would cause something else to become wrong.) I hired another company to do the duct work and they flipped the filter, so it was accessible. Retrospect- Should of did like my neighbor - $8500 for AC/heating system with duct-work. Windows – From : A Window Inc., Ft Worth Texas - Delivered March 9, 2019 the first time. The wrong windows were ordered, 2 pane instead of 3 pane. Circle L representative said on phone it was because 3 pane windows were too expensive, so they were going to only order 2 pane windows. Initial contact was for 3 panes, he offered to give me 3 free solar panels to just take the 2 pane windows. I declined. Bid from local installer was $6000 for 3 pane windows. Have had 4 visits with windows and I am still waiting for one screen. In Retrospect- should have ordered from the local installer.(Houston, cheaper and same exact windows) Mission Solar Panels, MSE305SQ8T, Solar panels were installed March 19th, 2019. I was told they did all the paperwork for install and taxes, they do for the install but you have to check or the process will never complete. They do not do the paperwork for property taxes. Panels turned on May 9th, 2019. ( 50 days later) Panels went down July 12th, 2019. (64 days later) Panels back into service August 14th, 2019 (33 days later) after I called twice and asked why the panels weren’t producing power. System is a 7.5kv system.Not producing 90% to 100% of electric bill.Retrospect- Should have went with the straight up solar install instead of packaging with other services. And did a battery back up
