I recently had a Franklin Battery System installed by Circle Solar, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-executed. Lukas, my sales rep, was knowledgeable and straightforward. He took the time to walk me through the benefits of the Franklin system and answered all my questions without any pressure. His clear communication and responsiveness made a big difference in my decision to move forward. Diana and Victoria were fantastic on the administrative side - handling all the paperwork, permits, and coordination. They made what could have been a complicated process completely easy and painless. I really appreciated how proactive and organized they were every step of the way. On installation day, we ran into a few unexpected items, but Mike - master installer - handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. He communicated with me daily, kept me informed of progress, and resolved all issues quickly. His dedication and attention to detail gave me peace of mind throughout the process. Circle Solar delivered everything they promised. With Lukas guiding the sale, Diana and Victoria taking care of the logistics, and Mike ensuring a smooth and successful installation, I feel confident and excited about my new battery system.
