Biggest Scam I'm embarrassed to have fallen for

Circle L Solar charges an insane amount of money for solar panels that are based off of empty promises. We now bear the cost of the panels as well as a ridiculous electricity bill year round. We were also promised up front via multiple individuals (though not in writing - our fault for trusting this companies' word) that when we need to get our roof replaced they would take care of it - at NO cost to us. We now need it replaced and are being told it will cost us an additional $12,000 just for them to remove and replace the solar panels we are already paying $66,000 for so that we can replace our 10 year old roof. When I asked the two ladies I spoke with about the agreement they told me "we cannot cover that for you since it is not in writing as that would be a $12,000 loss to our company." I explained that multiple people promised us the company would take care of any removal/replacement for roof repair and they said "sorry, it's not in writing." I suppose that is also my fault for taking a companies word for it and not getting a lawyer before signing the initial contract. COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY.
