Awesome service

My system had been working great but the monitor wasn’t communicating with the app which kept me from tracking my production. One call was all it took to get technician David Scally out and he had me up and running. Despite the cold weather and a lengthy call with manufacturers tech support for software updates, David refused to leave until he was certain I was fully operational and understood all about my system.

Assistance in checking our solar input vs energy company

Had issues with our local electricity company overcharging. I contacted Wells Solar for a checkup of system and they responded quickly and efficiently.. Wells solar found no issues with our system, and installed a monitoring device so we could look at daily Solar Input.. I must say things are much better now. Highly recommend Wells Solar and Electrical Service Co.

Workmanship

Albert and the other guys who installed my panels were awesome. Very professional, courteous, and great at their job. You can tell they love what they do. Albert knows his stuff, you have a gem in him I hope you see that and reward him. My neighbors mentioned that to me also. Also the 4 guys (didn’t get their names) who moved my gigantic wooden shed 3 feet (and it was stuck In mud) so CPS Electric can come bury the new wires in conduit. TRUST ME! It was not an easy task. The guys all worked together to come up with a plan and it worked as they all worked together. They even lowered it on stone blocks for me so it didn’t sit in the mud to continue rotting the bottom like it was doing. So as I’ve seen so far even the guys who came out to put the new electrical boxes out they were great to. Spoke to Amber today on the phone she was very helpful. You guys have a great company. The salesman that sold us also, sorry it’s been awhile, forgot his name. All awesome. I’m recommending your company to all my friends, solar is the future so use Wells Solar.

Everyone in the company was very knowledgeable and helpful. The sales person was not pushy like other companies either and explained everything. The process went as promised and on schedule. Very professional. I do not hesitate in recommending anyone to the Wells Solar & Electrical Services company. Love my new solar array.

Wells Solar did a great job of installing our system. We experienced unexpected challenges that were quickly resolved. My only issue with them was communication at the beginning of the install. Once the installers were on the ground that was resolved. Another non related issue is: if you are going to recommend Reliant Energy please pass along to you customers that this is a 3 month process. Our solar system was installed in Mar and we finally began receiving credits for our May bill

The sales man i got James was great he explained to me to where i can understand and was very honest in doing so. I must say that was the key for me to go forward with this system. i have seen a huge difference in my bill. It is worth it .

Fantastic

I have been researching solar for several years. I decided to pull the trigger and spent 3 months researching installers. I decided on Wells and so happy I did. The company answered all my questions (which I had a ton) and worked with me to get the exact panels and system I was wanting. The price was very competitive. The instillation process progressed smoothly and they communicated with me during the entire process. The installers we friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. It is unusual to earn 5 stars from me and with this company I would give them 6 if I could. The time to buy solar could not be better. My payments for my system is less than my electric bill. Also I signed up for free nights on TXU so solar during the day + free nights equal amazing investment.

Great Solar Company!!!

The entire experience was positive. The initial consultation was relaxed and very informative. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. The credit check and approval took minutes. The permits and installation were handled with no effort on my part. All promises were fulfilled...I could not ask for anything else. Great company! I wish them all the success they deserve!

Great Service

I am a bit biased as this is a company my son works for. My son and the owner of this company have been friends since they were small children. The sales process was painless. I had explored the option about a year ago with my son, but an investment of mine had taken longer than expected to pay out, so the project fell by the wayside. My son was nice enough to keep me up to date about the falling incentives available, so I was able to pull the trigger in 2017 when I found out waiting longer would make the project more expensive. In fact, I did miss out on about $1000 in Austin Energy rebates because it took me awhile to get the ball rolling. The installation process was quick...less than an entire business day. Wells Solar handled all the approvals and permit necessary to get the AE rebate. There was a small problem with one of the panels or some type of electronics behind it, but Wells Solar's good relationship with Austin Energy got the system turned on and Wells Solar replaced the faulty component the next day. Overall I cannot complain about any of the service, even if my son did not work for the company.

Excellent Customer Service

The customer service was excellent! From beginning to end was smooth. Once I decide to move forward with solar there was very little I was forced to be involved until the power company asked if I wanted to actually turn the switch on to my new solar system. Great process.
