Super easy install and my bills dropped fast. Voltio made it painless and honestly kinda fun.

In 2021, I was approached by a representative from Voltio offering solar panel installation services. Despite promises of completion by mid-2022, the project dragged on until nearly mid-2023. To my dismay, another representative, Gillermo from Soledad CA, claimed that the original panels would fail due to the company's bankruptcy. He insisted on installing a new set to absolve the debt from my credit report, which I reluctantly agreed to.Fast forward to 2024, and I find myself with two sets of panels and two separate debts, with no resolution in sight. Numerous attempts to reach out to Voltio have been met with silence. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with Voltio's lack of accountability and communication. I urge potential customers to proceed with caution and thoroughly research before engaging with Voltio's services.

Around 10 months ago they knocked at our door telling us about "cheap" "affordable solar" and so we talked about payments and what system we would require after about a month back and forth my Mother signs and she only speaks Spanish the representatives both speak English although they knew this they brought a contract in English and they explained to her that she wouldn't make payments until the panels were providing electricity to our home. They keep telling her this is averge pricing and keep pestering and no one was home except for her they told her to just sign it and it would be 145$ a month so she signs. A week later they put them up but do not connect them and so we thought oh this is normal and then 8 months later still nothing during the eight months we tried to contact them and they just toss us back and forth and around the 7 month of waiting we get a 5000$ bill and also it shows that the 10 panel system costed 45,000$ and now we are talking to lawyers about this. Not even giving electricity to our home

I had Solar Panels installed roughly 08/2022. Voltio & still not operating after 7 months. Before selling their solar panels, Voltio did not verify allowable solar energy output limits with local utility company (MID Modesto Irrigation District) When attempting to get information from their representatives, poor response & myself as the customer have to follow up to get any status updates. Also have to keep checking on them to ensure project is moving along. Just looking for Voltio to follow up on me as a customer & ensure me they are moving the project along. Not receiving status updates cause uncertainty, especially with grace period expiring soon. We just want our solar panels to finally operate & so we can move forward with their solar panel services

A just had my system activated, everything was great and had no problems also the monthly payments are super low
