I interviewed several solar companies before going with Venture Solar and I have not regretted my decision. My sales person Neil Shea was great and he focused on a system design that was best for me and not necessarily the most profitable for them. I had other companies bid using inferior quality products and wanting to mount them where I did not want them simply because it would be easier for them to install. My research led me to believe that you need to be careful about who you trust, and my experience with Venture has been a positive one.

First time

As a first time solar panel buyer, the wife & I were confused on the matter, I had approximately 6 free quotes, Venture solar showed to be the best value, (not cheapest). Ultimately you get what you pay for, Michael Ficarra the sales rep. I was lucky to talk with a few times explained to us the panels and project in details, Venture Solar uses high-quality American built LG Solar panels. 2 months after me first talking to Michael, the system is up and running beautifully, no complaints, quite the contrary, the peace of mind it has provided me is pricelless, my savings are upwards of $100.00 monthly, which is huge for us, especially in this economy. Thank you Venture solar for the great product.

Great service! I made the right choice

With so many Solar companies to choose from I decided to go with venture because of their high customer service rating and their in-house team of electricians and contractors. Fantastic experience

We’ve been customers for about 4 years now and couldn’t be happier with their product and service. The panels have been producing as promised. Any time we’ve had to contact them about any issues (minor roof leak, birds nesting under the panel) they answered right away and got it fixed. Our main contact has been Justina Edwards. She has been an absolute pleasure to talk to. Always so polite, professional, and gets the job done asap. We’re sorry to be leaving the company as we are in the process of selling our beloved house. Life changes, and plans change. But, we would absolutely recommend Sunpower and its affiliates for their work. And, Thank you for the opportunity to be good to the environment. Frustrating experience

The salesperson I had was good. When I asked about some poor reviews I had seen, he said well, you can’t make everyone happy. I had hoped I wouldn't be one of the unhappy people, but, my experience has been awful. First they installed the panels in a configuration that I did not approve in my contract. The engineering department was apparently to blame. Since they were aligned to say the word “TO,” I asked that they be fixed because it was embarrassing. It has taken A LOT of follow up on my part to fix the most ridiculous mistake and I’m just so fed up. I would not recommend this company.

Everyone from Micheal the salesperson, to the scheduler, the inspector, and installers were top notch, courteous, knowledgeable, kept me well informed and a pleasure to speak with. Venture Solar is the company I have recommended to family and friends.

Highly Recommend Venture Solar!

The team at Venture Solar was really great to work with. From the front-end sales to back-end installation, all top-notch and professional work. Collin was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions, and he really did a great job. We liked that he did not try to "push" the sale too hard like we had experienced with other solar companies before deciding to go with Venture Solar. Thank you Collin! The roofing crew did an amazing job - working in the heat and rain and got the job done. Same goes for the panel installation team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked together as a solid team. The panel installation looks fantastic. Wire routes are nearly all hidden and where they did need to come out to the exterior in order to run down to our electric meter, it was well done and looks very clean. The Venture Solar team would routinely send us updates during the pre-install phase so that we knew when the design was finalized, when the plans were submitted to the town, when the roofing would be installed, etc. The system has been operating perfectly with no issues. Nice work guys!

I don't know the office site, however I dealt with Rubail. He was professional, knowledgable and punctual. The lines of communication was always opened. The other representative that emailed and called was professional too. I had such positive things to say about Venture solar.

Pretty efficient process from start to finish. Installed on 9/8 and started production on 9/27. Producing as projected. The team, sales, install coordination and customer service has totally met my expectations thus far.

No Brainer - simple and efficient

Rubal, was as informed , proffesional and pleasant as advertised. The panels are sleek, design is clean and process was simple. No hesitation in referring Rubal or Venture to anyone interested in saving both money and the enviroment .

Not recommended; promises not delivered

The Venture Solar salesman promised that our panels would be installed and operational by the next season. It took almost a year after we signed to get our panels up and running. There were many miscommunications between Venture Solar and our power company, so we had to keep calling Venture to apply pressure and ask for updates. Our point-of-contact kept changing. too, so we never knew whom we should call at Venture. The whole experience was way more stressful than it should have been. Also, the array of panels on our roof is very unsightly. The salesman showed us pics of streamlined arrays, but when the techs came to install our panels, they said we needed pipes on the roof because we don’t have an attic. The array looks very awkward, and we have yet to save a single penny. I regret signing with Venture.

Stellar customer service! Great company to work with!

I started researching for solar as my electricity bill was always higher than expected & that I knew that it was only going to go up from here. One of the companies that came out to provide a quote was Venture Solar and from the start, they gave a very transparent view of what the Solar process was going to be, what it is, and what it isn't, making sure they address my goals & needs. They were very supportive in accomodating my requests and issues. The process was butter smooth all the way up to the point I was able to make the first Solar Energy! They provided timely and thorough status updates at every touchpoint and status change. There was minor gutter damage during the install which Roger, from the customer experience team, helped address and fix in no time. I truly thank and appreciate all of the promises and follow-ups that Roger committed and delivered. A solar installation can be a nervous decision for many, but I can confidently say that my experience with Venture Solar has been great.

Professional and Caring

I had a free consultation July 19 and as of August 31, I am solar powered. I was always kept informed of all steps taken by Venture. The best part, once you are with Venture, you are not dropped. Questions and concerns were always answered! Thank you Wendy! The day of installation the installers arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. explained what was to be done and got to work immediately. When leaving showed me what was done and left the premises spotless. I am so glad Venture is my solar company.

Professional and Punctual

I had my solar panels installed December 2020. They have a team for everything. The guys that installed the solar panels and the critter guards were very punctual and professional. Everytime I had an issue the office would always send the right people to get the job done. From the sales person to the installers to the office admins, they all did an excellent job in coordinating and responding to my inquiries. I highly recommend them if you are looking around for a solar company.

Venture Solar is the way to go

I worked with Peter Hryb to purchase the system for my home in the Fall of 2020. To date the system has out performed my expectations. Also, more than 1.5 years later, Peter continues to assist us with any questions. A solar system company that continues to support even after the sale is closed.
