Worst company service ever and WORST PANELS EVER

this company installed my panels on my house back in 2020 , because my electric bill was average of $211 a month . They was quick to install my panels and have it up and running , while the contractor was installing a panel he drop it from the roof and hit my house damaging my siding . they said they was going to fix it ( but never came back to fix it ) 6 months in the I`ve notice the my electric bill was going back up from $70 to $111 every month I call the company many of times to come and look at it , they never came , I called every month til` 2 years later . the panels is still not working and I`m paying $178 for the panels and $111 for my electric bill . I and paying more then every after having these panel . I recommend to do your reach , and not to listen to the sales reps. they will tell you anything . once you sign that contract you will never heard from them again ( key work sales man ) p.s. I never got my state discount

DO NOT CHOOSE VENTURE SOLAR!

DO NOT CHOOSE VENTURE SOLAR! We are currently in the middle of our solar panel installation and I could not be more dissatisfied. We started our solar project SEVEN weeks ago, and our solar panels - though finally installed - are still not hooked up/producing electricity. During the sales process, Venture Solar guaranteed the project would be completed in one business day....Although projects like this tend to get dragged out, the source of my dissatisfaction is Venture Solar's inability to communicate with their customers or return phone calls. Between my husband and myself, we have left 10+ messages for Venture Solar. When we expressed our unhappiness with how the project was being handled, we were assigned a regional installation coordinator, Henry Branford. He assured us he would be able to wrap up our project quickly and provided us with his personal phone number. However, Henry refuses to respond to our calls and text messages. He will send a text message and then we will try calling him to discuss, and he screens our calls - sending us to voicemail (which is now full). During the sales process Venture Solar touted about their glowing 5 star reviews, leading us to believe they were #1 in service in product. We are so disappointed and could not be more unhappy with our choice to go with Venture Solar.

Disaster of back office and customer service

I would stay away from Venture if you want any form of customer service. We signed up with Venture in February of 2021. The lack of good personnel created a mess of a situation where we could not get our system finalized and installed until October of 2021. Customer Service at this point is still lacking and we still do not have the permits for our solar installation closed out from our town. At this point, I'm not sure if it will ever get closed out as the permit probably expired. If you try to call Customer Service, nobody picks up. The only alternative is to call and make believe you are a new customer and then someone will pick up and you can ask for Customer Service from there. Absolutely do not go with Venture if there are other options, definitely look up all of your other options first.

I recently conclude the project of getting Solar installation with Batteries from Venture Solar. I am impressed with the working of the entire ecosystem, specifically the battery backup system from Enphase with smart switch. I have been able to achieve 97-98% energy independence with home powered by solar during the day and enphase batteries thru the night. Though connected to the grid, the electricity sourced from the grid is minimum. Very happy with the professional services provided by Venture Solar. Their post installation support has been excellent, no complaints. I would highly recommend Venture Solar with enphase batteries as total package for GO GREEN solution !!!

Exceeded expectations

I must say i was skeptical at first not knowing what would be. Morgan Gray was amazing from start to finish. Him and his team held my hand throughout the entire process, notifying and explaining every step of the way. The installation crew was also amazing handling it all in 1 full day. With no electric bill I couldn’t be happier today.

Solar review

Venture Solar has been great. They did an excellent job with the installation including taking all their debris with them when completed, I had a couple of minor things that I had to call them about, and they were right on top of them. They even had to make a trip back to the house which was done in a very timely manner. The folks that I've spoken with on the phone are always more than polite and eager to solve any situation. I recommend them highly.

Alex was very helpfu. He addressed all of my concerns about my system efficiently. It was a pleasure to be reassured that everything is working as it should.

Hi everyone, I got to know them last year when I bumped into some sales people at Bj”s, after get qualified they schedule a visit with someone who showed up in my house on time and explained everything about the panels, price and finance. Every other appointment I had after that went well so we decided to go with them. The day I signed the contract I was told that the insulation would be in February 2022, we meet in October of 2021. I didn’t think the installation would be possible because of the cold weather, NH can get below freezing this time of the year and I expected to be delayed. So March and April went by, the weather got better and no sign of the panels. I sent an email to the person responsible for my area and she wasn’t there anymore and told me to get in touch with someone else, witch I did and this person was “out of the office” and told me to ask for someone else, witch I did and this person told me that wasn’t him and told to ask for someone else…so I got tired and send a random email to them saying that if I didn’t hear from them until Friday of that week I would get another company and would not be responsible for any loss they might had. Soon enough I got I call and they scheduled the job beginning of May. The works showed up on time and got the panels installed in few hours. Before they leave they explained how would works from that, someone was gonna give me a call to schedule the electrical inspection and after that the city inspection and that would be it. Soon enough someone called, but the call was to explain what the workers did, not to schedule the inspection, and he told me that I would get a call in the next few days for it. Couple of days went by and I got another call from someone else to say that I would get a call in few days to schedule the inspection and to ask if I could write a good review for them…..well, today is the first day of June and guess what? No calls, no appointments, no inspection!! Basically I have solar panels on the top of my roof that are useless, I wonder if I’m producing free energy for them… Anyways, I do not recommend them, I would never use them again and I regret chosen them. My advice for who is on the market for solar panels is, DONT GO WITH THEM!!

Worst company ever!

Two of my Solar panel broken down after half year, they scheduled me a service appointment 3 weeks later after my call. No one shows up on my appointment day, they rescheduled to next week and same thing happened. After 6 times of rescheduling still no one come to fix my broken panel, they always have different excuses for me, such a liar. I finally give up on this company, I really hope those people who’s going to choose this company to see this notices, make your decision carefully, you means nothing to them after you assign the contract paper.

Did my research and made the right choice

I decided in late 2021 I wanted to go solar. I met with 6 installers over a 3 month period including Sunrun, Trinity, Momentum, two small companies, and Ross from Venture Solar. Venture was the most professional, thorough, detail oriented, and did not make me feel pressured in the slightest. I ultimately chose Venture because of the value of the service plan and production guarantee they offer in addition to their track record and my general interactions with them. Wow, we was impressed! Everything didn’t go as promised— it went better! Communication was excellent, and the system is performing wonderfully. We look forward to producing clean energy and saving and would highly recommended Venture to anyone in the Massachusetts area considering solar panels.

Excellent service and installation.

Very professional company. Explained process and materials used, showed a video of installation on roof. They took pictures of home, went on roof and used a drone to check the roof and verify number of solar panels that could be installed on my home. It took about 4 months from when Venture Solar first came to my home and signed up for it, to have the town, electric company approve the installation, get the system, install it, town inspection, electric company inspection and then turning it on. I love the phone app to check on the status of panels and see how they are doing each day. First month - was turned on part way and electric bill fell to $75, next full month - electric bill was $25. (March and April). No pressure to buy system.

Very happy with Venture

There are a lot of solar companies to choose from and I'm glad I decided to go with Venture. From the beginning the consultant, Juli, was very professional and knowledgeable, and she answered my questions without being pushy like the other companies I met with. I was well informed throughout the process, from permitting to installation. It's nice to do business with a local company that genuinely appreciates my business and follows through with customer service. I highly recommend Venture!

Great company and installation experience

Venture solar did a great job with my installation. Very happy with the result and aesthetics of the installation. I'm already getting a lot of my neighbors complementing and asking me about the process! This system is producing even a little more power than estimated. Love the service plan and production guarantee!

Nice pitch, little support when there are any issues

I got Venture Solar installed and turned on in December of 2021. The setup itself was a mostly smooth process with a few red flag exceptions, including: 1. Being sold on a critter guard, and then when it was never installed, eventually being told it was on back order. There is still no critter guard, and no communication on if or when it might be installed. 2. The constant misleading emails about being in different stages of the process, always being a previous part that had already been settled. Now, in an ongoing attempt to set up the promised PJM-EIS account to sell back what energy isn't used, a main selling point for installing such an expensive and time-consuming system, I can't seem to get any help from Venture now that the setup keeps getting rejected. The information Venture has shared does not match what was shared with the state of NJ, and after 4 months and dozens of emails, I can't get confirmation of the information needed, or even a reply to an email at this stage. The chat bot on their site is very sorry for my inconvenience though. This might be a good company with a one off issue here, but maybe if as much was invested in the support and not just the selling, I wouldn't be looking for ways to get out of this quagmire.

Venture Solar was GREAT

We had been looking at a number of companies to purchase a solar system from and Venture Solar came out on top. We live on a highly wooded property, which was one of the main reasons we moved here. Some companies told us we had to agree to cut down most of the trees around our house or they would not even give us an estimate. Venture came out and designed a system to give us 79% energy independence without cutting down even one tree. Their attention to detail and their excellent communications, every step of the way, made it a very stress free experience. Other than signing the contract we did not have to do anything. They handled all of the paperwork with permits and coordination with our utility company. They even handle financing the project and gave us a rate that was a no brainer to accept. Everyone we worked with from sales to installation to customer service were polite, attentive, and above all honest and truthful. We cannot recommend them enough. And oh yes, after just over one week we are already seeing nearly a 50% reduction in the electricity we get from our utility company and are looking forward to even more as summer comes. If this continues it will way more than cover our loan payments for the system and still leave us with large savings on our electric bill. We cannot imagine why anyone would not want to go solar; so when you do we highly recommend you do it with Venture Solar.

Stay away!!!!

0 stars stay away. They promised me and did not live up to there promises. From damaging my house to have there workers drop stuff off the house. Paying double for electricity costs. 0 stars stay away!!!

Great Company & Customer Service

I chose Venture because of their reputation for excellent customer service. They have completely delivered in that regard. They use all in-house contractors and electricians and went above and beyond to accommodate me (had to be extra careful bc of Covid concerns and my medical history) anyways if you are considering Solar I highly recommend them - the entire process is easy and professionally executed. Venture solar is the best solar company in the region. They are very professional and do beautiful work. They have gone above and beyond to answer any questions or resolve any issues I’ve had. Will definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in going solar.

Replacement of inverter

After 2 years with solar 1 inverter went defective,I called venture and they came and replaced and installed another inverter.I didn't have to wait long,service rep kept me informed.Great service

Strong Customer Service

Venture Solar handled the entire process well. There were bumps in the road with inspections, weather, the utility, the state. Patience is a virtue and my patience paid off. I have a beautifully installed working solar system. I love that fact that one panel failure won't cause a system crash. I love the fact that I can monitor the system 24/7. I love the fact that I now have one contact for communication and that, when necessary, a Senior Manager intervened to solve issues in days, not weeks. I feel that the principals are truly dedicated to making Venture "the best" in the industry and I believe that is and will continue to be.

The whole process was easy. They walked us through step by step. The only delay we had was waiting for the electric company to come and install the new meters. The electric company is on their own schedule.
