Great service

Finally a solar company with such great team, always available , answering concerns and making sure the customer is satisfied, from the sales rep “Laureena Giorgi” that was on point explaining everything that you need to know, to the team that came and installed the panels and the ones on the other side on the phone tree always returning calls and text msgs , overall 5 star service . I do recommend.

Great service from Venture Solar!

I first found out about Venture Solar from Kevin Hine, one of their Sales people. Kevin was extremely professional and did a great job presenting all the facts and answering my questions. Never did I feel pressure to make a decision or did I feel I was being pushed into something that did not meet my needs. Ultimately I agreed to proceed based on what I felt was going to be a highly quality system and from a trust worthy organization The system is now installed and I was satisfied with every step along the way. The Venture team provided frequent and timely updates for me as they sought approvals from the power company and my township. When it came time for installation they worked around my schedule and completed the work in the time frame to which they had committed. I would definitely recommend using Venture Solar!

Wow! I can’t thank Shane enough for all the time he spent helping me understand the app and how it correlated to my complex utility bill. I’m not the most tech-savvy individual so truly appreciated his patience and kindness. He offered so many tips and highly recommended I have a Home Energy Analysis coordinated through my utility company. Before we ended the call, he told me To always feel free to reach out to him directly with any other questions. Needless to say, Shane is officially added to my contact directory! Both he and Brent (who was just fabulous and so impressive with his presentation!!) are top notch in my book and have been such a pleasure to deal with. I will happily continue recommending Venture Solar!

Professionalism in the work place

Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking to my support team: Shane Delinks and Chris Manuel of Venture Solar. They both were very professional and knowledgeable. I am elderly and they were able to walk me through a techical application of my Solar System. I am now able to monitor my system on my computer and cellphone .

Most honest and dependable out of all solar companies

I’ve met with many different solar companies and Venture solar was the most knowledgeable and consultative. After many hours of research I found they offered the best quality products for the best price and we’re so easy to deal with. Recommending them to all of my family members.

Everything was great!

My husband and I spent some time looking at different solar companies and decided to contact Venture based on their reviews. We had Dan come out and give us plenty of information on how it all works and it was really our interaction with him that solidified our plans to use Venture. We were advised it would take a few weeks to get things designed, approved and installed, however they were super informative throughout the process and made sure we were aware of every step. The installation was fast and done properly, I was worried about our roof and possible leaks but it’s been raining for a week now and everything looks good. Once things were up, we were lucky that everything moved pretty fast (town inspections, grid approval/connection, etc) and now our system is finally running :). Their customer service is great and they are constantly checking in to see if everything is good, so we’re definitely happy customers and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

I have consulted with many different solar companies over past 3 years to find the right company for us.  I finally had mine installed this past July.  Venture had the solar panels we were looking for, Hanhwa Q-cells, and my sales rep was honest, upfront and explained everything I needed to know and hooked me up with the right people I needed to talk to.  Sure, I had some issues along the way, as I would have with any other companies, but everyone I had been in contact with have been so helpful and resolved everything I needed. They are a great team and I have recommended to everyone I know.  I'm even signing a second contract with them for my other home that's currently rented out. 

Other than a 2 +month wait to turn the panels on, the experience was good.

They did a great job installing the solar system. They were regularly following up and keeping me in the loop. The team came in and installed my 25 panels within a week of utility company approval and was done in 4 hours. Buying solar panels is a very confusing process, and i can see they were genuinely trying to help.

Customer service

I had the pleasure of talking with Paul on 08/08/2022 and again on 09/13/2022 and he has been nothing but very nice and extremely helpful. Thank you Paul!! Your company should be able to hire many of you so they can have the best customer rep every time you guys get a call.

The sales process was extremely thorough as Courtney walked me through multiple options regarding panel sizes, placements, systems available. She also walked us through the net monthly costs, loan options and federal/state incentives available. We ended up going with upgraded panels since we would need to install fewer panels for the same system size. We had the roof redone with the panel installation since it was due to be replaced within 6-8 years. Once the contract was signed and the project was given the go ahead, the Venture Solar team established an estimated timeline and made sure to contact me every two weeks to update me on the progress. They handled filing all the paperwork with PSEG and my town building department, scheduled all inspections after confirming with me, and were on site each time for the inspections. Actual installations of both the new roof and panels were quick (1 day for the roof and 1 day for the panels). Following the permission to operate given by PSEG, the Customer Experience Technical Rep (Shane) was able to answer any questions I had and get me started with setting up the solar monitoring APP (Enlighten) on my phone. Everyone was available via, phone, text and email and was able to answer my questions. Very pleased with the customer service from sales, startup, and after.

Sales and engineers and the installers are professional and efficient. Nice Team! System works nicely.

Exceptional Solar Company Experience

Our Venture Solar salesman (Michael Ficarra) impressed us with his contract knowledge and was very straightforward as to the installation process and associated costs. Our solar system is up and running and we couldn’t be more pleased. From sale to permit process; to install and approval; the Venture Team did an exceptional job!

Very good experience with venture solar! 25 year warranty on solar panels and microinverters that are state of the art. Installation crew showed up on time and cleaned up neatly when done. Good customer support from Shane. The company monitors and guarantees a predetermined amount of electric production. When my free Enphase app monitor detected a minor meter error, I called Venture Solar and they responded promptly and corrected the problem the next business day. They also were helpful with applying for the state incentives and tax credits thanks to Laureena. Would highly recommend Venture Solar. -Louis Andreozzi

I recently worked with Venture Solar on the design and implementation of a solar solution for our home in NY. From the onset, the team has been fantastic. Viktoriya V. has been outstanding in promptly addressing all questions and concerns throughout the installation and activation process. Ryan H. has been instrumental in answering every question and solving each inquiry I have ever thrown his way. These are top notch folks and an asset to any company; I feel very lucky to have dealt with them throughout our solar experience. Customer Service Support

I have encountered some bumps in the road, mostly because our electric company was sold during our install process. I have been dealing with Denis on the Customer Support side and he has been so responsive. I love the fact that if I call, or text, he always responds within a reasonable amount of time. Also love my panels and sever of my family/friends are putting them on their homes as well.

Sunpower by Venture Solar…Best thing we ever did!

January will be 4 years that we had Venture install our Solar panels. This was truly the best thing we’ve ever done. Peter Hryb handled everything for us. Complete opposite of a “car salesman”. Such an honest family man who gave us the perfect size system that we needed. Venture’s team was amazing and handled everything professionally and quickly. Since the date of installation we have not had to pay for electric. No regrets and I highly recommend them!

High And dry

Signed a contract and paid a deposit over 5 months ago. Great presentation, came to survey ,drew up designs , all great ,then nothing. Lack of follow up ,no Certificate of insurance, Sales person pushed us to tech dept . Our case worker left the company with out any notice or passing our contract to anyone else. New guy went on vacation after promising Il'l get right on it. Wrote to managers told would be resolved immediately .Now another 3 weeks gone by and still no workers comp insurance Asking for a refund giant wast of time Hard Pass

Great company. Morgan was awesome to work with through the entire process from initial meeting all the way to getting on the grid. Customer service was far superior to other companies I was provided quotes from. They don’t just set you up with panels and never speak to you again they have been communicative and helping at each part. Competitive prices for premium panels and customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone
