Excellent choice

The presentation by Venture (their rep Nonni) was clear, thorough and responsive to all our questions, and was a large part of our reason for selecting Venture. They completed the work in one day, when they said they would, and completed the cleanup before leaving. The lease cost to us was lower than the other company we evaluated.

Great value with excellent customer service

The company installed the solar as per the contract. However, there was some issue with the production, but Venture Solar were quick to address the issues and added a few extra panels (no charge) to match the contracted production. In last 3 years, 1 panel broke down, but again VS quickly fixed the problem.

Experience with Venture Solar went smoothly. Josh was there every step including pulling permits, scheduling install and going over the monitoring app with me after installation. Always had answers to any questions with a quick response.

I was very pleased with the whole solar purchase and installation process. It took longer than expected because of permitting and power company permitting - nothing to do with Venture. The follow up software process was also very good. Overall pleased so far.

Skeptical at first what a difference

It took about 3 to 4 months very professional company kept me up to date on everything. It moved very quickly. Customer service always available emails on time. True to their word. My first electric bill with my air conditioners two of them running on economy 24/7 was 26$. I pay venture a fee of $100 a month. This is a big difference for my electric bill last month which was over 300$. This company is 100% true to their word not a rip off trust me them I'm a New Yorker who retired to Connecticut I trust no one

Went smoothly

I was expecting plenty of issues, but the only issue I encountered was the fault of the NYC DOB and it was cleared up by the project manager. One of the owners called me on a Saturday to make sure things were going as planned. All the installers were great and super polite and worked very clean. They came with a broom and dustpan and set up a small tarp to make sure my floor didn’t get dirty. Not essay to get these types of employees today. The electrician, Jimmy was super polite, knowledgeably and clean. Overall a great experience. I recommend Venture to everyone.

Introduction to the company was touch notch. Follow up and planning spelled out clearly. Company’s appointments keep on time and complete. Installation day was productive and well organized. Employees were efficient and polite. Concerns were addressed immediately. Follow up came the next day for a quality completion.

All the guys were very nice, respectful, and friendly during install. Install didn’t take too long either considering the heat of the day. When inspecting my attic after install I did notice a single screw missed the rafter it was supposed to be drilled into. Great guys, good install work.

My usage and amount of panels was not count correctly.It is not possible to connect to them right after you sign contract.numerous messages left,,,

Never trust this cheater company

Hi, My name is Nitin Patel and I got cheated from this company big time like I almost lost $75000. JOSE who first contacted me from this company said I'll take care of you all my life never showed up after installment. Evan after solar installment I was getting very high electric bills, I contacted them again and they make me $12000 cash payment from my pocket to install another panels, what a mass. After spending almost $75000 still my electric bill is $200 per month in summer, ridiculous. I keep calling my sales rep JOSE and his boss RUBAIL NASIR, No one calling me back, No one explain me anything after installation

Good staff make all the difference

Venture Solar staff were professional, kind and reliable. At each step in the process, they explained what was happening, they always showed up when they said they would, and they dealt uncomplainingly with rude and unresponsive municipal staff who made their lives (and mine) difficult. I will be happy to recommend them to others, but in Belmont I would wait until I make it clear to my local elected representative and town staff that they need to improve their performance and be more responsive both to contractor staff and to the residents of Belmont who pay their salaries. I look forward to lower electric bills and years of trouble-free solar panels! I want to make a special effort to thank Tristan Souza, who was my main point of contact with Venture Solar over these last few weeks. Through a good deal of frustration caused by the Town of Belmont, Tristan stayed cheerful and made daily contact to let me know what was happening. She is a gem and I hope you all appreciate her. The title of my review says it all.

Great Customer Service

Very responsive and friendly customer service. I spoke to Welly to inquire about the tax incentives and she stated she would find out and get back to me. She called me back several days later and answered my question. She also provided documentation that the paperwork was filed. Very nice person to deal with.
