Every step has been so well managed!

Could not be more pleased with my Venture Solar experience. From sales to installation to customer service, it has all been top notch. I have been in sustainability for over 20 years and I can tell the good from the bad…and Venture Solar is 100% great.

Pleasure working with the company Venture

It was a pleasure working with all of the people adventure they corrected anything that needed to be corrected. It went smooth with the install. All permits and documents were set in motion and in place in a timely manner. I highly recommend using them for your solar needs.

Customer service

Laureena G was my Solar Consultant. When signing my contact she neglected to point out the 7% interest rate. She sent the signed contract on the day of installation (I have emails). I’ve never accepted a 7% interest rate I wouldn’t start with solar panels. Post System Activation, I worked with Wellesha B. Out of a New York office. Very friendly until I needed support with my SREC Trade Application. I sent text/email asking for information not accessible in my contract. My contract does state the PM would assist in the process. Instead she’d reply to emails with one word answer, or not at all to text messages.

Smooth Installation

The guys that installed my solar system (team 2? ) did a beautiful, neat and problem free installation. The job "chief" was very helpful, answered my questions as was the electrician Kevin. They were so professional but friendly and pleasant. Their work seems stellar and the electrician. Took extra pains to check with me about placement of the conduit which he custom fit to the contour of my roof. He also made sure he checked with me as to my preference of location of the electrical boxes on the exterior of my house. I look forward to using my solar system once BGE inspects and installs the new bi directional net meter.Venture Solar has explained the entire process and been positive and attentive to any issues or questions throughout from application, to site survey, to system design and installation. I don't think there is any solar company better!

Dissatisfied disappointed

I was excited about this project, but it turned into a very frustrating experience. Before signing the contract, communication was great. After signing, that quickly disappeared. Responsiveness and support were poor, despite promises of strong customer service. It took almost five months after signing for the system to even become operational. And even after the project was supposedly completed, I was left paying both their bill and PS&G at the same time. That is not what I was led to expect. To make matters worse, there were two companies involved—Venture and PosiGen—and it was never clear who was responsible. When I asked for help or clarity, no one would step up. On top of that, they promised me an incentive for choosing their system, but despite repeatedly asking for updates, I have received no response at all. Overall, this has been extremely disappointing and far from the reliable service I was promised. Think twice before signing with them.

Home Solar Installation

The installation experience today was great. The crew ( Brian, Chris, Ray, Justin, Billy, and one other gentleman) was friendly, professional, and took the time to check in with me throughout the day. Every step of the process with Venture has been just like this!

Excellent Service and Experience

Found this company on solar reviews as well as a few competitors. I ended up going with Venture Solar because it was the best value and they were professionals. The selling rep, Phil, was informative and helped me understand the process. Communication was clear the whole project. I would recommend to anyone.

The whole crew were awesome, great and knew what they were doing! They did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them to anybody putting up solar panels! Thanks You for all your hard work!

Great experience

I had a great experience with Venture Solar. The system is up and running and I just got a $45 credit from my power company for the month of August. Venture installers were professional and efficient getting the entire system up and running in one day. When the electrical conduit and wiring had to be rerouted around new gutters, the technicians did a great job of completing the work and ensuring a clean installation.

Amazing Staff

I recently bought a home that has Enphase Solar panel installed by Venture Solar. Since I am new to this I was unsure how to understand the entire set up, maintenance etc. I reached out to Venture Solar and Wellesha Barnett was assigned to help me. She was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive both on email and on phone, followed up on all my query, guided me with the transfer of ownership and coordinated the entire process. Venture solar installation

Great costumer service. I connected with Josh E several times during the process. He was informative and extremely helpful! The app for the project was also a great tool in communicating and checking the projects status. The Venture team really does it all! It seems to good to be true but when I tell you, you really don’t have to do a thing I mean it! Between contacting the town you live in for permits and eversource to getting the Venture team to install in a timely manner! It was stress free all around, especially the financial aspect! Highly recommend sitting for a consult if you’re on the fence! It sounds too good to be true but once it’s explained and you see how it all works, you too will wanna go solar! It just makes sense!

Amazing company and people!

Process was seamless. It started with our salesperson Boris Kaiser who is beyond fantastic. He took the time to explain the overall process as well as answer our many questions. Once we pulled the trigger on the project, the entire process moved very smoothly. Our project managers (Dan and Aries) were on top of all the required milestones and communicated the updates to us constantly. Also want to give a shout out to our tech George who worked with my township to ensure we were given the COA. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and now we are reaping the benefits of solar power. Highly recommend Venture Solar!!

Roof top system installed

The crew in the field, on the day of installation, was run by Anthony, so well organized and very detailed and accurate. It was perfectly centered on our roof and avoided a stack from the bathroom below it. All communications with the main office were handled by Josh Esposito, who followed through on all the details. Dillan the carpenter did an amazing job up in the attic with extra support lumber. All in all it was an amazingly positive experience.

Great Company

I’ve had a great experience with this company, customer service is amazing. All the people helping us get started, made it very simple understandable, and are always there for questions, very easy to get in touch with so far loving our solar system. Outstanding service provided

As a homeowner having solar panels installed, I was a bit nervous but the gentlemen arrived in time with a mission in the forefront. They were professional, polite, well-mannered, and ready for work. They explained the entire process to make me feel comfortable. They kept me abreast as the worked diligently. There appeared to be no hiccups in their determination to finish the job. I must say, they communicated with each other to ensure everyone was on the same page. Outstanding service provided.

Great work from start to finish

The whole process with Venture Solar has been great. The first contact people, Josh V and Steve thoroughly explained the options and made the system design the optimum possible. When it came time for the utility and town permitting process, Tristan, the permit coordinator, was very helpful with communicating with the town and submitting updated plans to them (the town was very demanding, yet slow to respond). Zack, the electrical coordinator, and Ilya, the roofing coordinator were very helpful in answering all my questions and arriving at the proper scope for the jobs. The roofing team, an independent company assigned to the job by Venture, led by Eugene, worked a 12 hour day plus half of the next day to complete a difficult roofing strip and re-roof. The panel installation team, Nick, Lucas and Aaron, did an excellent job as well. From start to finish, our experience with Venture Solar has been great! System is a lease, so no up front costs (but no tax incentives to us, except maybe State).

Great experience very happy with Venture

Everything was done on time as promised. Staff is polite and friendly. They explained every step how it was going to proceed and we were watching the progress on the venture solar app and the things happened as they explained. Our sales rep Jose and the account manager Josh are excellent. They answered our questions well to our satisfaction.

Good group

I have to say in the beginning we were not to sure about the whole solar thing but once we started talking to people in the company and understanding it better I am glad we did it. Starting with my sales rep all the way to the owner. They answered every question and stood by everything they said and by far the best rate with a new roof. The install crew we also had was top notch friendly kind and knowledgeable
