Sunstore Solar

Terrific crowd of folks.

I`m not sure we are producing as much power as we hoped, but perhaps it`s because of the excessive pollen this year. We have cleaned off the pollen recently, but cloudy weather has prevented max. sunlight so we haven`t had a good test.

The interconnection has not happened yet, so the after sale support is not applicable yet. Thanks! Sunstore Solar did a wonderful job. I look forward to hiring them again in the future and recommending them highly to others.

Bruce and his staff did a fine job, and delivered 100% of what was committed. Though not enumerated in detailed form on the estimate, the necessary materials and services were provided in a complete and timely manner. I would encourage anyone considering the installation of a PV system to talk with someone who has been through the process, and if possible, visit an existing installation, to see how it works. Note: a PV inverter does generate some noise (hum)- be sure to plan for that when locating it inside a house.

We have not seen the savings that were projected however this could be due to the utility company`s estimates of our usage. Also, it turns out there are far more cloudy days than we had estimated.

Sunstore Solar is devoted to getting the job done right, and they have the expertise to make that happen.

Incentives were in the form of tax credits, which did not reduce the purchase price.

Professional job, crew cleaned up when finished, answered all questions in easy lanuage. Good team to work with!!

Good people to work with.

After the initial installation we have had Sunstore out for a few upgrades and additions. Would not consider working with anyone else when it comes to alternative energy systems.

I was very pleased with the company. All employees were very professional and informative. If given the opportunity, I will gladly give a positive reference for this organization.

They are conscientious, know what they`re doing and do a very good job. The only drawback was the failure at good communication regarding the required electrical boxes on the outside of the house. Also, the initial hook-up was not to SC&G`s satisfaction and had to be rewired pushing back the credit we would have derived from the energy we were producing by about 10 days to 2 weeks. All and all very minor compared to everything that was done right. The contractor was apparently unaware that in Charleston County, he needed to get a separate work permit, that it wasn`t included in the general work permit for building the new house, so he applied for the permit after the installation work was done. Though that didn`t seem to be a problem with the county.

Work was completed in the VERY short time frame requested. The company did an excellent job of getting all materials and equipment ordered quickly after signing of the contract and kept me posted as to the delivery schedules. They did great follow up and monitoring of their suppliers until all items were received. Everyone with this company is very thorough and professional. They know their business well. Sunstore provided an outstanding quality installation. I`m very pleased with Sunstore Solar`s performance and will use them again in the future. They have my highest recommendation. County inspection required an additional item above code requirements due to my unusual structural installation. Sunstore quickly installed the item at no additional cost for inspection approval and sign off.

They were terrific and we love our system. We have recommended them to several neighbors.

They did a great job. I may contact them again when I am ready to finish my zero-energy home later this year.
