Installation all as promised

Situation was a little confusing in the beginning, with some communication issues. Took a number of calls to get someone to call me back, but once I got Charro she came to my home right away and was excellent. Once the installation process began, all went well. The installation was very professional and the system generates as much energy as predicted. We had damage to our gutters from the installation that they tried to fix, but the repair was inadequate, so we had to hire someone to replace, but all things considered, I would put the panels in again and hire Sunstore Solar to do.

There was a delay in installation due to parts availability. We were anxious but not much that could be done about it. installation manuals accompany the inverter, charge controller and control panel - but a more step by step basic how to guide would be helpful for those of us a little less technically astute. Would save lots of reading too!! Laymens terms type of stuff. The installation team was very professional and good to work with. Cleanup each day and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them highly.
