Sunergy solutions installed our solar panels in 2024. Our consultant, Jeff Deming, was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive whenever we reached out with questions. He worked within our budget and helped find us options for financing. Installation was efficient and professional. The installers worked to ensure that the aesthetics of the house would be minimally altered by wiring, electrical boxes, etc. We had one issue where a row of panels stopped producing (unknown reason) but Jeff ensured a technician came out quickly to fix the issue. This is a great company to work with and we have recommended them to others looking for residential solar. Thank you, Sunergy Solutions, for the great work you do.

We started on the path to solar by talking with three different companies. The choice to go with Sunergy Solutions became clear rather quickly. The information we received, and the actually consulting about various options made it clear that this was not just a broker but a company looking to specifically match an installation with our needs.

I had my roof striped two leaks repaired and Reshingled. Fantastic. service from the first phone call to the last truck leaving when the job was done. Great Communication, the roof crew that did my roof very professional courteous , great job cleaning up no nails or debris left behind. It tool them one day to do the job started at 7:30am to 5:00pm. Price was great . So give them a call you will not be sorry . And all work is guaranteed and they are Fully insured.

The reps from Sunergy (Brandon and Kevin) did a thorough inspection of my roof and educated me through the whole process before quoting, which was very helpful and appreciated. The crew that came did a great job with the install, arrived in the morning and were finished by the afternoon. Very happy with the results and they left the place cleaner than they found it, would highly recommend!

I recently had a solar system installed at my home on 1 Lemay Way in North Chelmsford, MA, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! After a full month of carefully comparing three companies: Sunergy Solutions, Sunrun, and Trinity Solar. I can confidently say that Sunergy Solutions stood out as the clear winner in every way. From start to finish, everything went incredibly smoothly. My representative, Brandon, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the process in detail, and ensure that I was completely comfortable at every stage. His responsiveness and attention to detail truly set the bar. The system I had installed is a 5.22 kW array with 12 Q.Tron BLK MG2 panels, each paired with IQ8M inverters, designed to cover 118 percent of my energy needs. Very Handsoff, amazing experience

The process from estimate to turning on the system has been by far a seamless and easy experience from me. They worked with me to getting the financial funding for the project, with competitive rates and ensured I was getting the best deal. Devyn didn't hesitate to always answer my questions via email or text without hesitation but always ensure that even if he didn't know the answer, would ensure I was connected to the right people to get it. Overall, the process was an 'underwhelming' experience in the great sense of signing documents and giving thumbs up and then boom--I now have solar panels seamlessly installed on my home with my whole home generator. The installer exterior panels are attractive and blend in with my existing meter boxes, avoiding being an out of place 'eyesore'. 1000/10 would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Devyn!!

Excellent Customer Service

Sunergy’s estimate came in slightly higher than some other companies but their professional install (Thank you Mark, Brian and Manny) and EXCELLENT (Devyn Cote)customer service made the extra cost well worth it- Delays in install were completely beyond anyone’s’ control (poor weather) and the team kept me informed throughout the process.

Anderson Solar Project

My wife and I were skeptics of the whole solar thing. When we looked into it we met Brandon Kent. He arrived on time, presented himself in an extremely, and approachable manner. He took the time to go over all the steps, and everything we needed to know. From the panels to the mounting and so on. He truly is a master of his craft. He actually convinced my wife to go solar when she saw the savings. The install went as expected during the winter with all the weather changes we have in New Hampshire. Brandon was a constant communicator during each step. When we had concerns, he was just a text away. When it was time to go live, Brandon was trying to fit us in to be here when we threw the switch. Unfortunately he couldn't make it but walked me through a very simple process. I can even check the system from my phone. Now that's technology! If you venture into solar, give this guy a call cause you won't be disappointed.

Awesome service

There were no surprises. They did everything they said they would pretty much on schedule (they couldn't be blamed for new england weather). John Parlatore was great, kept me in the loop and things progressed smoothly . I have only good things to say about him and sunergy solutions.

Top Notch Experience

Great working with this group. They are local, have their own team of experienced installers who are thoughtful and meticulous. I love the online monitoring of my panels. I can see each panel individually and watch in real time what is happening. They made the whole process easy.

Kevin from Sunergy Solutions LLC came to my home for the initial appointment. He was very thorough and advised on how solar works in the state of Maine. I chose to work with Sunergy Solutions because they seemed to be a cut above the other companies I met with. When it was time for install I had to travel to California but Kevin and the Sunergy Solutions team stayed in close communication with me and completed the install before I came back. The panels look amazing and they even installed a snow guard on the roof above my front door. Now my panels are working and despite being winter and having some snow on the roof, I am still producing electricity. Couldn't be more pleased with the this company and how things turned out.

Smooth and professional, friendly throughout

Talked to several companies, compared quotes, and also compared friendliness, service level, promptness on responding to questions, etc. Chose Brandon and Sunenergy and had no regrets from the point of decision onward. Now just waiting for some sunshine.

Under promised and over delivered

Our installation went exactly as our sales representative Mike Lynch said it would. Their Electrician Lac, walked me through a few options for the equipments location. We discussed and agreed on the best location for the new boxes and he ran the conduit to blend into the trim lines of the home.

John Parlatore was great to work with from the first meeting to the end when he turned our system on for the first time. John is knowledgeable and responds promptly to questions. Sunergy design a great system and the installers did a great job. The electrician was cognicent of making the electrical install clean and neat. Fantastic installer with great depth of knowledge and support!

Sunergy made it super smooth and easy to get solar. We had need of a large system to sustain a lot of computing, EV usage, and heatpump, so ended up drafting out a 12.75kW array. Their representative John Parlator kept in close contact through the whole process, from design to aftersale support, making sure that all of our needs are met. Very happy to have chosen Sunergy.
