The process from estimate to turning on the system has been by far a seamless and easy experience from me. They worked with me to getting the financial funding for the project, with competitive rates and ensured I was getting the best deal. Devyn didn't hesitate to always answer my questions via email or text without hesitation but always ensure that even if he didn't know the answer, would ensure I was connected to the right people to get it. Overall, the process was an 'underwhelming' experience in the great sense of signing documents and giving thumbs up and then boom--I now have solar panels seamlessly installed on my home with my whole home generator. Sunergy’s estimate came in slightly higher than some other companies but their professional install (Thank you Mark, Brian and Manny) and EXCELLENT (Devyn Cote)customer service made the extra cost well worth it- Delays in install were completely beyond anyone’s’ control (poor weather) and the team kept me informed throughout the process.

My wife and I were skeptics of the whole solar thing. When we looked into it we met Brandon Kent. He arrived on time, presented himself in an extremely, and approachable manner. He took the time to go over all the steps, and everything we needed to know. From the panels to the mounting and so on. He truly is a master of his craft. He actually convinced my wife to go solar when she saw the savings. The install went as expected during the winter with all the weather changes we have in New Hampshire. Brandon was a constant communicator during each step. When we had concerns, he was just a text away. When it was time to go live, Brandon was trying to fit us in to be here when we threw the switch. Unfortunately he couldn't make it but walked me through a very simple process. I can even check the system from my phone. Now that's technology! If you venture into solar, give this guy a call cause you won't be disappointed.

There were no surprises. They did everything they said they would pretty much on schedule (they couldn't be blamed for new england weather). John Parlatore was great, kept me in the loop and things progressed smoothly . I have only good things to say about him and sunergy solutions.

Great working with this group. They are local, have their own team of experienced installers who are thoughtful and meticulous. I love the online monitoring of my panels. I can see each panel individually and watch in real time what is happening. They made the whole process easy.

Kevin from Sunergy Solutions LLC came to my home for the initial appointment. He was very thorough and advised on how solar works in the state of Maine. I chose to work with Sunergy Solutions because they seemed to be a cut above the other companies I met with. When it was time for install I had to travel to California but Kevin and the Sunergy Solutions team stayed in close communication with me and completed the install before I came back. The panels look amazing and they even installed a snow guard on the roof above my front door. Now my panels are working and despite being winter and having some snow on the roof, I am still producing electricity. Couldn't be more pleased with the this company and how things turned out.

Talked to several companies, compared quotes, and also compared friendliness, service level, promptness on responding to questions, etc. Chose Brandon and Sunenergy and had no regrets from the point of decision onward. Now just waiting for some sunshine.

Our installation went exactly as our sales representative Mike Lynch said it would. Their Electrician Lac, walked me through a few options for the equipments location. We discussed and agreed on the best location for the new boxes and he ran the conduit to blend into the trim lines of the home.

I was researching Solar Companies for this project. Sunergy Solutions sent Devyn Cote to my home and we had a good discussion of what to expect. he surveyed the home while he was there. He explained what type of panels were to be used and what the hook up would look like. I was given a price that was lower than others and there was no change in that estimate. The work went smoothly every person who came to do the work installing and hooking up the solar were cordial and explained what they were doing. Devyn was easy to communicate with during the different phases of the project. I would and have recommended Sunergy Solutions for anyone considering home solar energy.

I had an overall great experience with Sunergy. Brandon answered all of my questions and worked through various design options with me to fit as many panels as possible on my roof. Instalation was a breeze and everything got approved and turned on quicker than anyone expected. I just got my 1st zero dollar bill from Eversource, so I couldn't be happier!

This is our second house that we’ve purchased solar panels. John Parlatore is the real deal! He came on time . Proposed a system that is living up to his estimates. The installation was right on time. We haven’t had any electric bills or issues since. He also has kept in touch and answered questions and is monitoring our solar system. Review after one year in service, 5 stars. The solar process was much more drawn out than mentioned during the proposal process. I was told "90 days from contract execution to turn on" when in reality it was almost 6 months, executed 3/1 and turned on 8/17. The design and permitting process was drawn out with about 5 redesigns needed to obtain approvals. We had to reduce size from the originally promised proposal/contract of 40 panels down to 33 panels. The admin side was not easy or pleasant but we eventually got town and utility approval. My main contact has since left the Sunergy. The installation team and electricians did an excellent job. Roof/Solar panel work took about 2 days with another 2 days or so for the electrical wiring. The installation looks clean and they were able to hide most of the conduit within the attic so there was no unsightly conduit all over the roof. Very happy with the actual installation and look. The production though is only 73.9% of the promised production in my updated proposal/contract. During the proposal process they mentioned a 90% guarantee so I reached out and they had a check sent within a day covering the production shortfall. Sunergy then did an in depth review of my system and thinks there was more shading than the original satellite images showed. They fully covered the cost to do tree work and expect my system to reach full capacity going forward. Overall I am glad we installed solar panels. I am happy to reduce our grid reliance but the admin process was a little painful. I was disappointed in the projected vs actual production but happy the guarantee payment was quick and Sunergy covered the cost of tree work to improve my system.

We had a marvelous experience with Sunergy! They handled everything from the site visit, to paperwork and permits, to the final switch-on and powering up of this excellent system. We are now energy independent! Highly recommended!

He was always available to answer questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out and get right back to us. The installation happened quickly, so we started generating our own electricity before the first day of summer! Sunergy Solutions dealt with all the permits and paperwork with the electric company, so everything happened smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend talking to this company if you are considering going solar!

The Company, The installers and the Company rep (Angelo Succi) all exceeded my expectations. My system was up and running within two months of my initial contact with them.

John P. was unfailingly patient with all of the questiosn that we had about the system, the federal funds that would help us pay for it, the performance we could expect, the installation details, and on and on. At one point after the system was installed there was a power outage in our area as I was driving up to the house with my mother. I was worried about us arriving there to no power and John went above and beyond to make sure power had been restored to the house and it would be warm when we arrived. Support after installation has also been stellar. That is probably made easier by the installers doing really good work, but any issues I have had I've reached out to John or the support team and it has been handled immediately. There are a lot of choices for solar installation out there. Sunenergy really worked well for our project.

After reading the reviews and doing research, we decided to go with Sunergy. Before we signed a contract with them, we had multiple phone conversations with Brandon our sales rep. Sunenergy installed 42 panels on our house which is calculated to provide 100% coverage over the course of the year. Installation was completed as scheduled.
