Terrible service

I have had my system up and running now for two months and still don’t have a way to monitor my system like they promised. I have called a dozen times to try to obtain my username and password for my system and they still have failed to give me access to Monitor my system. I feel I have given them plenty of time to fix their efficiencies and still have failed to do so.

Had to go back and forth with sales, but all in all we came together. The install was completed in about five hours, the crew worked like a well greased machine. Everyone had a job to do and did it well, I would highly recommend this company. The quantity of the entire system either met or exceeded my expectations. 👍👍👍

Awesome job on my house in Lockport. Crew was super friendly and accommodating while working around my two kids and three dogs. Very polite and respectful of our home. Panels looks great centered on the roof like the layout they presented me through My Smart House. Great job Solcius team!

THE BEST SOLAR COMPANY I have ever heard about.

WE have much to our BAD CHOICE ...THE ACCURSED solar city, they were not helpful or honorable in any way. When SOLCIUS came to our door,we talked and then we decided after 20 questions that we would go with them and we have extra panels up (which the OTHER company were TOO CHEAP to do when we asked) and now soon as the final OK is given we will have the panels up and running and bye bye SCE BILL,"SUPPOSEDLY" THAT'S what the OTHER company said they would do only to find that we owed $900.00 FOR over use of our SCE that SC was supposed to be covering by there panels. THE SOLCIUS customer service is LIGHT CENTURIES FROM the other company.

I am so pleased with our experience with Solcius Solar ad My Smart House. From start to finish, they have come through quickly and efficiently. In less than a month, our solar system is up and running! I hope our relationship with these two companies remains as positive as it has begun!

They Were Very Fast Once We Got Financing. They Finished in 1 Day!

Nice job, but

The installation was done well and quickly once it got scheduled. We were told the job would be on Monday, but Monday came and went with no call and no installation. Follow up got it rescheduled for Wednesday morning which became Wednesday afternoon.

Not very happy

The install was ok except for the fact the way the installers installed the power to the fuse box doesn't allow me access to it and they were suposably going to fix it a week later but still haven't and don't know when they will so now I have a system I can't use until they do because it won't pass Inspection because they preyed the door open and now it won't shut I would recommend choosing another company because now that they have the panels on my roof they don't seam to care to come fix their mistake on the original install

So far so good!

It has been a long process mostly due to the cut holding up the permits and approving the work. The install went smooth. The installers and electricians were on time and professional. The only issue I have is too many cooks in the kitchen. From the sales person to the person who requested the permits to the coordinators. Everyone doesn’t seem to be on the same page. You get bits and pieces of information as you go. We haven’t had our system approved and turned on yet but otherwise it’s been a good experience.

I have been putting off getting solar for 5 years due to a bad experience when it first came out. I finally felt comfortable with Solcius Solar and decided to give it a try again. The sales people and customer service has been excellent. Looking forward to start saving!!

Solcius solar made going solar super easy. All of the installation looks great. A very good way to give back.

Looks Great

Installation was just completed and we are very pleased with how well it looks and cleanly connects to the power box. We have not started payments yet, so hopefully that will go just as smoothly. Just make sure you watch the installation to make sure it is where you want it. The installers originally started to put it in a place that was not agreed to in the plan.

Great product and great service

I got Solcius thru My Smart House, from day one when we originally talked to the day of installation, all was as we agreed on and discussed over time. I worked with Erica from My Smart House. Love the fact that these are American made panels love the fact that My Smart house is Veterans owned company and love that fact that everything we agreed on they kept it right on spot. Great team great followups great communication since day one I gave them a chance to present case and give me some numbers... The team came and install my 24-panel system with in 8 hours, they were team of 4 workers and they knew exactly what to do and were very professional and kind. I'm giving this company so far 5 stars because everything was done right since day one we started, as we agreed. I read some of the reviews and I wonder is this the same company we are all talking about? Or maybe they are dealing with different team or reps, I don't know.. but in my case so far I cant find anything negative to point to. I'm very picky person..Lol.. It took me 3-4 meetings tons of question comparing them to other companies... I was actually on my roof with the workers supervising and watching the whole installation believe it or not.. call me over the top.. but this my house my big investment. I cant find one bad thing to point to...(this is a good thing). I just want to say thank you to My Smart House, and Solcius for making this project as smooth as possible. Keep up the good work!
