I think they are good to get your business but need a little work on help you thru out their process it does take a while which never told me they would but overall they are good.

We were introduced to Solcius through the My Smart Home Program. There are a lot of things to take into consideration when going solar, but Solcius made understanding and obtaining solar quite simple. If one stays on top of both the referring program and the solar installer, you can ensure your needs are addressed. I would recommend Solcius to those looking to go solar for a competent company that handles most of the installation on the customer's behalf.

Positive so far

We’ve had a great experience so far. Solcius has upheld their end of the deal and stuck to timelines. Our panels have been installed and we go active in about two weeks. Hoping that the positive experience and good customer service continues.

Nice job, but

The installation was done well and quickly once it got scheduled. We were told the job would be on Monday, but Monday came and went with no call and no installation. Follow up got it rescheduled for Wednesday morning which became Wednesday afternoon.

Completed Installation

The installers were very respectful and professional.

So far so good!

It has been a long process mostly due to the cut holding up the permits and approving the work. The install went smooth. The installers and electricians were on time and professional. The only issue I have is too many cooks in the kitchen. From the sales person to the person who requested the permits to the coordinators. Everyone doesn’t seem to be on the same page. You get bits and pieces of information as you go. We haven’t had our system approved and turned on yet but otherwise it’s been a good experience.

I have been putting off getting solar for 5 years due to a bad experience when it first came out. I finally felt comfortable with Solcius Solar and decided to give it a try again. The sales people and customer service has been excellent. Looking forward to start saving!!

Looks Great

Installation was just completed and we are very pleased with how well it looks and cleanly connects to the power box. We have not started payments yet, so hopefully that will go just as smoothly. Just make sure you watch the installation to make sure it is where you want it. The installers originally started to put it in a place that was not agreed to in the plan.
