Great experience woth Solcius. Very informative with costs, savings, and even money back through the energy company and tax credits. Great communication, and very professional staff. Installation was scheduled, installers were on time, got the job done fast and the follow up was quick too. Tech already called to schedule a walk through of the new equipment and we can't wait to save. The panels look good too on our roof, better than other homes innour community.

Rad solar

So I already had solar on my house. A dude came to my house saying I didn’t have nearly enough panels on the shanty. The wife and I both work nights and have to run the ac like crazy during the summer. So I said heck yeah get me hooked up with a ton more panels. I’m stoked they were super awesome every step of the way.

Fast, easy, no issues.

From my first contact with the Solcius field rep to the final notification I could turn on my solar, the process has been easy with no issues. Every employee I spoke to has been friendly and professional. I have neighbors who have gone with other companies and were not satisfied. Plus ,our solar was completed just prior to a bad heat wave. Now we can run the AC more than we normally would!

Our installation was a day late reportedly due to an illness of one material delivery drivers. My husband had taken off work that day to be home during the installation and that was costly inconvenience to us. We were, however, very happy with the installers Sergio and Christian. They worked hard on a difficult roof and in high temperatures. We are happy with the installation and the appearance of the panels.

Do your research

I'm working with Solcius through My Smart House. My experience with MSH has been nothing but terrible, but Solcius has been meh. The installation was very fast and the workers were nice. Can't speak for how the panels operate as it's too early in the process, but Solcius did mistakingly send our permit to the wrong city which set us back another 2 weeks on top of the several months we've already been behind from other issues with MSH. The entire solar panel experience has been pretty much terrible so far, and I've lost track of which company is making what mistakes because they both work together, so in my opinion that means they both need some improvements. NYS solar incentives are a no-brainer. Definitely get solar panels, but do your research on which company you go through first.
