They need to update current customers with policy changes

As a company when they implement changes to their policy they need to send off a email or letters to current customer to inform them that policies have changes. **They no longer reimburse customers for system failures and extended lead times on repairs. Even if it happened prior to their policy change**1/22/2023 I was told during the process of the repairs that I would be compensated for the energy usage. When I called they said that was before we made this change to our policy change.

As an installer, no issues, no problems.

Veteran recommended. My problem and caution stems from the sales lady who said it was absolutely no problem to transfer to a buyer when selling the home. Now selling the home and this has been an utter nitemare dealing with the finance company. From subordination to trying to get help for my escrow company and now to dealing with verbiage the lenders don’t like from the Sunlight Financial.

The Jury is still out

I read lots of reviews about this company some good and some not so good. I’m hoping and praying I made the correct decision in choosing Solcius for my solar installation. I said the jury is still out because my system was just completed and isn’t running yet. My project was rather large so it took two crews to finish and they were good but rather loud playing music and what not. Also it’s has not rained yet so I can see if they damaged my roof or not.

Installed a non functioning component

Not happy so far. They installed a component from Solaredge that needs an update before the system will even work! it has been over 2 weeks now and still not operating.
