Added more solar to our home - with excellent service
I installed solar on our home in Elkins Park in 2021. We have now added 10 additional panels. The process with Solar States was exceptional - great during the planning, and extraordinary the day the crew was at our home. And it was an added value to see the crew was diverse in background. Solar in West Chester
The system they installed at my home in 2017 is still running flawlessly and providing the amount of energy promised. Their pricing was great and they were great to work. A lot of solar companies go out of business, but that is not going to happen with this company. Get a quote and get a system installed this year ASAP before the 30% tax credit goes away.

Loved everything about them
From beginning to end, my experience with them was head and shoulders above the rest. Trust-worthy and responsive. They installed our panels during the pandemic, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with all the things they had to do. A bonus: their a really positive company that hires from the area and do their own training — so their folks are really well-prepared and know their stuff.

Exceeded All Expectations!
The entire process, beginning to end, was easy, transparent, and fully explained. Literally all I had to do was let them do their work. Now my panels are up and running and I’m seeing even more electricity being generated than I expected. My last electric bill was $0.00! Stop whatever you’re doing, call Solar States, and get the process started!

Couldn't be happier
I admired Solar States 10 years ago. I was a happy customer 5 years ago. Today, I'm still happy with the care they still provide. I'm even more proud that I worked with them when I had the chance. Look – A big part of your solar installation is the warranty. The solar company has to stay in business for the warranty to mean anything. Solar States, thank goodness, has staying power. I liked working with them because they were honest, and they cared for my roof, which I was super worried about. It's also cool that they often have trainees come out to observe the work! They are building the workforce of the future, and I'm all for that.

Great team
All I can say is that the entire team from beginning to end were awesome. Everyone was friendly professional and knowledgeable. Even when a few things had to change they were great about letting us know and working through it. They made sure everything was safe and held up to too standards. They made the decision to invest in solar energy and easy one to make. So glad I had solar states in my corner with the decision from the sales to the install. The entire experience was great!

Quick and Professional!
We had a great experience with Solar States. They showed up with a crew that was well trained and of sufficient size. They knocked the job out in a day, and stayed a little late to make sure everything was all cleaned up. Being in Philly, there are a lot of challenges with parking, building access, etc., but they had clearly seen it all before and made it work. Really happy with the work and the service. Highly recommend.

Great Company with a Positive Mission
Having Solar States install solar panels on our roof this past year is one of the best decisions we have made since purchasing our house in Philadelphia. If you are on the fence about Solar, just move forward, it is the right thing to do. Regarding Solar States, it is one of the most pleasant companies I have dealt with in some time. Everyone (sales, back office, installers, etc) I dealt with was great. I also appreciated working with a company that is having a positive impact on society through training youth of diverse backgrounds in an emerging field. The installers that came to my house were respectful, knowledgeable, and very diligent. I could also tell that they enjoyed what they were doing. I highly recommend Solar States for your solar solution.
