I had an up and down experience with this company. The sales person was on point and kept his word with keeping in touch and walking me through the process, the installation wen through well without any issues and they were very respectful and cleaned up after the installation, and the final step of the process was very professional. The ball was dropped in the in-between process which is the most important part. The company said that they would keep me updated on weekly calls and be transparent with where things are headed. However, that didn't happen and even after multiple calls and voicing my concerns it did not seem to help. I was disappointed in the end with the lack of concern in the "middle" process.

I thought Solar Negotiators provided clear and concise information in regard to the size of the system I needed based on my typical usage. Their staff met or exceeded my expectations.

Solar Negotiators did an outstanding job with my solar system

I spoke to about 5 or 6 companies and decided to go with Solar Negotiators. From the very beginning they were very professional, did not beat around the bush. They were very at front with everything. During The installation process I was kept up to date on everything. I had my first cleaning and it was outstanding.

WOW!! Great company with professional and dedicated employees

I reviewed three different companies before settling on Solar Negotiators. They were on-time professional and did an excellent job. My system is working perfectly and I am generating credit even in the winter. They were wonderful about explaining the process and the different panels you can use. No pressure and everyone was so pleasant, from office staff to planners and the installers. You can't go wrong with Solar Negotiators.

This is a GREAT Company

We had Solar Negotiators install our solar system on a condo that we bought in 2019. The job they did was absolutely superior!! They were on time, polite, went right to work, installed 21 panels on the roof, cleaned up and I was so happy that I picked them to do the job for us! As I said, this is a GREAT company!!

Very Disappointed

They emailed me to ask for this review. My rep Chuck did not explain the the process. It was not explained that I would have to get my own loan without their help. They took my $1000.00 deposit before a loan was secured and ran the permits etc. The loan didn't work out so we could not proceed with the solar. It was completely out of my control. When calling to get my $1000.00 refunded it took 3 weeks and many phone calls before they finally gave me the answer "The money was used for engineering and permits so there is nothing to refund". Mind you their Rep did not make sure the loan was secured before proceeding nor explain that I was to get a loan on my own. You took my money during a pandemic and gave us no services in return and then ran us around before telling us you wouldn't refund us. Then you ask me for a review? Seriously. Avoid these people very unprofessional.

Solar Negotiators

I had a technical problem with an existing system and I need to double my capacity due to life style changes. The original installer lost their contractors license and went out of business. I went to the Solar Edge website and looked for installers in my area and contacted the two closest. Solar Negotiators was the only one to respond, and they responded very quickly.

Solar Negotiators is an excellent company

I chose solar negotiators because they did a real good job of explaining everything and answering any questions that i had. The price also included annual panel cleaning which is really important for maximum solar output and because the valley air is so dirty with the wildfires and dirty air. Also Solar Negotiators stands by their product with a great warranty.Solar Negotiators installed our system in June 2020 and we just got an email from them discussing our energy usage that it is tracking as expected and running normal in January 2021. Solar Negotiators dosent just stop when you they get paid they are always available to assist and let you know how your production is going.RJ Fimbres did a great job and he is who I dealt with before and after installation.

Kept changing product

I heard all the commercials about Solar Negotiators, thought I’d give them a shot. Experienced several delays (on my end), but every time I’d call them about the quote it changed and they would change equipment claiming the new equipment was so much better than what they had quoted before. They told me they submitted a permit, but when I called the City Planning Office there had been no solar permits issued and this company hadn’t submitted plans. When I called the solar people out on it, they made up a BS excuse. I was unable to execute the contract due to financial reasons but received none of the $1,000 deposit back nor the plans that the $1,000 paid for. Scott Clark claimed the $1,000 was to cover the cost of the guy in the pickup that came to look at my roof and permit costs, but I confirmed with local city as well as county planning that no permit application had been submitted for my house. I have family connected to local planning Dept and they also confirmed no permit app submitted. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Solar Negotiators. Feels like they’re out to squeeze all the money they can out of you.

Excellent, professional and friendly.

I highly recommend this amazing local, veteran and family, owned small business chock full of friendly professionals eager to help get your solar needs fulfilled. My beautiful wife and I purchased our 2400 sq/ft retirement home in the Sunnyside area of Fresno in the spring of 2018. After a couple months, I started looking into Solar; I wanted to get away from PG&E. After weighing all our options (13 bids), we felt Solar Negotiators was the company for us. From my first contact with Dawn Souza all the way through to patch and paint with Louis Duran, every single person I interacted with were professional, friendly, and eager to please. Chris Moran owner, and yes...singer of our great nation's National Anthem, (check him out on YouTube) gave me a call to hash out a deal on 55, LG335N1K-V5 Black on Black, he had on hand. He helped me with a wonderful deal. For the install we had Omar and his crew, which also included Johnny, Kevin, and Christian, at our home for a week installing a reverse tilt, 2 inverters, 55 panels on our roof. They put ALL conduit in our attic, moved our breakers into a sub-panel in the garage along with the inverters. Every day prior to leaving the jobsite, the crew would clean up. You would never even know work was going on. Mike Whitford the foreman completed the final hook up. Jackie Healy managed the project. Mike Perez came to our home and provided information regarding installation of a generator. In each instance, interacting with these individuals made me happy I selected Solar Negotiators for our solar installation.

EXCELLENT COMPANY!

Solar Negotiators is one of the best companies I have ever worked with! I have no regrets in choosing them as my solar installer. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone wanting to go solar! I did a loan-to-own option financed with Mosaic Loans with no issues and Solar Negotiators assisted with each step and never failed to answer my concerns and questions. I got a 25 panel/10.05 kWh and opted for the 110% PGE allotted overage system. I also contracted some additional energy savings upgrades through Solar Negotiators such as a new HVAC and attic duct cut in, windows, and insulation removal/replacement. I was able to wrap all this into one financed loan since it was all going towards improving the energy efficiency of the residence. Daniel Gibby was my first contact with the company; he explained everything, was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer every single question I had and if he didn’t know the answer he found it out for me. I greatly appreciated his assistance - he kept in contact with me from start to finish, provided updates on progress, and always responded. He was very professional and personable; he is undoubtedly an excellent company asset. Chandler Rowland was another incredible person that coordinated all the contracting work. He was friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable but able to explain things so it made sense. He helped schedule and coordinate the different teams and always stayed in touch with me about what was going on when and worked with my very difficult schedule. Fynaut Heating & Air was contracted for the HVAC project and Dan and his team was absolutely brilliant. They were in and out in a couple of days and the crew was very. There were a couple home issues that were out of Fynaut’s control such as a gas line leak and possible code issue and a new line had to be put in on the fly and they called in extra crew to get it corrected and done same day! The paperwork process was a little overwhelming between getting all the quotes and sign offs done but Jackie Healy, Shelly Parker, and Brooke Alanis kept me well informed and let me know what needed to be signed and when and what permits were approved when and the time frames for everything. I was able to sign almost all of the documents over DocuSign which made it easy to get things done in a timely manner. I was also relieved that mostly everyone was willing to communicate by text message! The company also uses two monitoring apps Solar Edge monitoring and NoTrueUp. Solar Edge lets me monitor the overall health of the system and individual panels as well as production input and output so I can contact the company if any issues arise and NoTrueUp gives estimates of power production and usage and estimated annual PGE True Up calculations and the company was kind enough to have a learning session where I was shown how to use the applications and what the information/graphs mean which was really appreciated. Our ground-mounted system was installed over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Chris Moran, owner, set a professional tone from the start. From there, we were introduced to his amazing contractors and staff. The entire installation went as smoothly as humanly possible, and the follow-up communications were solicitous and probing as to our satisfaction. The office staff is just as professional and thorough (maybe even more so!) than their in-field personnel. We have yet to find anything we would have done differently. Overall experience was great. Dewey was knowledgeable and accessible for additional questions that came up. Concerns were addressed. References were made available. Contract signing was done online and couldn't be simpler. It took some time for the permits to be issued but that was expected. The installers were great despite the brutal heat of July on a hot roof. They explained exactly what they were doing, worked with me to locate the inverter in a good spot in the garage, and ran the conduit as inconspicuously as possible along the outside of the house. System was up and running shortly thereafter. No complaints here. Happy customer.

We have been very pleased with our system. We had some reservations about going solar but the Solar Negotiators Sales team answered our concerns with confidence and upheld their end completely. Solar Negotiators assigned the installation to a team of very professional, courteous and proficient installers. They took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. What I thought would be a long process, was completed in just 3 or 4 days. Since the installation, I have recommended Solar Negotiators to friends, neighbors and anyone else considering solar.

Impressive customer service at low costs

Dewey from Solar Negitiators answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service. All questions that were asked after the initial appointment were answered within an hour, even our late night text messaged concerns. When we we had questions that we felt were out of scope from Dewey, their dedicated office project manager answered them even out of business hours. The business process was painless and extremely easy. The majority of form signing was using online forms which made it easy on pur busy life schedule. We are extremely happy with our solar panel install and was surprised how quick and easy and affordable it was to get solar. An added bonus was not having t9 deal with additional charges after the initial on site inspection stated we needed an additional circuit breaker panel.

Solar Experts--Saved Thousands

Solar Negotiators saved us thousands of dollars and educated us on all of the differences with solar projects (including--panel type, inverter type, monitoring systems, system configuration, warranties, panel cleaning, etc.). I obtained 4 solar quotes for our house solar system before I contacted Solar Negotiators. After contacting Solar Negotiators the solar providers I previously contacted reduced their quotes 20+% and several of the new Solar Negotiator contractors which quoted our project were even more competitive with better panels, a longer warranty and other contract benefits; like panel cleaning. The Solar Negotiator contract installed our system almost 2 years ago on time, with no issues and our solar system has been out performing energy output projections since day one. I had solar negotiators come out fist and gave me an estimate, at this time they said cleanings were recommended 2x a year but informed me it was inexpensive .50 a panel. I had several other companies come out but decided to go with solar negotiators because of there price and service. When I signed my contact cris told me he would through in cleanings for free. This lasted about 1 years and came to an end! When I contacted them to get them to come clean they said to call their sister co. So I did and they wanted almost 100.00 to clean 26 panels! Almost 4.00 a panel. I was very disappointed in this over site and hope I don't get any other surprises in the future! Is my warranty what they said or was it just a selling scheme? We will find out

I contacted a couple companies in the valley while working with Solar Negotiators. Dewey was my initial contact, and he was more knowledgeable than the other companies I had contacted. The whole process went smoothly - from system design and financing, to installation and orientation. I got a higher producing system at a better price than what the other companies offered.
