I could write a book about the team at Solar Negotiators. Eric Cisneros is our salesman. He is professional, personable, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. I was in good hands from the instant that I shook his hand and said hello at our first meeting. It’s a long process but he was there beside us every step of the way. Minus the long wait in line for PGE, I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t streamlined. Shereen walked us through our orientation. She is such a positive gal. Super knowledgeable and professional. By the time she was finished I felt like I had a firm grasp on moving around the app. to find information. Great job on our solar. You guys are an exceptional team! I’m now waiting for my first cleaning (included for free!) with Solar Maintenance. I’ll rate them separately.

Good service. The communication is very good and the firm got back to me very quickly with any questions or concerns that I had. Moving all the wires from one breaker panel to the panel incorporated with the solar system looked painstaking to say the least. They technicians stayed well into the evening to get it all done. It's too bad PG&E is not nearly as efficient as the Solar Negotiators team.

This is my third time getting solar. But this is first time to work with Solar Negotiators. They are local company in central California i believe. I have purchased Solar 12kW system with 2 powerwall from them. Kyle is my point of contact person. It was good experience. Good communication. The project took less than 3 months from start to aporved to operate by electricity company. Price is reasonable and affordable compared with companies out there. If you look to getting solar, at least give them a call. They will probably offer you better deal and price than most companies.

5-Star Review for Solar Negotiators – Ground Mount System We just had a ground-mount solar system installed by Solar Negotiators, and the experience was honestly excellent from beginning to end. Our property is in a pretty rocky area, so I was a little nervous about how installation would go, but their team clearly knew what they were doing. They did a really solid site evaluation and came up with a custom plan that worked with the terrain—no cookie-cutter solution here. Their crew was professional, on time, and super respectful of our property. Even with the tricky ground conditions, they got everything installed cleanly and on schedule. The communication was also great. They walked us through the entire process—permits, inspections, timelines—and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Now that the system is live, it’s producing exactly what they projected (if not more), and the monitoring app makes it easy to keep an eye on things. Highly recommend Solar Negotiators, especially if you’re in a rural or rocky area like we are. The quality of their work and their customer service really stood out. 👍

Couldn’t have done it without Solar Negotiators!

6 years ago I had almost given up hope of getting solar after another company told me our roof wouldn’t work with solar. RJ and S.N. worked their magic by bringing different companies together to create a package that included the right roof surface, solar, and an efficient pool pump. To this day, they are still very responsive to questions and needed support. I recommend them all the time and still share RJ’s cell number with interested friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience.

Started using my solar panels just over a year ago. The estimated production was correct, we produced a little more than the projection for the year. We are very happy with our system, and the process to get them installed and running. Solar Negotiators was great to work with.

Nice and courteous people

Robbie was referred to me by a good friend. I hope he got his incentive for the referral. Robbie took time off his busy schedule to show the system. He explained things that I was not even aware of such as regulation changes. He called to remind me about changing my habit of using electricity. His advice is to use the power being generated instead of trading it for later use. I am hoping the system will step up and gradually increase producing power towards 10kW. My 10kW system have been producing 7.5kW.

We start a few year back as everyone else about dealing with the high cost of utilities.I made several inquiries talked to about five different companies,had three come out.From the start solar negotiations show me what I wanted two of them showed my google maps and told me what I need and when they could start.The representative from solar negotiations got on the roof inspected my electrical panel and really inquired about our needs. I like his approach and professional manner, he didn’t try to sell me on it just told me what they could do.My wife and decided this was the way we wanted go. They scheduled the installation and came and did everything exactly as said and all of the people who came knew what they were doing. We had the system for about five years and had a couple of problems but they worked with us on both of them. The system works well our true up is low and our system meet our needs, I like the fact that we make what we use, I feel thats how it should work. The Best Company

My system was installed about 8 years ago. In the past when I had to make a big purchase there were always things that came up that jacked up the price. When buying my solar panels, I was very concerned that the price I was quoted was not going to be the price that I paid at the end. Something always came up and I had to pay more. With Solar Negotiators they told me about a couple problems they had in my installations but in the end the price was still what I was quoted. I also appreciated a very honest, and truthful approach in the sales presentation. they asked what my needs were and only sold me what I needed. They didn't try to talk me into more expensive. In fact, they even downsized the system a little and didn't try to upsell me. I was very pleased with the service I received and even today they still treat me special when I call with a question about my system. I wish all companies were this professional.
