My system was installed about 8 years ago. In the past when I had to make a big purchase there were always things that came up that jacked up the price. When buying my solar panels, I was very concerned that the price I was quoted was not going to be the price that I paid at the end. Something always came up and I had to pay more. With Solar Negotiators they told me about a couple problems they had in my installations but in the end the price was still what I was quoted. I also appreciated a very honest, and truthful approach in the sales presentation. they asked what my needs were and only sold me what I needed. They didn't try to talk me into more expensive. In fact, they even downsized the system a little and didn't try to upsell me. I was very pleased with the service I received and even today they still treat me special when I call with a question about my system. I wish all companies were this professional.

Great working with these people

Everything was fine until the 5g upgrade. After upgrading, they found that my inverter was not working. I'm covered by warranty but it's been 22 days now with no solar. My systems hasn't produced in 7 months. Part of that is my fault because I didn't upgrade immediately. But after the problem was found, I asked when I would get a replacement. Solar negotiators said to ask solar edge because that's who the parts come from. Solar edge is a chat only company meaning u can't talk to a supervisor only chat with a worker. I was told 3-5 business days and they would ship. After 7 days I chatted that I need a supervisor. They said they would place me on a priority list. They said they warranty my product but dont warranty the time it takes to get the product. I then called solar negotiators back to request my money back for my upgrade and il pay it when I get service. The lady then said it's only been 22 days and parts can take up to 30 days. She also said someone would reach out to me. If they knew it would take 30 days, why have me call solar edge? So here I am 7 months and 22 days with no service and nobody has reached out to me. Great service in the beginning until you buy and have an issue. Highly disappointed.

Emmanuel was amazing! He was quick changing out our electric panel and had our power back on in record time! He explained the new panel and process that was coming next in the solar process. We appreciate Emmanuel’s professionalism and ethics.

FAULTY EQUIPMENT

We paid $63,400 for a solar system, with 2 battery backups, from Solar Negotiators. It's been almost 6 years and our system Still doesn't work!!! Every time that the grid goes down, our solar system goes down. They come out and say that it's fixed, until the next power outage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SOLAR NEGOTIATORS!!!

Very Professional

Solar Negotiators was very good all-around professional people. Their "sub-contractor" or company they recommended however was well below standards. Cutlass Consulting isn't even in the same league. Solar Negotiators should distance themselves from this company.

The entire process was very smooth. Communication occurred weekly throughout the process. The part that took the longest, was dealing with PG&E. We had one issue, but was dealt with quickly and professionally.

I'm very pleased with the services I received for a new solar system at my residence. I appreciated open communication between me and different individuals during the process.

Knowledgeable, timely, and professional

Solar Negotiators is the complete solar solution. There are not enough stars to award Daniel Gibby; he is a wonderful representative. He's timely, responsive, and is very consultative through the entire process - he has a wealth of knowledge that really helped me make the best informed decision for my system. The installation was smooth. Took 1-2 days for the roof (provided by their contractor), and another 1-2 days for the system to be installed. They were quick! The best part, solar negotiators also provides access to their own monitoring software to help track energy usage against energy production so that you're better informed for no true up bills.

Excellent service

From the beginning of the process to install solar until the present, I have been so pleased with Solar Negotiators. Dawn has been my go-to person and she has made addressing any issue so easy. The installers were prompt (January 2021) and did an amazing job in the installation. I had some cosmetic correction issues that were dealt with quickly. A Honest and Trustworthy company!

The install crew was courteous and proficient. The staff took their time to explain or demonstrate as required and did a clean install. The communication was excellent, and being kept up to date on where we are at with our solar installation. The training on the Know True-Up app was amazing. They walked us through what we were pulling and pushing. We are incredibly happy with our experience.

Trials and tribulations

My system is avarage. Nothing very fancy about it . HOWEVER ... I have (2) batteries and that makes me unique No very many people I talk to even have (1) battery . My goal is to use my own srored power during the day at night time . I am your typical consumer . I see the tv adds, I hear the radio ads . Solar Negotiators says on the radio " No True Up " Well , I have a true up bill .. and its $1,400.00 a year . I feel like I was swindled . I feel that Solar Negotiators lied to me and they are lying on the radio . I have ample solar panels and (2) batteries . I should to have to be paying for electricity during the day or night. I have purchased all of my equipment in cash and they took the money and ran . They say that I must be using more power than anticipated . I say " You are the experts " Power NEVER goes down in price and I have made (3) purchases at (3) different times for panels and batteries end expected to be treated with professionalism . Do I not have enough batteries ? Do I not have enough panels ? Why am I paying for any power when I should be using my own during the day or night ??? No one wants to say that a mistake has happened or more batteries or panels are needed . No one contacts me at all . Ever . I have the cell phone number to "Ken" one of their most experienced install techs and he does not return call ever . Why ? If Solar Negotiators is really concerned about what the public thinks , they should realize a cash paying customer is just as important as a customer that they make alot more money off of that finances. I expected so much more and have recieved so much less than expected ... I am not happy
