From the sales process to the planning to the execution. Every step of the way was professional and the communication was phenomenal. Of course there are delays when dealing with municipalities and utilities, but I always knew where we stood because my project manager (Bethany) always let me know. The day of the build the on site foreman walked me through what would happen, asked for my advice on aesthetics. Everything about the look and feel of the installation screams this was done right and by a company that knows what they're doing. The panels are generating the amount of electricity expected and it's been fun tracking what I'm saving. I highly recommend Smart Wave Solar for all your Solar needs, this is a company that that is going places.

First, I highly recommend Smart Wave Solar. Starting with Jake Whitney who explained their system, answered all my question and handled the paperwork. To Bethany my Project Manager how also always answered my questions and gave me weekly updates. Next my 2 installers who attached my 18 panels on my roof were amazing. It was an art doing the balancing act to safely install them all. To Alex who finished the loose ends of the install and got my monitoring of my system working. Finally Gary Heaton, the co-owner called me and made sure I was happy with the system and help get the final items resolved. They reason I even got solar was because they offered the ability to use my panels for home electricity if the grid goes down. I can get up to 2,000 wats of load to run my Refrigerator, freezer and other home essentials. I got two 1300-watt Delta Lithium-Ion power units that I can use to power essential items at night. They made promises and kept them- • My system would be installed by the end of the year and it was done by December 18th 2020 • I would be updated weekly by Bethany • They would do the project to my satisfaction • I would receive a check for 1 year of electricity costs once installed and working My Recommendations- • Panels are most effective if the face South • Remove any obstructions like a tree, that would block the sun • Buy back up power units like the 1300-watt Delta Lithium-Ion power or Yeti 1500 I love looking at the monitoring tools to see how much power I am producing. Yesterday I had a Peak of 6131 watts at 12:30 pm and 43.74 Kilowatts for the day. It is fun to have and gives me a sense of security having this Emergency power source and replacement for my Lehi City Power David E Watson- Lehi UT

Great service at an incredible price point

Smart Wave Solar did a superb job of every thing from start to finish with installing my solar panels. After comparing them to many other companies they were by far the least expensive for top quality panels. Even with Covid stuff going on that caused some pinch points they manged to get things done in a reasonable time frame. I am happy so far with my purchase, the service and the over all results of their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into solar.

Great Service & Solution

After doing much research and getting many different bids from many different companies, I determined that most solar companies are basically the same. Very similar processes, pricing, etc. The main reason we went with Smart Wave was the emergency power outlet. Game changer. Your power goes out with the rest of the grid and with the rest of solar companies, but not with Smart Wave. It is a great hybrid between basic solar and an very expensive battery powered system.

Super customer service and expert installation team!

The entire team was extremely responsive from the initial meeting all the way through installation, dealing with Rocky Mountain Power, and receiving a call from the co-owner 2 weeks after turning te system in to ensure every was working. Great experience and would highly recommend to family, friends and neighbors!!!!

Solar Install

Our project had some hiccups in the beginning but Gary and Bretton made sure everything was done correctly and expedited. it's important how a company deals with mistakes and how they treat their customers, in order to make things right. I can say that Smart Wave Solar does care about their customers and goes above and beyond to do that. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for solar. They have a lot of great perks and have great Customer service.

Exceptional company and employees

This is a company that exceeds what they promise. Starting with Gary in Sales, he educated me about the industry, what sets Smart Wave Solar apart for others, the process and was available for my questions as they arised. Next I was handed off to an exceptional Project Manager, JayCee. She exceed my expectations by sending me weekly updates on the progress of my panels. She also would review what occured the prior week, what was to happen the current week, and what to expect in the coming week. Finally completion from start to finish was done in the 90 as outlined. I received my check a week after completion and the system was turned on and I look forward to using over the first year as promised. Exceptional employees and product.

After a couple back and forth discussion in the planning process, I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with. Excellent Experience with Smart Wave Solar and Bryant

Bryant Livingston with Smart Wave Solar was awesome to work with. The sales process was very low key with no pressure. The project management was great with very little work on our part. They handled the permits, city inspection and everything else. The installation went great. We can now monitor the output with a phone app. We're looking forward to not having a power bill. Would highly recommend working with Bryant and Smart Wave Solar.

I talked to 9 companies before choosing Smart Wave

Call these guys before you make a final decision on solar. I wanted to understand the differences between all these companies, and was happy to find one that just made it easy to understand. Other companies had a dozen, complicated financing options or explained so much detail about so many different products that I was too overwhelmed to make a decision. These guys made it very simple AND gave me the best deal on premium products.
