Smart Wave Solar

Easy and straightforward

Working with Smart Wave Solar was really easy and they made sure everything was explaining in a straightforward way. I really like that we can have power even when there’s an outage, and their pricing was very competitive.

System works well and was reasonably priced

I chose Smart Wave Solar after talking to 4 companies and checking the experience of other Smart Wave Solar customers. I had some initial glitches with the system which took a while to work out. But customer service was very helpful and stuck with me until the problem was fully resolved. My system fulfills my house electrical needs 100%.

Great Company To Work With

I have worked along side this company doing roofs for them prior to systems being installed. I enjoyed working with them so much that I have moved forward with solar for myself! Fair, Honest & Transparent.

Good Choice for this project

They delivered as bid and promised

Great experience with Smart Wave Solar

We Love Smart Wave Solar we worked with Justin, he was honest and educated us on everything ….. Justin used our power bill to calculate how many solar panels we would need we have had our system up for 4 months and we don’t have a power bill anymore We went from 200 per month on average to Zero we only have a statement fee of about $15 per month …. We installed the Tesla Battery for emergency back up and we use it at Night. Tesla has the ultimate App that is amazing Thanks Justin we recommend you to everyone

Responsive, professional, great experience

I have been wanting to go solar for sometime but whenever I began to research companies I quickly became overwhelmed. I went with Smart Wave because they were chosen as the company for the Boulder County Solar Co-op. They were fantastic. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, honest and made the entire process very easy. From the outset they explained how it would work, what my costs would be, what incentives I would qualify for, they laid out the steps and the timeline and everything proceeded exactly as they said it would. The workers were terrific and there were no glitches. We flipped the switch 3 days ago and I've already generated enough power to cover a third of this month's total usage. I mostly wanted to go solar to protect the environment and give next generations a fighting chance and I feel so good about the decision and experience.

We had a great experience with Smart Wave Solar!

We had a great experience with Smart Wave Solar! Outstanding pricing, clear & timely communication, and top-notch workmanship. They installed out 6.3kW system in the winter, got it done fast and safely, even with some uncooperative weather.

Great experience!

Steve was soo great to work with getting our solar! He was NOT pushy and answered all our questions. He was easy to get ahold of- text, email, or call. He was knowledgeable & honest. Joriel was our project manager and was soo patient with us. She was also great to work with. And I felt we had great communication. She kept us in the loop with our entire project. We talked to several solar companies & and Smart Wave was the best for our family for many reasons. Top three being: the customer service, the price, and the respect they showed us!

Great Service. Thanks Ari.

Ari came to our home in Superior and connected our Tesla system with our circuit breaker panel. There was a problem with the original attempt and Ari contacted Tesla tech support for a solution. Upon rebooting the entire Tesla system, he was able to connect the Tesla system to the circuit breaker panel. But wait, there is more to Ari’s story. Our neighbor is also having a Smart Wave Solar system installed, but their Tesla system was not connecting to the circuit breaker. They were waiting for three and a half weeks for someone to come and fix the problem. When I mentioned this to Ari, he went to our neighbor’s home, rebooted the Tesla system, and fixed our neighbor’s problem. Thank you Ari for a job well done, you’re the best. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Ari is a good ambassador for Smart Wave.

Satisfied customer

We had Solar panels installed in 2018 by Smartwave Solar and have been more than satisfied with the production of the system and the customer service of the company. Thank you!

Great experience - I recommend

I had the pleasure of engaging with Smart Wave Solar for my project and they were great! Our panels have performed as expected so far. Overall, great people to work with.

Great value and communication

From design, to permitting, installation, and inspection, they were right there answering questions and working as my advocate to get my system up and running.

Really great experience for me going Solar. Steve did a great job explaining to me all the different options, what would be the best fit for me with the options, and also helping me compare the different options from other companies without a bias. Analee was helpful during the install process, the install took longer than expected but she was helpful keeping me updated along the way. Really nice now that we have our solar installed and running!!

Steve Analee and the people at Smart Wave were really great to work with and they did a great job installing my solar system.

Outstanding!

We knew we'd choose SmartWave from the day we met Scott. We appreciated their customer centered approach and the sentiment he shared about his experience working for SmartWave. We anticipated the process to be drawn out, but the team at SmartWave was (for the most part) communicative and worked to overcome the challenges associated with this type of installation (Xcel's role is the greatest obstacle in any case). Highly recommend.

Good experience

It was a good experience. There were 1 or 2 little things, however that is bound to happen with any construction project. The installers for both the new meter and the panels themselves were great and friendly.

I sat through 7 solar pitches before deciding on Smart Wave

I am so glad I chose Smart Wave after what felt like endless research on providers in Utah. Bryant explained things the best and honestly pressured us the least. Smart Wave's history in Utah also played a large role in our decision. Our 32 panel install took place over 2 days, but the team was very efficient and professional. On the first day, Matt and Kevin worked on our build, with Killian joining them the second day. They were polite, courteous, and always available to answer questions. We appreciated them checking our yard to pick up any install pieces since we have a dog. The panels themselves look very sleek, and we're super happy with how it turned out. So far from sales, design, and install, Smart Wave Solar has been responsive and on top of our build; always willing to explain things. We can't wait for our system to be approved and switched on.

Smart Wave Solar is Amazing!

When we decided to install rooftop solar, we checked out dozens of companies, and eventually decided to to with Smart Wave Solar. It was definitely the right decision. Our sales contact, Lindsay patiently explained the different options and the pros/cons of each. AnaLee, our project manager was awesome as well. She took our input on project design and panel layout, and kept us informed with weekly updates on project status. Smart Wave took care of all of the necessary permits and was the main point in working with the local utility for installation. Thee install process was very quick, and they even followed up, in person, to make sure everything was done correctly. I certainly recommend Smart Wave Solar to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, yet professional solar install.

Time from purchase to install was incredibly fast. Salesman was very helpful and straightforward, never pushy. Isaak and the rest of the install crew were amazing to work with - courteous, professional, happy to answer questions, etc. The panels look great. Haven't had our final inspection yet so they're not up and running quite yet but very satisfied with the process so far.

All of the people I've had contact with at Smart Wave Solar are knowledgeable and courteous. Its been a great experience!

Great to work with! Happy with results so far!

Easy to work with. Professional. So far, so good on the results. Happy with our decision to move forward with SWS!

Great Pricing and Amazing Service

I reviewed 6+ solar companies before deciding to go with Smart Wave. They were very straight forward didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. They have great options for financing as well. I worked with Steve Michels during the sales process and Joriel during the installation. The install was ahead of schedule and everything worked great! I would definitely recommend Smart Wave to anyone interested in generating their own power.
