Semper Solaris

Great Work, Semper Solaris!

We are completely satisfied with Semper Solaris. We decided to delay writing a review until the job was complete and we got the federal tax benefit they described. As you can tell by the 5-stars, we are SO pleased with the outcome. Semper Solaris delivered 200%!! We started with Rhami H. (fantastic!) then met Jenny D. (responsive) for project management - both answered our questions, followed-up, and followed-thru. Installation of our 11 panels and getting the system turned-on went over without at hitch. We haven't paid an electric bill to SDG&E for more than 3 months (generating more than we use). We're new solar customers and had some reservations about taking the plunge (especially with all of the opportunists out there trying to make a buck on the solar craze). We are so happy we decided to do business with Semper. Thank you Semper Solaris !!

Outstanding company

Billie Yako, Cassandra Spindler, David Bell, Rebekah Armstrong, Michael Feather, Joshua Bandy and the entire staff at Semper Solaris are an outstanding team and really delivered for us. From design and consultation to installation and customer service, they are true professionals who are dedicated to excellence.

Rod Terra sr

After interviewing three other solar companies I had Joshua come out . Joshua walked the property with me and we discussed my options. I didn't want the panels on the house roof . I wanted them on my barn .Joshua was the only salesman that said it was possible.I heard everything I wanted to hear.I was kept in the loop,Billie Jean Yako and Jim Jereczek ,right down to the moment I was able to see my system producing on my laptop . It was an unexpected pleasure talking to Billie Jean and doing business with Semper Solaris . I made the right choice ,Rod and Linda Terra

Great Solar Company

We were finally looking for a local solar company (end of Nov 2017) due to the high prices of electricity. We got recommended to Semper Solaris and I cannot stop talking good thinks about this company. Since the first meeting with Genevieve, Senior consultant explaining the entire process and understanding and analyzing our solar needs to actually getting the job coordinated with Michael Cognetti. Everything went lightning speed. Michael was always in contact with us and always informing us about each step of the way, every conversation, meeting and discussion was handled professionally. We are truly satisfied with the quality work and follow up efforts that Michael and his team have provided us throughout the entire process. My family and I would certainly recommend Semper Solaris to any of our family, friends and colleagues. Michael is honest, sincere and can be depended on. Our system was professionally installed and up and running the first week of January 2018 and is operating flawlessly. No surprises were entertained and their workmanship is greatly appreciated.

Solar thru Sunpower

Everyone involved in the process was helpful and available to answer all questions. Made it easy and painless to get solar and start saving.

Fantastic!

The crews and employees did a great job. Prompt, courteous, informative and timely. The product was recommended by our neighbors and it was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend them to any of my friends & family. Thank you Semper Solaris

Well done

The crews did a great job. Prompt, courteous, informative and timely. The product was what we were looking for. I would recommend them to any of my friends. Thank you Semper Solaris.

Oohrah!

Great company. A friend of mine had a solar system installed by Semper Solaris and was very satisfied with the process and results. I have an older house and it was time for a re-roof especially after last year's unusually heavy Cali rains, anyway Semper Solaris had the resources to complete a re-roof. I had a quote just for the re-roof from a different contractor at a comparable price, but the underlayment used was a less than superior product compared to the owen corning product used by Semper Solaris w/a 50 year warranty. I figured I'd ask about their solar system when the gave me a quote for the re-roof...I was impressed with the presentation and technological analysis Mark Ivory w/Semper Solaris presented at the time of visit. I was sold, Semper Solaris was the right company for my needs, they use quality state of the art technology, materials and products at competitive pricing...and if you and/or spouse are veterans, well the incentives are even better and if you need financing they can assist with that as well. Once we decided to go with Semper Solaris, Michael Cognetti was assigned to be our project manager...and he was with us every step of the way, and remains as our rep for any future questions or issues. The entire project went relatively smooth The re-roof was led by Robert Narcy, his crew did a great job they completed the re-roof in 3-4 days and ensured the area was clean and free of debris at the end of each work day. A few weeks later the installation of the solar system began and was also quick, Josh Anthony and his crew completed in two days. Overall, we have be extremely happy with our decision to use Semper Solaris...if you're looking for a re-roof and/or solar, I would highly recommend them...the entire team is very professional, friendly and responsive...in my opinion an A+++ company. The one thing I would recommend is begin the process early in the year if there are tax advantages you're trying to enjoy...many at the end of the year (Nov/Dec) are trying to do the same and weather may not always cooperate...just considerations to keep in mind.

Excellent Service

Just wanted to say a big thank you To Semper Solaris Solar Company for their excellent service with my Solar Project. Anela my sales associate was very knowledgeable and gave excellent service when she came out to my home. The project coordinator Michael and Justin also kept me up to date on my project with emails and texts to keep me informed about all stages of my project. I was very excited when I got my first SDGE bill after putting up many Christmas lights in December to only get a bill this month for about 17.00 for my gas. Also I was given two choices for financing my project. I chose to go to San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union after being a member there since 1985. My loan process was very simply and I got approval in just about a day. The loan Processor Andrea was very knowledgeable about the solar product and my loan process went smoothly. The service was excellent as always. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I’m very happy with my solar and the credit Union.

Thanks Again!

Thanks to everyone at Semper Solaris for another outstanding job. This was an add-on project to an existing system, which Semper Solaris also installed. The project went flawlessly and got done on time.

From the beginning to the finished product, we were very satisfied with the education and process of Semper Solaris' solar product/installation. I am sure by doing it in the fall/winter, the process went much faster, but Semper did all the work... literally. Their building plans sailed trough the permit process and in two days my whole system was installed. For Southern California and the area's reputation of scammers and ripoffs in all retail categories, Semper Solaris is trustworthy and a real deal.

Semper Solaris is the way to go- Genevieve is the one to talk to

My husband and I had been talking about Solar for about a year now...with this crazy summer we finally met with 4 different companies. We wanted sun power panels but figured it was out of our budget. Before we made the final decision we researched companies that installed some power panels and really liked Semper Solaris. Genevieve Johnson came out very quickly and explained in detail the difference in panels. She’s very knowledgeable in the area and answered all of our questions. She was easy to talk to and after finding out sun power panels with Semper Solaris would cost us a few dollars less and be more efficient than the other panels / companies it was a no brainer for us. The company moved quickly, the workman were at my house early and were very efficient. They installed quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I am pleased with how neat and tidy the equipment looks. Genevieve has been there through every step. If you’re looking to get solar Genevieve is the person to talk to!!

Rooftop Solar Project

I recently had solar panels installed by Semper Solaris, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! The price was very reasonable, and their quality of work was top notch. The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and super quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. In particular, Mark Kravchak, Darren Griffin, and Jenny Do managed the construction phase really well and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process to make sure my project was properly installed and completed in a timely manner. Also, the sales consultant, Brian Roble, met with me several times at the beginning to educate me and go through my options to make sure I picked the best system for my needs. He was very upfront with how everything works and didn’t try to oversell me for more than I needed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering adding solar panels on their home!

Solar

I would like to thank the Semper Solaris team for their professionalism, work ethic and great customer service during my solar project. Before meeting with Semper Solaris, I was somewhat hesitant about installing solar based on unappealing comments from friends of other solar company’s poor customer service, unsatisfying results, and expensive leasing options. Over a period of time, I had been approached by several different solar companies about their product but I wasn’t interested until a close friend recommended Semper Solaris. He was having Semper Solaris install solar on his house and told me about the company and the quality products, SunPower panels, they use. He put me in touch with Semper Solaris and from start to finish my project was effortless. We first met with Energy Consultant, Mark Ivory, who came to our residence and showed us the advantages of solar, the size of system necessary for our needs, and the cost to “own” the system. We purchased the system and within a few days we were contacted by Customer Service Representative John Renteria. John took us through the rest of the process of the installation and activation of the system and made sure any questions we had were answered. John was very professional and kept us up to date on the project and any changes. As I stated previously the project for my wife and I went effortless thanks to John and the team. We would highly recommend Semper Solaris to family and Friends.

Excellent Company

The price was competitive and the service was excellent. The solar system was up and running in under 30 days. What more can you ask for. We were kept informed about the process and the entire team that we worked with were professionals.

Great company to work with

Sales was simple and straight forward with Mike Barnett and the install team was very efficient and fast, even went to the extra effort to match paint color of house to electric conduit. Also Mike Cognetti Project Coordinator kept me up to date with the whole process.

Amazing company to work with!

I could not be happier with Semper Solaris. Amazing communication and extremely fast install and setup. I have recommended Semper Solaris to everyone I know.

Happy Customer

Veronica Mosqueda and her team from Semper Solaris kept us informed of every step. The company was prompt and cleaned up after themselves. The solar panels look exquisite with competitive pricing. We looked at different companies, but Semper Solaris provided every thing we were looking for.

Solar

Semper Solaris installed my solar a few years back and it was a very pleasant experience. The price was great, all American made products and excellent customer service. Since then we have had no issues and better yet, no electricity bill!!

Now my house will be cool

John Renteria and his team at Semper Solaris did a great job installing a Solar System at my house. They delivered the system on time and did a professional job. They kept me up to date on all phases of the project and met all of their commitments. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Let the savings begin. Mike Smith Poway CA

Satisfaction guaranteed.

Had nothing but good experience and exemplary customer satisfaction throughout. I give them highest rating based on my experience - Solar installation is completed and Im having a fully functional Solar system.

Semper Solaris Top Notch

Semper was top notch all the way through! Went with them because they were local and had great reviews (now I know why). Genevieve came out and absolutely sold it for us. She is thorough, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and got us a great deal offering all our options with full transparency. The rest of the process was quick and easy. Mark, John and Daniel made the install painless with constant communication and even overcame a couple of unexpected small things without any issues. The final product shows the quality of their work. The happiest moment was flipping the breaker switch and watching the meter reverse. It continues to be a joy to see the daily production with all of the sunshine out here in El Cajon. Thanks Semper Solaris!

Great customer service!

Got a couple quotes from other companies and Semper Solaris definitely offered a much better product with a better price and warranty. Genevieve is super knowledgeable of both the panels, the benefits of their installation policies and warranties, and overall need of personal power requirements. She's been doing this a while and it's very apparent she knows what she's doing. She cares about the needs of the client and ultimately does what will not only save you the most money but give you the highest quality system. I feel like the other reps from other solar companies were a bit robotic, so it was great to talk to someone that understood what I was asking and I could have a conversation with. Thank you Genevieve! Will definitely recommend any friends interested in solar your way.

Very Pleased!

Great customer service from start to finish with a fast install by the crew! The exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be recommending them!

Great experience!

We had a solar system installed by Semper Solaris one month ago. We are happy that the job was done by veterans and also with the outcome. In particular, we are extremely satisfied with the attention and service we received from VERONICA MOSQUEDA. She was our contact person and go to person when any problem needed to be resolved before, during and after the update nstallation process was completed. Veronica is a very competent and professinal representative for Semper Solaris. She was always timely and efficient when we had questions and always provided the right answers. Besides being excellent at her job, Veronica is pleasant, respectful and very patient which makes her an exemplary employee at Semper Solaris. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with her during our solar installation process.
