Great service great company

My wife and I have been both very pleased with the process from start to finish…. every single person that we have been in contact with on the phone and through text messages have been responsive and took care of any problems that came up quickly and to our satisfaction. This company will take care of you answer all of your questions very thoroughly get back to you on the tough ones. It’s just nice to know that there are still companies out there that really pride themselves in quality and customer service. Great job everybody. We have our own solar power plant. Very cool. And it produces virtually all of our electrical needs.

Great experience

Solar panels are something we had been thinking about for a while but just hadn't taken the leap. We saw the youtube ad and decided to look into it and have been very pleased with everyone involved in the steps that followed. They never made us feel pressured, they were very knowledgeable, walked us through all of the paperwork, and gave us a nice timeline of and easy to understand timeliness for how things would proceed, which was fairly quick and painless and they held to the timeline. The install took one afternoon and Purelight handled all of the permits with the county and the energy company. All encounters with customer service and the technicians have been positive. Great Experience

From start to finish our experience with Purelight power has been top notch. They took the time to educate us and ensure all of our questions were answered. The installers were very respectful and did a great job. Our follow up appointment and app tutorial was very informative. I got all my questions answered and feel very comfortable with the whole system now. I love the fact that from start to finish was working with a Purelight employee and not a contractor. Definitely recommend.

Excellence in Solar Installation

From initial contact with PureLight Power through installation of the panels and electrical connections all personnel were friendly, knowledgable, and well prepared to get the job done. They were in constant communication each step throughout the process keeping us fully aware as the project proceeded toward completion.

I set up an appt. With a couple of sales man at a festival in Redmond over the weekend. The appt. Was set up for Wednesday June 7th at 8:00 am. They www supposed to contact me the day before, I heard nothing. Today is Wednesday June 7th, 2:00 pm. I haven't heard from anyone. I called there Medford office because they said they we're from Medford. I an disappointed they couldn't Keep there scheduled appt. I am not interested in doing business with a company that can't even follow up. Based on this I am concerned about the information I provided to make this consultation.

Great service, word by word everything that was promise has being done in a timely matter, great customer service and product as well. System install was very quick and install team was very professional. Everyone from design thru to completion has been very professional, polite, and dedicated to giving the upmost best product they have. I can’t wait to see the change on our bill which it’s already looking very promising.

Go Solar with Pure Light Power!

I am happy with the install of the solar panels. I checked in to going solar and then checked out companies. I did not feel pressured by any means to go solar right away. In fact, the sales rep and I had more than 1 conversation over a course of a year. When the timing was right for me, professional installers came and did a fantastic job with the install and explaining the full process of steps that we would go through until the final flip the switch. Very happy customer

basically a scam

System itself is fine. Install was fine. Sales was a big ripoff. Shame on me for not doing a little research. Was told by salesman there would be a rebate check for xxxx dollars. That ain't gonna happen. All you get is a tax credit. If you don't pay taxes then you get nothing. Just a plain out and out lie from sales. The person that referred me was supposed to get a finders fee. He never got it. I also sent them a customer and was promised a finders fee. Just another big rip off. This whole solar thing is turning out be a big scam just like the windows scam. Will never (ever) recommend this company to anyone else. Just big lies.

Bad service no communication

It's been 5 months and not yet operational. That would be bad enough, but they wanted 50% down and the rest on installation of the panels. At that time nothing was wired up to the grid. Weeks went by and after two trips and no power for most of a day the wiring was done but not operational. More time went by and then finally MidAmerican Energy came out for a five-minute test to see if it would work. At that time we were informed it would be another month or two maybe more before the meter was changed and it put in service. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Fantastic Company

I started my search for solar and found pure light power to bev the most honest and reputable company out there. I had some very bad experiences with several othe hog pressure companies some that really made me turn red from blue if you know what i mean I have every single employee of pure light that I have encountered on this journey to solar to be 100% professional helpful non pressuring and knowledgeable on all aspects of the project i would sign up with them just because of their professional employees you just don’t get that type of service these days and they price was very competive I highly recommend Pure light power

Absolutely Amazing

Shaun Franks was so knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. We also had a roof installed and Eddie was simply amazing. Then I have to say our Electrician Gage was TOP Notch went above and beyond simply AMAZING. Thank you for making such a big change so comfortable.

Awesome Company

We just recently went solar. The whole experience was fantastic. AJ was the best at sitting down with us and explaining how it all works in a way that was super understandable. He drew pictures of how it would all look like. Explained the financial side and the beneficial side of how solar panels would provide all the electricity needs we would have in the future. The whole installment went down with no problems. The whole team was very professional and friendly. We are excited to one day having no electricity bill. To finalize the project, Destiny came out and showed Jeff how to install app on his phone and how to monitor what we're producing every day and how much money we're saving. It's incredible. Even with the cloudy day we've had this week, the solar panels are producing. We highly recommend Purelight Power for all your solar needs.

The Best!

veryone is so friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to and answer my million questions. Everything in our home is electric except the stove; we also keep an RV plugged in to run the AC all summer. It only took one month to have a zero balance and credit on our electric bill! A knowledgeable seasoned crew

They knew what they were doing and how to do it efficiently and cleanly they didn’t trash the house even though they had to get up in two separate overhead spaces and on one of the hottest days of the year the roof was not damaged in anyway whatsoever The electricians were in and out in half a day and precisely explained to me what the controls did in an easy to understand way The completed system is up and running and the power companies meter is running backwards and I look forward to the summary after a period of time That shows me how close I have gotten to a zero power

The Real Deal

They were very professional, very nice to work with, they didn’t over promise and came through with what they did promise, my first bill was 10.59 which I think Pacific Power will always charge. I highly recommend this company.
