Excellent everything

My husband and I had solar power in mind and ran across Purelight on social media. Their reviews were reassuring so we called for info. From the very first contact, we were treated amazingly well. Very thorough information, timely updates, respectful communications, a high quality product, financial savings, and detailed online monitoring all contributed to our complete satisfaction with every aspect of our switch to solar energy. The employees went above and beyond to make us feel personally valued. We will recommend Purelight without reservation to anyone interested in solar energy.

The entire process was smooth and without pressure. From the initial consultation with Seth, (who is hourly plus commission) to the final visit with Madison for the router activation, it is totally smooth. Representatives are all friendly and willing to assist with answering any questions. As Seth is hourly plus commission, it affords him the ability to simply answer questions without pressuring you to make any immediate decisions.

I discussed solar with another company but held off…very glad I did…the Purelight team was easy to work with and if anything they over communicated which is very refreshing.From beginning to activation was only a few short weeks…thanks Purelight!

Highly recommend Purelight Power

From the sales rep. to the final orientation they were very professional and did what they said they would do. As with any company or any job there is always going to be a few hiccups. With Purelight it did not matter. They just handled it and made me feel comfortable about what was happening the entire time. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Really fishy practices

So I did NOT get solar through Purelight after the quote and beginning steps. First off, their designer forgot to put the mounts and conduit etc on the quote so suddenly my $101,000 quote is $137,000 (they agreed to knock it down to $115,000 which prevented them from losing money). Then they trained the sales guy (who was a very decent guy to be fair!) to tell us that we'll get that 30% tax credit in the form of a check. If you don't pay the 30% in principal to Good Leap (their preferred financing) in 18 months (not even 2 tax cycles) then my payments would go up $175/month. Then, after having the solar backup talked up...it's another $15,000 or something to get that. Meanwhile, I got a quote for the EXACT SAME SYSTEM from a small local contractor...$67,000. Sadly, I don't get solar at all yet because my adjusted gross income as a small business owner doesn't help me on the loan side of things (except through Good Leap at nearly 100% markup!)... These practices are shady at best and quite honestly...potentially illegal. Steer clear of these guys Do NOT finance with Good Leap Do NOT believe that your 30% tax credit comes as a check. It offsets your tax liability and reduces what you owe the IRS...and that's from my cpa!

Great experience - and now I'm a power producer!

I decided to look at solar power because of the federal incentives, and searched online for local providers with strong reviews. That's what prompted me to contact Purelight. Everything is installed now, I have a new outside meter that shows how much power my house produces, and I'm so pleased! Every person, from the initial sales call, to the scheduler, the workers who did the actual installation, and the follow-up afterwards, has been a positive experience.

Every single person that we encountered was absolutely incredible to work with including sales, customer service, the solar panel install crew, the electricians and the final in-home app setup and system startup. Exceeded Expectations

Purelight was wonderful! From our Salesman, Mike Sarro, to Ethan Ganger, the Post Install Rep, we were taken care of every step of the way. I had numerous updates and at every turn items were taken care of faster than expected. I was able to do most communication through text which I really appreciated although they followed up with emails to make sure everything was documented. I was so pleasantly surprised by how fast, easy, and personably this whole project was completed!

Totally positive experience. Starting with the "sales pitch", Max was not pushy or giving us a hard sell. The roof install and the solar panels went in quickly and surprisingly not as noisy as I thought. (I work nights and sleep in the day time.) The post installation went well also. Everything was explained by Madison including the app to monitor energy.

Purelight Awesome!

I am a non- tech kind of person. I was nervous about selecting solar panels for my house. Purelight Power was incredible at helping me through the process. From the initial contact through the installation and finally the PIE ( post install education), the experience has been super easy and very caring. Special mention for Darren, the PIE who came by to help me understand how to use my system. Darren went through everything and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Kudos to everyone on the Purelight Power team.

This has been a great experience. They have been so easy to work with and are so helpful answering questions and keeping me informed on where we are in the process. Once everything was all set up, walking me through the system was great. It is so easy to monitor.
