Purelight was a joy to work with. Scott, my salesman was very helpful, not at all pushy or trying to force something on me. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and strived to satisfy our desires. The install team was quick and clear with what they were going to do. Madison came over after everything was finished and explained about how the system works, what to do in a power outage, how to track it's productivity, and more. As a contractor who built his own home, I had some specific requests and desires about placement of panels and equipment. I wish I had received a little more info with the final review of the plans, it would have made things slightly smoother for me. But, other than that very minor hiccup, the Purelight team was very good to accommodate my wishes and odd particularities. I did an in-depth analysis of Purelight along 3 other solar companies including Blue Raven, and ION. I looked at value of panels based on longevity and durability. The best over all bang for the buck came out to Purelight. Blue Raven and ION had better referral programs and other "benefits". But at the end of the day you pay for those things in the price they give you. Purelight didn't have a bunch of extra "benefits" that I had to pay for. I am very happy, having worked with this company. I would recommend them to anybody.

The entire process was smooth and without pressure. From the initial consultation with Seth, (who is hourly plus commission) to the final visit with Madison for the router activation, it is totally smooth. Representatives are all friendly and willing to assist with answering any questions. As Seth is hourly plus commission, it affords him the ability to simply answer questions without pressuring you to make any immediate decisions.
