I’ve dealt with many contractors before, and this was one of the few times nobody tried to pressure me into making fast decisions. They explained both the pros and limitations honestly. Installation was completed within the promised timeframe, and the equipment looks sturdy and high quality.

Elijah is terrific. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Pro Bid is a very good company to do business with. Pleased with their response and prices.

Pro Bid Energy is truly phenomenal. I had them out to fix an issue with the electricity in my barn. We had a power surge and could not figure out the issue. Elijah was here for 2 hours the first time and finally figured out I had a broken underground wire. The guys returned to fix the wire that past Monday, Jacob, Elijah, and Damian all arrived and finished in no time, and it works perfectly. If you need electric work this is the company to use hands down. Even the price for an electrician was reasonable. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely loved working with Pro Bid. They were extremely communicative, clear, professional, and timely. Every single person who I had a decent amount of contact with was wonderful, and I'd say that was at least 6 people. To give folks an idea of some other options out there, one of the other solar companies we considered didn't even request information on or look into our regular electricity usage to determine how many panels would cover our needs, so their proposal would have covered somewhere around 70%. And they were quite rude when we didn't go with them. Ridiculous. Pro Bid was fantastic start to finish—we're very happy with our system and the education they provided about it. Highly recommend! Excellent service. Delt with Scot Birrel. Fast and honest. Initially had ADT (complete dumpster fire). If you are thinking about solar, these guys are the ones to choose. Only wish I had a larger roof for more panels.

Pro Bid Energy and their conscientious and hardworking onsite workman, Brett, did an excellent job assessing and ultimately rewiring and upgrading our existing Solar system and installing a new ChargePoint station in our garage. They ran into a number of unexpected areas of damage with our old system, but were able to switch gears quickly and get the job completed despite often cold and snowy conditions. They were recommended to us through a friend and I would highly recommend them to anyone else contemplating a new or upgraded solar energy system.

Probid is a great install company. The install is so clean! Every issue we had with equipment (not their fault) was immediately resolved. 2 years running with very minor issues. Great overall experience!

Non-Responsive

They install my system in August with little to no explanation of how or how is monitoring my system. I have a Solar Edge invertor and software application. For the app, I noticed that 2 of my solar panels are not generating any energy and I can't see where any excess production is being put back on the grid. After talking to Solar Edge, I learn that Pro Bid is to be monitoring my system, that there are 2 panels not producing, there is an inventor error, and the system was not set up right. I have called Pro Edge for a week, their phone mailbox is full, and I cannot reach anyone. horrible customer service!

SCAM - avoid at all cost

Jesse Stubbs (owner of Pro Bid Solar) is nothing but a scam artist. I had been working with a solar consultant to install a system on the roof of my business. I purchased 111 solar panels from Pro Bid, and soon after realized that I had been grossly overcharged for the panels based on the going rate of the exact same panels from other sources. I came to find out that he had a secret financial arrangement to pay my consultant a commission in return for advising me that I was getting the best price possible for the panels. Despite numerous attempts to contact him via phone and email, he refused to respond to me at all. Avoid him and his company at all cost.

Pro Bid Energy...1st Class job...no hassles...great price

I interviewed probably 7-8 different Solar Installers in Denver and Pro Bid Energy was my last interview. I was ready to stop interviewing Installers after about 6 of them I interviewed, but I'm glad I stuck with my last interview with Pro Bid Energy. They offered everything I was looking for in an Installer. They designed the panel layout and size to what I wanted .. capacity and location of panels. They offer a great payment schedule, and they routed all the electrical wiring through the inside of the house in a way that minimized exposed wiring. They did a 1st class job for a great price that was a better deal than everybody else that was a legitimate operation with good reviews. I would be happy to show their work at my house if you ask them.

Good work, not so great communication

Tom and his team were good to chat with. They came in very reasonably priced and they delivered what they said they would. The only downside was comminications with their project team. We got snow the day they were supposed to install, and we didn't hear anything from them til the day after, when I called to reschedule. Living in Fort Collins, the city manages the electric grid, so that complicates things, but they couldn't keep track of which inspector was coming over, what they needed to inspect, what sort of access they needed and what we could do afterwards. Their automated project update emails were always a step behind and weren't really helpful.

I helped refer a client to Pro Bid based on good word of mouth. Pro Bid was immediately responsive. They were able to get the exact equipment requested by my client and got the project installed quickly with no issues. Not only was my client (now their client as well) given updates every step of the way, but I was given the same updates. I'm definitely referring them again! Greatly appreciated guys! Thank you!

A Great Company to work with!

We found out about Pro Bid through their main sales associate Tom B. We met with and researched 5 different solar companies before making the final decision to go with Pro Bid Energy. They were the best when it came to price, product for price, and timeline for install. We got to personally talk to, and work with, at least 4-5 members of their company and team during the process. The only hiccups we had were with the local power company here, and they walked us through every step, keeping in close contact through emails, calls, and tests throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, customer orientated

Tom Brown provided his experience and knowledge with detailed information so the correct decision could be made. The panel installation was on schedule and efficiently done, showing concern for property and customer. Candy did all she could to insure a smooth transition between installation of utility meters. Overall, Pro Bid provided top notch service, and at the same time insuring customer satisfaction.

A company that delivers on what the promise! When I first met with Tom from Pro Bid, he was great. He helped me understand how the different products they used worked and what other options we could choose. From there, they were one of the few companies with a reasonable installation timeline. My system was up and running within two and a half months! Not to mention the level of communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. A++ I definelty recommend Pro Bid for anything Solar!
