These people are sales scamming the elderly. Hundreds of complaints. They have no soul. They lie about everything and they try to pressure you. Checkout the consumers complaints page for Florida. It is also illegal to go door to door in Charlet County FL. Call the police if they come to house.

Terrible Experience
Avoid this company at all costs. They are manipulative and use strong harassment tactics to try to strong-arm you into signing up. I have declined their offerings 3 times, and they are still calling, texting, and using other members from their team to reach out with different angles. There are so many red flags. I caution you to stay far away from this company. They don't mean you any good, and they don't care about their customers.

Total Rip-Off
If I were operating a business, I would never treat customers the way Momentum Solar treated us. We were misled throughout the sales process, given inaccurate and incomplete information, and sold a system that primarily benefited the salesperson through excessive profit rather than meeting our actual needs. The salesman, Daniel, conducted the sale in a way that we believe was deceptive and lacked honest disclosure.

False promises liars and they don’t care about the customer
Severe Service Failure – Avoid Momentum Solar I strongly advise anyone considering Momentum Solar to look elsewhere. I am currently experiencing a major system failure where 16 solar panels are not reporting or producing power, and getting support from this company has been nearly impossible. Momentum Solar provides no meaningful way to contact a live service representative. Customers are forced into an endless loop of automated chats and scripted responses. After repeated attempts to get help, I was told their process requires 10–14 days just for a technician to call, not even to come out and diagnose the problem. For a system that is actively failing and not producing power, this type of delay is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of customer support and accountability. I have attempted to escalate this issue, including reaching out directly to company leadership, including Arthur Souritzidis, and received no response whatsoever. Ignoring customers when their system is malfunctioning is not how a reputable company should operate. Momentum Solar markets long-term warranties and reliability, but based on my experience, those promises appear meaningless when the company cannot even respond to a service issue in a reasonable timeframe. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering solar installation research other companies before trusting Momentum Solar with their investment. March 10, 2026 three months My panel has been down. No one ever calls. You. They do nothing But liars awayThis company is an absolute joke. Follow up. I had a call from a manager stating that she has a high-level meeting on Friday and she’ll contact me on Monday with some answers and guess what no call back it’s Tuesday. Still waiting for a call over a month now to schedule an appointment for service , this company should be shut down for lack of service. It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received a single phone call to even schedule an appointment to repair my solar system. I have used the chat system four separate times, and each time the chat conveniently disconnects after I’m told, “We’ll get back to you.” No one ever does. I’ve called repeatedly and left multiple voicemails—no calls back. The level of unresponsiveness is unbelievable. Once you sign the contract, customer service completely disappears. At this point, I’m being forced to consider legal action, including consulting an attorney to recover lost revenue due to my system being down for an extended period with no service or communication. I even tried escalating the issue by emailing the CFO, Arthur Souitzidis, hoping someone in leadership would respond. Once again—no response. There is no way to speak to a live person. You can email, leave voicemails, or get stuck in endless chat loops, but you cannot actually get help. This company is entirely non-responsive and should not be allowed to operate this way. I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. I am beyond frustrated. I have called four times and was told it would take 10–14 days just to schedule an appointment. I am now sitting at 3.5 weeks with not a single callback. I have opened four separate chat sessions. Each time, I asked for a supervisor or manager’s phone number, and every single time the chat mysteriously disconnected immediately after that request. This company is completely non-responsive and clearly does not care about customers once the contract is signed. Before signing up, they hounded me nonstop—calls, messages, knocking on my door. Once I became a customer, service completely disappeared. After leaving a negative review, they asked me to email them—which I have now done twice—and still no response. This is, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had with any company in decades. I strongly recommend NOT using Momentum Solar. Once they have your business, getting service is nearly impossible. I’ve had nothing but frustration with Momentum Solar. My system has had a service issue for over six months, so I finally called to get help. I was told it would take 10–14 days just to get a service appointment, and that someone would call me back. That timeframe has now passed, and no one has called. Reaching a live agent is extremely difficult, and when you do, there is no urgency or follow-through. It’s ironic how aggressive they were when trying to get me to sign up, but once you need support, you’re essentially ghosted. If you’re considering solar, I strongly recommend choosing another company with better customer service and accountability. I would highly discourage using Momentum Solar. Erroneous Billing
Worse service I have ever encountered in trying to resolve incorrect billing. Accounts dept clearly isn't accountable and they everything is handled by collections dept who apparently doesn't know accounting. Bill paid in full monthly but told i have a past due. No one can explain

Not Committing their promises
Never trust this company, they are not committing their promises to the customers. I have solar panels from them and my bill is more from what I was paying without Solares. In addition, I referred my friend to Momentum Solar, initially they been saying I shall wait until solar installation on his roof after installation they came to me saying they have my friend in the system from before which is wrong, he never had any discussions with terrible company. Their referral system is not trusted as well. Never recommend these people.

Not trustworthy beaware
Please be. Wry careful when you with Momentum solar.ask in writing for the promises made by the sales representatives. We have a group given 20 plus order to Momentum and. Each one of has issues with dealing momentum after Lee signed the contract. I am still facing issues to get the referral amount I was planning as part of the order. I spent hours with sales guy and Customer Service but no result, we just get standard answer your case has been escalated. I was holding the final payment because I did not received the referral amount and momentum had disconnected my solar with PSEG, horrible guys please deal with them very carefully!!!!

Unlimited sales calls
They don’t stop, they harass you and it’s extremely rude, none of them are robo calls every call has sales person behind it. I am convinced that I will never move ahead with this company for solar.
