We are extremely happy with the service. Joe Strzelecki was very professional and completely transparent. Our electric bill is a fraction of what it was less than 30$ that includes connection cost which we all have to pay.

I had 28 solar panels installed on 4/22- Earth Day by Adam and Team 6 from LI Solar Solutions. The team did an excellent job with the project with attention to detail ensuring that the solar and power panels were aesthetically pleasing, cleaned up afterwards. Thank you Adam!!!

Recently I've had solar panels installed by Power Solutions, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Matt, the representative who helped me, was fantastic. From the very beginning, Matt and his team were incredibly helpful. They were patient and thorough and answering all my questions, no matter how big or small. Matt was always available to speak with me, even outside of regular business hours. This made a huge difference in my comfort level, as I was completely new to solar power. Matt's of the time to explain the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation. He broke down the technical aspects of the system into easy to understand terms, ensuring I fully grasp how the panels and the entire setup would work together. If you're considering solar panels, I highly recommend power solutions. They're commitment to customer service is truly unmatched, and Matt's expertise and patients were invaluable throughout the process.

I would not recommend this company. It’s been nothing more than a headache since having the panels installed. From not calculating enough panels and not even breaking even year over year, to leaks and having to threaten to sue for a minor repair. Now it’s 3 years into having their panels and I need my roof replaced and they want to charge to remove and reinstall when they had inspected the roof and said we were good to go for the install. It was nothing more than pushing the sale rather than doing the right thing and making sure we wouldn’t be in this situation only a few years in. Now whether it was the solar that is causing the damage or they assessed it wrong, they did a horrible job in one of those fields.

I highly recommend this company! Starting with my salesman, Mat Debarde he was professional transparent and honest. He presented all the options to me and helped guide me throughout the process. The crew that installed my panels was efficient, respectful, and professional. This is the company to go with!!

If you looking to install solar just call Joe Galluzzo @ Power Solutions! I took the time and got estimates from 9 different companies and Power Solutions was FAR had the best prices and warranty. Joe Galluzzo was there for us through out the whole process to answer any questions. The company was incredible from start to finish. My production manager Joanie Okula kept me updated at every phase. The installation was fast and very neat. All wires were installed in the attic not running across the roof like most other houses that I see. Now we are enjoying free power and a $18 PSEG bill. I highly recommend calling Joe Galluzzo before you make a decision. Tim P.

We recently had solar panels installed on our home. Our salesman, Drew Divittorio, was outstanding every step of the way. He clearly explained all of our options and answered every question clearly and throughly. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our many inquiries. If you are considering Solar, ask for Drew to be our salesman!

Very happy with power solutions, salesman Joe Galluzzo was very helpful and went as he said it would. Joe Gagliano called and.went over the app and how to use it , very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

We went through the whole process and were not impressed. Perhaps Sun Nation is better. The sales person was great, but it ended there, The installers were the B- team. They let a roll or wire fall on our car's rear window. Then they said Safelite was on the way only to find out that was not true. The manager arrived and said they could not come until Monday or Wednesday (this was Friday). Since I needed my car I said Monday. Then I found out that they could not get my window until Wednesday. I needed my car to get to work! They did clean my car, but there was glass all over my driveway that me and my wife were cleaning for days. The problem was that this was the Friday after Thanksgiving. Don't let them install on a day after a holiday. Even the manger said his team failed solar 101 by not telling us to move our car and they did not offer anything to make us whole. Stage two: we were looking to pay our bill they sent the bill and we gave them all our information but because apparently we needed to alert our bank that the amount would be okay it did not go through. Did they contact us - no! Instead they sent the same bill making us feel that we were at fault. We had to reach out to them and get this corrected. Last we had the final walk through and the young women that came was very nice and assured us that she was part of the service team and things would be different. Yes, two days later I had a problem with connection to the grid. So, I called the service team twice, and they never got back to me! I don't know where to turn. Definitely not LI Power Solutions. Not a good experience!!! Be forewarned, look elsewhere!

Very happy with my solar project with Long Island Power solutions. Joe Galluzzo is a great guy and would absolutely recommend anyone interested in Solar to work with him. The roof itself came out beautifully and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The solar panels look great and the install team worked quickly and efficiently while making sure everything was done well and that it was all properly explained to me. Looking forward to some sunny days and free power.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin Roche through the whole process. He was patient (especially at the beginning when I was comparing several companies) and never felt pushy. They handled all the permitting and once that was done, install was quick and efficient. Panels have been running for just shy of a week and everything seems to be performing as expected. Not that I foresee any problems but everyone at their company has made me feel confident that they would help immediately. Very happy with their company and the whole process

I had very wonderful experience with Li power solutions. They are the best in town. I will mention Steve is so wonderful, he helped me from beginning till system was installed and started on. He was always available with answers whenever i had any issues. He took care of all the application and paperwork which kept me away from all kind of stress. Installation was smooth. I will also say about Brian , he took good amout of time to help me understand about how everything works and answered all my questions patiently. I love the monitoring app that they offer which i can use to keep track of my production. On top of everything going solar took away my electric bill expense which is best for anyone of us. I have alot to write but i would stop and just say they are the BEST solar providers around here. So Go guys !!! Go Solar!!!! .

Brian, Melinda and everyone so far have to very responsive and responsible. We had panels put in 2015 and have been very happy. One panel, under warranty, was replaced quickly and efficiently.

I feel compelled to leave this review as I don't normally leave any as I hope my experience will give you cause to at least consider LI Power Solutions for your home or business. I am a financial advisor and always do my due diligence before committing to any significant purchase including my solar system for my home. I compared LI Power with other local solar companies as well as a well known national company for their warranties as well as the quality & performance of the panels being installed. After considering all of these factors I've decided LI Power was the best choice for my home. As for the installation, I had 46 panels installed in a matter of hours! There were (what seemed like) 3 crews dedicated to my installation which came out beautiful! We had one minor issue that was detected several days after the install, and the repair crew came right over and made the necessary adjustment. I am extremely pleased with the value of our purchase and was a pleasure to work with Tom Scala and all the back office support staff. You must meet with them if you are in the market for solar!

My reps name is Tom Scala 516-220-6147. This company was the fourth company I interviewed and Tom was spot on. I needed to cut down branches to some very large trees, put on a new roof and every other company told me I couldn’t use my own people to do the work. I also needed an electrical upgrade and had it priced out by other electricians and most of their pricing came in close to $6000 and Power Solutions did it for $3000. I was able to go to 125% in solar panels because I am getting a pool put in and Tom did a Load letter to PSEG to make that happen so we would be able to cover the electric heating of the pool in the summer. Very satisfied and highly recommend and by far the best quote.

Justin Roche was an absolute pleasure to work. I have had more trouble getting cable installed than I did installing solar. He broke down the details step by step and was there to answer the numerous questions I had of the whole process. I thoroughly searched for over 2 years to find the right company and settled on Long Island Power Solutions based on the reviews on this site and my conversations with Justin. He was never pushy and I actually reached out to him a few months after our first conversation to get some more information. I decided on 41 panel system to maximize my solar output it took them less than half a day to complete the job and I could not be happier. I cannot say enough about Justin Roche and LI Power Solutions. I have been looking to go solar for several years now. But the costs always seemed to outweigh the benefits. Why would I want to make the switch if the cost was going to exceed my current electric bill, and the return on my investment was years away? Not awkward looking, like most homes with panels I’ve seen. It puts a smile on my face when I see my electric meter turning backwards:) I’ve had a very positive experience with LI Power Solutions. With their help, I managed to go green while saving some green. I recommend them highly.

All the comments about how wonder Long Island Power Solutions are from new customers....wait until you have to work with them for several years and you'll see how horrible they really are. Customer service is definitely not a priority once they get your money. No returned phone calls, unable to get replacement parts, unless of course, you want to upgrade and spend more money, amazingly those parts are very readily available. Due your research and find someone else.

I wanted to add solar panels to my existing one. So I have researched companies and panel technology. At the end, I talked to Matt at LI Power Solutions, and was not disappointed. Matt was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He visited us at our home, and walked us through the process, step by step. Whenever I called or emailed, I received a prompt response answering all my questions. The installation process went very well. The crew came on time and within a few hours finished the solar and electric install including the cleanup afterwards. Within a couple of days I got my React App and LI Power Solutions support (Taylor) called me and explained the Enphase monitoring application that connected and oversaw the solar panels. I choose Long Island Power Solution Solar because PSEG was overwhelmed and stressing me out. When I finally got in touch with my Solar consultant MATT DeBardelaben this guy walked me through all the process and showed me how much money I can save by going solar. From the beginning being a consummate skeptic I was always challenging Matt to see if what he said he could provide was actually some thing that they would do. Fortunate for me we were able to get the panels installed in a timely fashion despite minor snags and the system is working perfectly. The one time that a panel didn’t go down I was able to call Lynn and have that problem resolved within 24 hours which was very refreshing. Overall The system functions beautifully looks great and we paid very little for the system being that Matt guided us through all of the available promotions and discounts afforded by various state programs. I would highly recommend working with Matt and the folks at LIP. Poor guys had to drive all the way out from eastern Long Island to Westchester.

I got quotes from 4 solar installers. I ended up using Long Island Power Solutions. The price was on par with other companies however I went with LIPS because of the customer service and attention to detail. Overall I am very happy with the install from start to finish as well as the post install continued communication.

I met with Justin Roche last year in February from Long Island Power Solutions. He was very professional, very informative, and came through on every detail on the products they sold me. I purchased 34 panels for my home, and have not had a bill since other than the basic PSE&G meter fee. Do your research before you go through with this large of a purchase. A lot of these companies will try to sell you on cheaper panels. The panels he suggested for me, after extensive research were every bit as good as he said. The guys that did the install were quick, clean, and professional. Last month, an electrician forgot to turn a breaker back on in my garage, and the company was quick to call me and notify me that the panels on my garage were off. I've recommended many others to this company and they are as satisfied as I continue to be a year after having them installed. Call Justin and LI Power if you're in the market.
