absolute garbage job

-workers showed up 4 hours late and didn't finish the first day -left garbage everywhere -broke existing parts on my garage -didnt mount anything straight -conduit is crooked -cut off scraps and shavings left in the yard -put finger marks all over the side of my house and garage -poorly mounted signs on my house -didn't communicate show up or return to finish -didnt cut their panel brackets straight -left mud all over my sidewalk and patio from their boots -broke my water runoff tray for my gutter and left the gutter disconnected -drilled random holes in the siding of my garage that you can see daylight through *I am a union tradesman and if I ever did work like this, I would not have a job. these guys did the bare minimum and this level of disrespect to someone's home and property should not be allowed or tolerated.

Scheduling of the installation was not ideal. I communicated windows multiple times and they scheduled outside of that window initially. Eventually they scheduled inside the window. I am still awaiting the inspection of the system but as of right now the system seems to be installed properly. The technicians that installed the system left a mess inside of my house below my attic access. They also left scraps, screws, bolts, tools, etc in my yard. After the install I also noticed an extra hole they drilled in my siding.

I'm completely disappointed in the company install, took over two weeks to install half the panels that was supposed to be installed. Did not clean up after work I'm still picking up pieces of metal and screws in my yard, I have reached out to the company several times still no one has contacted me. Save yourself the headache don't use

Quick & Efficient Installation

Paul & his crew completely installed our system in around 5 hours! They thoroughly explained what & why they were doing, (very patiently, I might add,) and showed me all of the system components and their purpose. I couldn't be more pleased and as a general contractor, I am more than appreciative to have that information and care they so professionally displayed.

Left all their trash and tore up my landscaping.

This crew left boxes, several aluminum strips, garbage, boxes of untouched installation supplies, the wooden pallet the panels were shipped on and junk. I contacted their manager and they came back 3 days later and reluctantly took most of the stuff. They also dug into my rock landscaping which surrounds my home, which is trimmed in flagstone. I paid several thousand dollars to have the landscaping installed. They left large chunks of dirt, ripped up landscaping cloth and scattered a sizable amount of rock into the yard. They were several hours late getting here and finished in the dark and rain. What a mess they made of my property!

Very Professional

The installation team was on time and very pleasant. They went over the process with me and got right to work. As a recently retired construction worker of 40 years I can say through experience that they were thorough and efficient. They completed the job within 3 hours and answered any questions I had afterword. They did a great job cleaning up and the only evidence that they were here is the panels on my roof. They are a great team.

Solar Install

I have not made it to the inspection and power on process yet, but so far install has been such a breeze. The install crew was beyond polite. Quick and efficient. Awesome crew!

LGCY made an appointment and arrived on time. Wade and his team completed the install and clean up in one day. They were very thorough and friendly. Wade then explained the next steps of the conversion.

Swift service and communications

The installer doesn't know how to connect the wiring. Another person came out today.(3rd) day and found that the installers used electrical tape for the connections in the main breaker box. I gave him wire nuts to use. The system still isn't producing correct power. They will have to come back again to try and fix the issue.

On time, very organized, efficient in their movements around the install Communication was clear on things they were doing and needed I’ve been in the mechanical field for 36 years of Electrical , HVAC and plumbing. I would hire all 4 tomorrow

Terrible do not recommend

I was told they would have a professional electrician with them and they did not. They also left refuse on the site. They further clipped my furness wire and did not fix it until Sunday. I was worried about the quality and what was promised. Do not recommend. It suck’s to cause I have 64 cousins that live in the states and I was hoping for a positive experience to recommend.

Why didn't I use a local company?

My system was installed in Grand Junction, CO in April of 2022 and one of the panels in the East array had an issue that after two repair attempts by an area contractor was still not working correctly. A guy by the name of Phillip, who claimed to be a LGCY Power employee called and said he would make the repairs. I asked that I be contacted prior to them coming out so I could be home when they arrived. On 9-22-23 when I was out of town, my neighbor said a LGCY truck showed up with a local contractor and started working on a panel on the West array that had worked perfectly prior to them damaging it and then leaving. Now I have two panels not working correctly and LGCY tries to blame the issue on shading that is not an issue in my case. Recently I found out from a local solar contractor that LGCY Power no longer has a contractor in Western Colorado. This was verified in a phone call to LGCY several weeks ago. The LGCY Power warranty that was a major selling point is worthless. Do not use LGCY Power, use a local reputable solar company that actually services what they sell, I wish I had.

The crew that installed the system worked well together and did their jobs quickly. They were polite and cleaned up any mess from the system supplies. We now have to wait on Ameren power company to do their upgrade. The installers did a great job.

Completely dissatisfied; poor planning and workmanship; 3 day project took 6 days; poor electrical system plan created over 17 hours of power outage over 2 work days and 3 different crews to finally install correctly; damaged tiles have not been replaced; roof debris was left on side yard and had to request it be removed after 3rd day; I had to clean up dust and remaining debris/dust in garage and side yard every night; original plans for batteries and panels were going to be placed on wall with narrow path and unsafe; no walkthrough prior to work be started

Vastly Overpriced, High-Pressure Sales

They (or their agents) were canvassing door-to-door in Illinois. Their sales tactics involved spinning numbers around on their phone, emotional appeals ("You want to protect your family, right?"), saying whatever they thought the buyer wanted to hear (knowing it would all be disavowed by the contract anyway), and applying pressure to "sign now so you don't miss out on the incentives". Of course, after e-signing their forms, they finally email you the LONG contract, hoping you don't read it in time to cancel before their penalty fees are in force. Government incentives? They go to the company, of course. Their generation guarantee? It'll pay a fraction of the cost of the replacement electricity, and only if they determine that they have failed to meet a reduced fraction of the quoted energy generation over the entire life of the system. In short, the total cost of their lease was more than FOUR TIMES the after-incentive purchase cost from a local installer. When we called them to cancel the deal, they immediately offered to lower the price. Buyer Beware!

told my nv engery bill would be 13.60/mo, I have paid 96 in april, 48in may, 18 june 18 julythen 111.00 august and sept 117.88 I am told do not worry next year you will have a lot of credits. I doubt it. I asked them to put some of the panels on the west side, said no it did not look good. Solar production for 9/01 was 32 kwh, for the first 3 days of sept it was 91kwhs some of the panels should have been on the west to get the hot sun for production. Bad design
