ION Solar

Solar Installed!!

Ion Solar was the third company to come to my door and try to gain my business. I went with Ion because the gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, gave me incentives and a thorough explanation of the entire solar process. The surveyors and installers were also very professional and answered any questions I had during the installation.

Ion solar

We had a great experience with them they listened to us when we had to move be fore they could do there install and moved w us

Decent Panels. Critter problems - Critter guards not included!!

The panels have been working fine. Installation process was smooth and all taken care of by the ION Solar reps. The only complaint I have is that they did not include critter guard installation (which most other companies do). I am disappointed that I now have to shell out 1000-1200 to protect my panels from pigeons nesting under it. This throws off the entire cost calculation and makes Solar a clear loser from cost point of view.

Great experience!

Fast, easy, professional, clean and friendly!

on the roof

explained well, great warranty, and good follow-up after it is on the roof

Ion Solar had my recommendation.

The sales rep, Andy Marlowe, was really great. I did have some concerns due to some miscommunication with my initial project manager. Andy was on it right away. He addressed all my concerns and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the install. The installation crew was professional and fast. Overall Ion Solar had been a great company.

Good work

On time and on budget. Everything they said they would do they did

Installation

installation guys were great. Respectful, courteous and very informative. Explained what they were doing and help with some other issues as well to make sure everything was done properly the first time.

Great Service and People

The experience with Ion Solar has been a model for great service. Each of their employees that had any contact with us was courteous and friendly. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner and we were informed of every step in the install process. We are one day into system operation and so far all is great. I appreciate that all work is done by ion employees not subs and they use USA made panels.

Customer

Great company to work with, install was quick and easy.

Sunny days

Sales process was easy to understand. Installers were early and fast, as it was completed by noon. I provided hot coffee during the 32 deg morning. They were appreciative.

RJW

The company always let us know when they would arrive, and always arrived when scheduled. All the workers that came to our house were very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. The system was installed and all the rest of the scheduling was done in short order. City, County inspectors were scheduled and arrived when they were supposed to be here. Our system was turned on and started producing yesterday. We are very happy so far

Solar Installing Review

i feel the the solar panel installing was fast and efficent and was completed in a timely matter

Our New Solar

ION made the process simple and had the right sytsem for us. Installation was professionally done

Hope it was worth it

Took almost 4.5 months from time of signed contract to installation of panels. Had to do majority of the legwork with our HOA and local utility company otherwise we would still be waiting for approvals and installation. To date, only 70% of installation is complete. Crews did not show up until 5:00pm and worked in the dark with 1 person that had 1 headlamp and lights from an auto. Not impressed.

Excellent Company

Ion Solar was understanding with the delays that were incurred because of a resent hail storm. The installation team was fast and knowledgeable able to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING!

Excellent and Very Profesional Service

Ion review

Good but realy slow took almost all day from 10am to 10pm

Great service great product

They came out and worked with us on pricing as well as financing. They were quick to install and very good at communication.

Smooth Solar

So far, the process of "going solar" has been pretty much hassle-free, which is fantastic since for years I viewed solar sales as something about as enjoyable as being hustled to buy a used car. We avoided it for a long while, until ION was able to answer my questions and concerns in a straightforward way, and even steer us away from making an add-on purchase that actually didn't make sense yet (although we didn't know that at the time.) The app has been really helpful, allowing us to see the progress of our install along with contact info if we had any questions. And the communication from ION along the way has been great. We haven't started using our panels yet (waiting in the city inspection), but if they're anything like what we've experienced so far, they'll be great.

Amazing customer service!

Sam, Shari, Cameron, Mike and Jessie were amazing! Theyvmade sure we were taken care of and very professional. The process was very easy. We're thrilled to have chosen Ion Solar!

Great service start to finish

Ion staff made this process extremely easy and were prompt in communicating all details with me. Highly recommend!
