ION Solar

Joshua was excellent!

I had an appointment with Joshua here in hutto. He was excellent in the way he explained solar to me. I had another company come out and Joshua's presentation blew them out of the water! Not only that but, he seemed to have a ton of knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions! Ion solar is a great company and i cannot wait to go solar with them.

Excellent, knowledgeable and transparent

Cody was excellent. He answered all our questions even after our meeting concluded. He was also very professional, knowledgeable and transparent. Pleasure to work with

Highly Recommend

Teaming with ION has been a great experience every step of the way. Their sales process was informative and insightful, the project management efficient, and the installers professional and productive. We went from initial sit down to final inspection in just a few weeks! It's been truly wonderful.

Professional

I chose Ion because I didn't feel any pressure. A different company was almost confrontational with my electric company. I didn't appreciate that at all, when I spoke to Ion the communication was great.

Smooth process, great customer service

The process of purchasing and installation has been seamless and smooth. Every question has been answered and we feel secure in our purchase. We did our research and homework, and decided that Ion would be the very best option for our project. The customer service is outstanding too.

They walk 'their talk'!

Up-Front; Conscientious, Efficient, Cordial operations and customer service

Professional experience

Just started the process with Ion 3/20/19. We went with Ion because of American made products that perform and look amazing with a custom design. There are great financing options. But, mostly because of the knowledgeable, friendly and customer centric employees. Including but not limited to Matt, Vincent, John, Christian and my project manager Jeff.

Step by Step

Everyone at ION Solar has been helpful and no pressure to make the quick sale. Solar is a major investment and ION Solar walked us through the process step by step. We didn't move to the next step until we understood the details and were comfortable with the transaction. Our rooftop solar will be operational for many years and ION Solar will be right there if/when needed.

It has been great. M. Wiggins is super

Informative, non pushy, took his time

ION Solar is a great company. The staff is very professional

ION Solar sent out a representative to our house who explained the benefits of having solar power and how energy prices will continue to rise over the years and how using solar power will have a set payment that in time is paid off and you own the system.

Service

The service has been very good and I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on Ion Solar. To date the process (still lacking installation inspection) has gone smoothly and my project manager has been responsive and considerate.

Ion Solar

Ion Solar was very professional and installed our panels very quickly.

NEW SOLAR PANEL

ION Solar staff were all very professional and completed the installation of the solar panels in a timely manner, about 6 weeks from start to finish. They clean up after the work is completed. This is the first time ever that I have had solar installed on any house I have ever owned, I recommend this company.

Excellent Service

We were impressed by Tom who sold us our solar panels. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Cathie was excellent as well. She worked very hard for us when our HOA gave us a hard time. Cathie handled everything professionally and kept us appraised of what was happening every step of the way. Without Cathie's efforts I do not believe we would have been able to get approval without Cathie's help. The Install Teams were terrific, very professional and had extremely nice manners! We are very happy with the process and the panels look terrific.

Stay away

Customer service is non-exsisting, design is way below our needs. Have gotten quotes from 2 other companies and the designs are 4 times larger. Can never get a hold of anyone except the receptionist. My advice... look elsewhere for your solar needs

great

Tyson

Working with Enrique was an absolute pleasure he was very knowledgeable, professional and got me the best deal he could !!

Outstanding customer service!

Tom was awesome! Very professional, very personable, and explained everything in a very clear and easy to understand manner. Nathaniel Marlowe did the initial survey, and he was just as great. Definitely a pleasure to do business with. Ross, Joseph, and the rest of the install crew were just as professional and did an outstanding job.

Easy to make the change!

All of the folks from Ion were professional and friendly. The job kept to their proposed timeline and as soon as the utility company finishes their part we can be living a greener life.

Got a compass?

I was informed that the site surveyor sized the North side of my roof. Not the South side. This is very unprofessional and makes me worry about the competency of the company as a whole. When I was called about the error I asked if the designs were reviewed by a licensed electrician. The representative mentioned that he didn't know the details of the process and didn't know if a signature was even required.
